Storing and sharing databases in the cloud of computers raise serious concern of individual privacy. We consider two kinds of privacy risk： presence leakage, by which the attackers can explicitly identify individuals in （or not in） the database, and association leakage, by which the attackers can unambiguously associate individuals with sensitive information. However, the existing privacy-preserving data sharing techniques either fail to protect the presence privacy or incur considerable amounts of information loss. In this paper, we propose a novel technique, Ambiguity, to protect both presence privacy and association privacy with low information loss. We formally define the privacy model and quantify the privacy guarantee of Ambiguity against both presence leakage and association leakage. We prove both theoretically and empirically that the information loss of Ambiguity is always less than the classic generalization-based anonymization technique. We further propose an improved scheme, PriView, that can achieve better information loss than Ambiguity. We propose efficient algorithms to construct both Ambiguity and PriView schemes. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of both Ambiguity and PriView schemes.

With the development of the Internet of Things(IoT),the massive data sharing between IoT devices improves the Quality of Service(QoS)and user experience in various IoT ***,data sharing may cause serious privacy leakages to data *** address this problem,in this study,data sharing is realized through model sharing,based on which a secure data sharing mechanism,called BP2P-FL,is proposed using peer-to-peer federated learning with the privacy protection of data *** addition,by introducing the blockchain to the data sharing,every training process is recorded to ensure that data providers offer high-quality *** further privacy protection,the differential privacy technology is used to disturb the global data sharing *** experimental results show that BP2P-FL has high accuracy and feasibility in the data sharing of various IoT applications.

Group data sharing enables information sharing between multiple parties for cooperative purposes. However, the existing schemes only consider scenarios in which all parties in the same organization want to share data. Achieving secure data sharing between users of different groups is also a relevant research issue. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based data sharing scheme for multiple groups with anonymity and traceability. Owing to the consortium blockchain technique, any user in the system can easily verify the validity of the shared data without interacting with a third-party auditor. Additionally, the proposed scheme can not only enable data sharing between different groups with enhanced security anonymously but also achieve traceability and non-frameability.

Ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE) is becoming a promising solution to guarantee data security in cloud computing. In this paper,we present an attribute-based secure data sharing scheme with Efficient revocation(EABDS) in cloud *** scheme first encrypts data with data encryption key(DEK) using symmetric encryption and then encrypts DEK based on CP-ABE, which guarantees the data confidentiality and achieves fine-grained access control. In order to solve the key escrow problem in current attribute based data sharing schemes, our scheme adopts additively homomorphic encryption to generate attribute secret keys of users by attribute authority in cooperation with key server, which prevents attribute authority from accessing the data by generating attribute secret keys *** scheme presents an immediate attribute revocation method that achieves both forward and backward *** computation overhead of user is also reduced by delegating most of the decryption operations to the key *** security and performance analysis results show that our scheme is more secure and efficient.

Secure data sharing and Retrieval Using Attribute-Based Encryption in Cloud-Based OSNs

The Online social networks(OSNs) offer attractive means for social interactions and data sharing,but also raise a number of security and privacy issues. Since the OSNs service provider is always semi-trusted, current solutions propose to encrypt data before sharing. However,data encryption causes a lot of inconveniences and large overheads for data dissemination and data retrieval. In this paper, we propose a secure data sharing and retrieval scheme in cloud-based OSNs. Based on ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption, our scheme achieves multiparty access control, which allows data owners to outsource encrypted data to the OSNs service provider for sharing,and enables data disseminators to disseminate the data owners’ data by customizing new access policy. Our scheme also provides searchable encryption scheme to support fast searches in massive amount of encrypted data from both data owners and data disseminators. Further, our scheme preserves the privacy of data owners and data retrievers during the data sharing and retrieval processes. In addition, the computation overhead of data retrievers is reduced by delegating most of the decryption operations to the OSNs service provider. The security and performance analysis results indicate that our scheme is secure and privacy-preserving.

With the development of information technology and cloud computing,data sharing has become an important part of scientific *** traditional data sharing,data is stored on a third-party storage platform,which causes the owner to lose control of the *** a result,there are issues of intentional data leakage and tampering by third parties,and the private information contained in the data may lead to more significant ***,data is frequently maintained on multiple storage platforms,posing significant hurdles in terms of enlisting multiple parties to engage in data sharing while maintaining *** this work,we propose a new architecture for applying blockchains to data sharing and achieve efficient and reliable data sharing among heterogeneous *** design a new data sharing transaction mechanism based on the system architecture to protect the security of the raw data and the processing *** also design and implement a hybrid concurrency control protocol to overcome issues caused by the large differences in blockchain performance in our system and to improve the success rate of data sharing *** took Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric as examples to conduct crossblockchain data sharing *** results show that our system achieves data sharing across heterogeneous blockchains with reasonable performance and has high scalability.
