Sensitivity and data processing speed are important in spectral domain Optical Coherence Tomography(SD-OCT)*** get a higher sensitivity,zero-padding interpolation together with linear interpolation is commonly used to re-sample the interference data in SD-OCT,which limits the data processing ***,a time-domain interpolation for SD-OCT was *** eliminating the huge Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm(FFT)operations,the operation number of the time-domain interpolation is much less than that of the zero-padding *** this paper,a numerical simulation is performed to evaluate the computational complexity and the interpolation *** than six times acceleration is *** the same time,the normalized mean square error(NMSE)results show that the time-domain interpolation method with cut-offlength L?21 and L?31 can improve about 1.7 dB and 2.1 dB when the distance mismatch is 2.4mm than that of zero-padding interpolation method with padding times M?4,***,this method can be applied the parallel arithmetic processing because only the data in the cut-offwindow is *** using Graphics processing Unit(GPU)with compute unified device architecture(CUDA)program model,a frame(400 A-lines2048 pixels12 bits)data can be processed in 6 ms and the processing capability can be achieved 164,000 line/s for 1024-OCT and 71,000 line/s for 2048-OCT when the cut-offlength is ***,a high-sensitivity and ultra-high data processing SD-OCT is realized.

processing and analysis of transient pressure measurements from permanent down-hole gauges

With permanent down-hole gauges （PDGs） widely installed in oilfields around the world in recent years, a continuous stream of transient pressure data in real time is now available, which motivates a new round of research interests in further developing pressure transient processing and analysis techniques. Transient pressure measurements from PDG are characterized by long term and high volume data. These data are recorded under unconstrained circumstances, so effects due to noise, rate fluctuation and interference from other wells cannot be avoided. These effects make the measured pressure trends decline or rise and then obscure or distort the actual flow behavior, which makes subsequent analysis difficult. In this paper, the problems encountered in analysis of PDG transient pressure are investigated. A newly developed workflow for processing and analyzing PDG transient pressure data is proposed. Numerical well testing synthetic studies are performed to demonstrate these procedures. The results prove that this new technique works well and the potential for practical application looks very promising.

Kinetic analysis of γ-glutamyltransferase reaction process for measuring activity via an integration strategy at low concentrations of γ-glutamyl p-nitroaniline

At 0.12 mmol/L γ-glutamyl p-nitroaniline(GGPNA),an improved integrated method was developed for kinetic analysis of γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT) reaction process and the integration with the classical initial rate method to measure serum *** the improved integrated method,an integrated rate equation,which used the predictor variable of reaction time and considered inhibitions by both GGPNA and products,was nonlinearly fit to GGT reaction *** the integration strategy,classical initial rates were estimated when GGPNA consumption percentages were below 50%;otherwise,maximal reaction rates of GGT were estimated by the improved integrated method and converted into initial rates according to the differential rate equation at 0.11 mmol/L *** inte-gration strategy was validated using optimized GGT kinetic parameters and 10-s intervals to record reaction curves within 8.0 *** the integration strategy,there was a linear response from 0.9 to 32.0 U/L GGT,coefficients of variation were below 3.5%for GGT from 8.0 to 32.0 U/L(n=5) ,and GGT activities in clinical sera responded linearly to their classical initial rates at 2.00 mmol/L GGPNA with an expected ***,the integration strategy was successful in measuring GGT at 0.12 mmol/L GGPNA.

The first airborne scalar gravimetry system based on SINS/DGPS in China

China has developed an airborne gravimetry system based on SINS/DGPS named SGA-WZ, the first system in which a strap- down inertial navigation system （SINS） has been used for airborne gravimetry in China. This gravity measurement system consists of a strap-down inertial navigation system and a differential global positioning system （DGPS）. In April 2010, a flight test was carried out in Shandong Province of China to test the accuracy of this system. The test was designed to assess the re- peatability and accuracy of the system. Two repeated flights and six grid flights were made. The flying altitude was about 400 m. The average flying speed was about 60 m/s, which corresponds to a spatial resolution of 4.8 km when using 160-s cutoff low-pass filter. This paper describes the data processing of the system. The evaluation of the internal precision is based on repeated flights and differences in crossover points. Gravity results in this test from the repeated flight lines show that the re- peatability of the repeat lines is 1.6 mGal with a spatial resolution of 4.8 kin, and the internal precision of grid flight data is 3.2 mGal with a spatial resolution of 4.8 km. There are some systematic errors in the gravity results, which can be modeled using trigonometric function. After the systematic errors are compensated, the precision of grid flight data can be better than 1 mGal.

POTENTIAL APPLICATION FOREGROUND OF OCEAN MODE IN NAVY OCEANOGRAPHY

Ocean mode (or quasigeostrophic wave) analysis is one of the key data processing technique in oceanic acoustic tomography experiment. A primary study on its application foreground in Navy Oceanography is put forward with CTD data and Carton oceanic assimilation data. It shows that the sound speed mode is not well orthogonal to each other, so that it is practically no use. However, the current mode calculated from the CTD data collected in summer as the position with weak stochastic processes and strong geostrophic balance is well orthogonal to each other, it can be used everywhere in the ocean of the similar water mass at any time as long as the basic condition serves. It can be used for decomposition and reconstruction of dynamic or quasi-dynamic factors such as seawater temperature, from which and average of salinity the sound speed profile can be composed. It also shows that the monthly James Carton assimilation data is well consistent with observation ones in subsurface layer in the region with weak current speed but not well below subsurface layer or near the Kuroshio in the western Pacific. By running a nested ocean general circulation model with adjusted vertical eddy diffusivity to do data assimilation again and applying current mode analysis to reconstruct or compose related factors, it is hopefully possible to improve the precision and space resolution of the oceanic assimilation data. So that, it is definitely possible to obtain the three dimensional high resolution distribution of ocean sound speed in real time with the satellite SST and surface wind fields only.

Parallel Algorithm Case Study Using Virtual Machine

This paper takes the Sobel operator as example to study parallel sequential algorithm onto a memory-sharing multiprocessor by using a virtual machine. Several different parallel algorithms using function decomposition and/or data decomposition methods are compared and their performances are analyzed in terms of processor utilization, data traffic, shared memory access, and synchronization overhead. The analysis is validated through a simulation experiment on the virtual machine of 64 parallel processors. Conclusions are presented at the end of this paper.

Computer Control Techniques of Phased Array Radars

The computer control techniques applicable to electronically scanned multifunction radars are presented. The software and hardware architecture for the real time control and the data processing within a phased array radar are described. The software system comprising a number of tasks is written in C language and implemented. The results show that the algorithm for the multitask adaptive scheduling and the multitarget data processing is suitable for multifunction phased array radars.
