Experience and Lessons from cropland system Reform

cropland system is the key to the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and its reform affects the process of rural revitalization to a great *** paper studies the measures and experiences of cropland system reform in Japan,South Korea and Chinese *** results show that it is a common practice for the reform of cropland system in various countries(regions)to formulate strict laws and regulations,promote cropland transfer through government subsidies,guide cropland transfer in various forms,gradually relax restrictions on cropland transfer,and give full play to the role of intermediary *** on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform of cropland system in China.
