Since 1949,local government debt in China has gone through the stages from scratch,then banned,and reintroduced,and then to the scale expansion,market construction and improvement under the system *** the past 70 years,although there have been twists and turns in its development,local government debt has undergone a“perfect transformation”.Based on a comprehensive review of the development of local government debt in China from 1949 to 2019,this paper refi nes its evolution logic,forecasts its development trend,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations for the future management and risk control of local government debt in China.

Yinzhou District of Ningbo City is the home and main production area of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. Based on the analysis of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. production in Yinzhou District in 2015,this paper firstly introduced current situation of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. planting. The competition of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. products was in disorder,the market price in 2015 dropped to half in 2014,and many Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. growers suffered losses. To keep sustainable development of traditional Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. industry in old production areas and maintain brand and name of genuine materials of " Zhejiang 8 Famous Kinds Herbal Medicines",it is required to actively reduce the inventory,make up short board,strengthen advantages,implement the reform of supply font,keep up with the times and market,and succeed through improving the quality.

Based on the investigation and analysis of protection and restoration of aquatic ecosystems in rivers and lakes of China, the ideas and measures of restoring aquatic ecosystems were proposed to build healthy aquatic ecosystems of rivers and lakes in China, such as setting scientific and clear goals, improving the standard adopted by wastewater treatment plants, controlling sources of pollutants and intercepting pollutants, collec- tion of blue-green algae, water transfer, dredging, reducing the quantity of blue-green algae, restoring reed wetlands on a large scale, combing dredging and base raise of restored reed wetlands, making full use of microorganisms, and implementing effective management, technology integra- tion and innovation.

Feixi County has made significant progress in promoting waste classification,such as establishing a comprehensive classification system,and effectively reducing environmental pollution and waste ***,with the increase in waste generation,the county faces multiple challenges especially in the disposal of kitchen waste and improvement of residents environmental *** address these issues,Feixi County has implemented various measures,such as strengthening the construction of infrastructure for waste classification,improving regulations and clearly defining responsibilities,enhancing residents environmental awareness to encourage their participation in waste classification through education and promotion,and increasing supervision to ensure effective implementation of the *** emphasizes community governance,encourage all parties to participate in it,and strengthen publicity,education and training to enhance residents *** County has achieved positive results,but efforts are needed to further improve facilities,raise awareness,enhance supervision,and ensure the continuous effectiveness of waste classification work to promote urban green sustainable development.

Land use in lake basins has an important impact on the sustainable development of society,economy and *** on the literature induction method,this paper systematically summarized the current status of land use research in lake basins from six aspects:temporal and spatial changes,effects,driving factors,optimization research,and the application of remote sensing techniques in lake land use ***,three problems were proposed:lack of refined research on land use changes in lake basins,imperfect theoretical research on lake land use optimization research,and weak land type extraction techniques based on remote sensing *** is believed that the future research on lake land use should focus on strengthening the refinement of land use change research in lake basins,further improving the theoretical and practical research on land use optimization in lake basins based on a variety of related theories,and further improving the interpretation algorithms of remote sensing images.

This paper first introduced the history of hemp planting in Heilongjiang Province and its main cultivars. On the basis of current situation of the hemp industry,it came up with recommendations for development of the hemp industry,including cultivating and introducing fine varieties,raising the level of mechanization,optimizing industrial distribution,developing characteristic products of the whole industry chain,and strengthening policy support. It is expected to bring into play the regional advantages and build up regional brands of hemp products.
