During state perception of a power system, fragments of harmonic data are inevitably lost owing to the loss of synchronization signals, transmission delays, instrument failures, or other factors. A harmonic data recovery method is proposed based on multivariate norm matrix in this paper. The proposed method involves dynamic time warping for correlation analysis of harmonic data, normalized cuts for correlation clustering of power-quality monitoring devices, and adaptive alternating direction method of multipliers for multivariable norm joint optimization. Compared with existing data recovery methods, our proposed method maintains excellent recovery accuracy without requiring prior information or optimization of the power-quality monitoring device. Simulation results on the IEEE 39-bus and IEEE 118-bus test systems demonstrate the low computational complexity of the proposed method and its robustness against noise. In addition, the application of the proposed method to field data from a real-world system provides consistent results with those obtained from simulations.

A 2.5Gb/s clock and data recovery （CDR） circuit is designed and realized in TSMC＇s standard 0.18/μm CMOS process. The clock recovery is based on a PLL. For phase noise optimization,a dynamic phase and frequency detector （PFD） is used in the PLL. The rms jitter of the recovered 2.5GHz clock is 2.4ps and the SSB phase noise is - 111dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset. The rms jitter of the recovered 2.5Gb/s data is 3.3ps. The power consumption is 120mW.

To solve the problem of data recovery on free disk sectors, an approach of data recovering based on intelligent pattern matching is proposed in this paper. Different from the methods based on the file directory, this approach utilizes the consistency among the data on the disk. A feature pattern library is established based on different types of fries according to the internal constructions of text. data on sectors will be classified automatically by data clustering and evaluating. When the conflict happens on data classification, the digestion will be initiated by adopting context pattern. Based on this approach, the paper achieved the data recovery system aiming at pattern matching of txt, word and PDF fries. Raw and formatting recovery tests proved that the system works well.

A 2.5Gb/s/ch data recovery （DR） circuit is designed for an SFI-5 interface. To make the parallel data bit-synchronization and reduce the bit error rate （BER） ,a delay locked loop （DLL） is used to place the center of the data eye exactly at the rising edge of the data-sampling clock. A single channel DR circuit was fabricated in TSMC＇s standard 0. 18μm CMOS process. The chip area is 0. 46mm^2. With a 2^32 - 1 pseudorandom bit sequence （PRBS） input,the RMS jitter of the recovered 2.5Gb/s data is 3.3ps. The sensitivity of the single channel DR is less than 20mV with 10-12 BER.

The design of a 2. 488 Gbit/s clock and data recovery （CDR） If for synchronous digital hierarchy （SDH） STM-16 receiver is described. Based on the injected phase-locked loop （IPLL） and D-flip flop architectures, the CDR IC was implemented in a standard 0. 35 μan complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor （CMOS） technology. With 2^31 -1 pseudorandom bit sequences （PRBS） input, the sensitivity of data recovery circuit is less than 20 mV with 10^-12 bit error rate （BER）. The recovered clock shows a root mean square （rms） jitter of 2. 8 ps and a phase noise of - 110 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. The capture range of the circuit is larger than 40 MHz. With a 5 V supply, the circuit consumes 680 mW and the chip area is 1.49 mm × 1 mm.

To effectively solve the traffic data problems such as data invalidation in the process of the acquisition of road traffic states,a road traffic states estimation algorithm based on matching of the regional traffic attracters was proposed in this *** of all,the road traffic running states were divided into several different *** concept of the regional traffic attracters of the target link was put forward for effective ***,the reference sequences of characteristics of traffic running states with the contents of the target link's traffic running states and regional traffic attracters under different modes were *** addition,the current and historical regional traffic attracters of the target link were matched through certain matching rules,and the historical traffic running states of the target link corresponding to the optimal matching were selected as the initial recovery data,which were processed with Kalman filter to obtain the final recovery ***,some typical expressways in Beijing were adopted for the verification of this road traffic states estimation *** results prove that this traffic states estimation approach based on matching of the regional traffic attracters is feasible and can achieve a high accuracy.

It is difficult to find the projectile when people want to get the penetration data in a hard recovery method,so a recovery system of penetration data is designed based on an ejection mode from the projectile base and a method of wired transmission,at the same time,the system was sealed with a designed sealing device,the working principle of which was *** Fluent as the simulation platform,the transient pressure of seal cavity was simulated based on the change of chamber pressure,and steady-state pressure of seal clearance and seal cavity were simulated based on the maximum chamber *** sealing performance was tested by apressure test *** results of simulation and experiment show that the maximum pressure of seal cavity is 139.4kPa when the maximum chamber pressure is 242.9MPa and the maximum temperature of gunpowder explosive gas is2 166.5K,so the sealing performance can be *** sealing device can be taken as a reference in sealing research on gunpowder gas at the bottom of projection.
