Dear Editor,This letter is concerned with distributed resilient platoon control of multiple vehicles subject to denial-of-service(dos)attacks.In order to accommodate the effects of dos attacks,a fully resilient distributed control strategy is presented by designing an adaptive control gain,where any global information of communication topology is no longer required.Then,the conditions of time duration rates and frequency of dos attacks on stability of vehicular platoons can be characterized.Finally,a numerical simulation example is given to validate the obtained results.

The advancements in sensing technologies,information processing,and communication schemes have revolutionized the healthcare sector.Electronic Healthcare Records(EHR)facilitate the patients,doctors,hospitals,and other stakeholders to maintain valuable data and medical records.The traditional EHRs are based on cloud-based architectures and are susceptible to multiple cyberattacks.A single attempt of a successful Denial of Service(dos)attack can compromise the complete healthcare system.This article introduces a secure and immutable blockchain-based framework for the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)to address the stated challenges.The proposed architecture is on the idea of a lightweight private blockchain-based network that facilitates the users and hospitals to perform multiple healthcare-related operations in a secure and trustworthy manner.The efficacy of the proposed framework is evaluated in the context of service execution time and throughput.The experimental outcomes indicate that the proposed design attained lower service execution time and higher throughput under different control parameters.

为了研究不同黏结体系的表面自由能随温度的变化规律,利用表面能测试仪器测试了HTPB黏结体系的表面自由能,分析了HTPB与增塑剂体积比、增塑剂种类、温度对体系表面自由能的影响。结果表明,HTPB在所给温度范围内表面自由能基本无变化;己二酸二异氰酸酯(DOA)的表面自由能随温度升高呈现线性降低;在HTPB/DOA不同的体积浓度的混合溶液中,当HTPB/DOA体积比为1∶1时,在工艺温度60~65℃范围内,表面自由能最低;在DOA、癸二酸二辛脂(dos)、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)三种增塑剂分别与HTPB体积比1∶1混合时,在工艺温度60~65℃范围内,HTPB/DOA的黏结体系具有更低的表面自由能,DOA增塑效果最好;不同黏结剂体系的表面自由能对温度的灵敏度具有较大差异,其中HTPB/DOA黏结体系的表面自由能对温度更灵敏。

A composite explosive based on 1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazinane(RDX)was prepared by electrostaticspray method with dioctyl sebacate(dos)as desensitizer.After preparation,the particle size and crystal structure were characterized and chemical features,such as chemical bonds,functional groups,thermal decomposition parameters and mechanical sensitivity were investigated as well.In terms of the morphologies of the composites,the particle sizes were in the range of 1e3 mm.Compared with RDX,the crystal types,chemical bonds and functional groups of the RDX/dos composites were unchanged.The activation energy of the composites was lower than that of raw RDX,and the 3wt%dos composites had the lowest activation energy.The impact sensitivity and friction sensitivity of the RDX/dos composites were lower than those of raw RDX,and the 10wt%dos composites had the highest H50(125.9 cm)and the lowest friction sensitivity(8%).

Objective:To explore the antiviral activity of antibiotic compounds,mainly aminoglycosides and tetracyclines against Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV) induced infection in vitro.Methods:Antiviral activity were evaluated against JEV using cytopathic effect inhibition assay,virus yield reduction assay,caspase 3 level,extracellular viral detection by antigen capture ELISA and viral RNA levels.Roults:JEV induced cytopathic effect along with reduction of viral progeny plaque formation indicated antiviral potential of the compounds suggesting that antibiotics had broad spectrum activity.Doxycycline and kanamycin administration in dose dependent manner declined viral RNA replication.Conclusions:The present study shows kanamycin and doxycyclinc can affect virion structure and alter replication causing inhibition of JEV induced pathogenesis in vitro.
