＜正＞A new rockfill creep constitutive model under high confining pressure is presented. The focus of the present development is on rockfill deformation development rule with time especially under high confining pressure, which is used the existing creep constitutive model derived from experimental data under low confining pressure up to now. In this paper many groups of triaxiality creep experimentation with different high confining pressure are carried out. All experimentation data shows good regulariy very much. The rockfill shear creep and the volume creep with time may be expressed by power function. The new final creep model is function of specific stress state. It improves the disadvantage of the old final shear creep model, which is only function of stress level and yet does not include the influence of confining pressure. The new final shear creep and volume creep model are deduced in detail from triaxialiry creep experiments’ curve under different high confining pressure. Numerical realization step and algorithm applied to the analysis of general FEM is also presented for the new creep model. The performance of the new creep model is assessed against experimental data from numerical simulation results of riaxiality creep experiment and it is concluded that the new creep model is able to represent the key and real characteristics of the behavior of rockfill creep. It can also be applied directly to the analysis of deformation and stress of high CFRD.
