Related substances in pharmaceutical formulations are associated with their safety, efficacy and stability. However, there is no overall study already published on the assessment of related substances in the Compound Ketoconazole and Clobetasol Propionate cream. In this work, a reliable HPLC-TOF-MS qualitative method was developed for the analysis of related substances in this preparation with a quick and easy extraction procedure. Besides the active pharmaceutical ingredients, two compounds named ketoconazole impurity B′ optical isomer and ketoconazole impurity E were identified. Furthermore, a new HPLC method for qualitative and quantitative assessment on related substances and degradation products, which were found in the stability test, was established and validated. The single standard to determine multi-components method was applied in the quantitative analysis, which was an effective way for reducing cost and improving accuracy. This study can provide a creative idea for routine analysis of quality control of the Compound Ketoconazole and Clobetasol Propionate cream.

In order to reduce the labor intensity,improve the production efficiency and enhance the equipment stability and the branding accuracy of the pattern,we have completed a double-row high-efficiency wooden ice cream stick branding machine structural *** rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model is established and the movement and stress of the first-stage chain drive are calculated and *** comparison of the theoretical calculation results shows that the dynamic modeling and the structural design of the equipment are reasonable and the result of dynamic calculation also provides the basis of load data for dynamic strength calculation of structural components.

针对地铁盾构施工风险评估中人因可靠性分析(HRA)问题,构建了一种加权模糊cream模型.首先,利用复相关性分析和证据理论确定共同绩效条件因子(CPC)的合理权重.其次,基于现行规范编制CPC评价细则,利用统计方法得到了CPC水平隶属函数.在此基础上,提出将离散基本控制模式图连续化的方法,建立了地铁盾构施工人因失误概率(HEP)点估计值预测模型,通过4条公理验证了模型的合理性和可靠性.结果表明:加权模糊cream模型将权重引入到CPC效应值计算和HEP推理中,能更好地反映不同CPC因子对人行为绩效的影响,可为地铁盾构施工HRA提供定量评估数据.

Shipboard operations as a hazardous process require the human element to be aware of any operation risks. Since the concept of human error exposed to ample arguments, the introduction of human element concerns to practices rather than other means is essential because the provenance of accidents is human error. HRA （human reliability assessment） is a theoretical framework to assess the human actions for predicting the potential human error probability of a certain given task or operation scenario. Furthermore, surveillance of the human performance is through the task by steps and sub-steps. The cream （cognitive reliability and error analysis method） tool is the second generation of HRA which emphasizes the features of the context and utilized as retrospective and prospective tool. The paper illustrates the basic and extended version of cream and its suitability for critical shipboard operations safety assessment.

人因失效是道路交通事故发生的主要原因。认知可靠性和失误分析方法(cream)可以追溯事故发生的根原因,并对事故隐患进行预测。它强调情景环境对人的行为的重要影响,较符合驾驶员可靠性分析的需求。研究了cream中的追溯分析方法在道路交通人因失效事件根原因分析中的应用,建立了道路交通事故的人因失效模式,对人因失效基本原因的分类和后果-前因关系进行归纳、整理和补充,提出了适用于道路交通人因失效事件的"后果-前因"追溯表和具体的追溯分析步骤。进而对其定量计算进行了探索,并通过实例探讨了其应用,得到事故发生的根原因。

Evaluation of a Barrier Repair cream Containing Pseudo-Ceramide for Practical Use by Hairdressers with Hand Skin Disorders Due to Daily Exposure to Chemical Irritants

Hairdressers are exposed to numerous skin-damaging factors, such as wet work, skin irritants, and thermal changes. Skin protection is a very important factor for the prevention of occupational skin disorders. Therefore, we evaluated a hand cream that was specially formulated for highly stressed skin with regard to its capability to reduce dry, rough, and scaly skin. The objective of this study was to conduct a controlled use test of a barrier repair cream containing pseudo-ceramide and demonstrate its efficacy for hairdressers with dry, sensitive hands and/or occupational skin disorders. A total of 30 hairdressers (29 females and 1 male, aged 20 - 67) participated in the study. All subjects suffered from dry hands. Subjects applied the test cream on their hands for 28 days (four weeks). For each subject, the skin surface topography of the hands was measured by the Surface Evaluation of Living Skin (SELS) system at day 14 (week 2) and day 28 (week 4). Dryness, scaling, cracking, redness, and itchiness were evaluated and graded by experts at week 2 and week 4, and then compared to baselines. All 30 subjects completed the study. A comparison of the changes from baseline to endpoint revealed a statistically significant reduction in skin roughness, scaling, and volume measured according to SELS. These data were confirmed by photographic documentation. The results were further supported by the expert evaluation. For the symptoms dryness and scaling, improvement could be observed in almost all regions of the hands. In addition, according to subjective assessments of overall hand skin condition and the hand cream, subjects reported clear improvement over time (p value below 0.001) and good efficacy of the product. In this study, the test hand cream showed excellent skin compatibility. Therefore, the hand cream may be effective for hairdressers with dry, sensitive hands and/or occupational skin disorders.

The effect of using camel milk with 2 dates types (Sokary & Al-Khalas), in 3 forms (paste, pieces, and molasses), with 2 different concentrations (5% & 10%) in the manufacturing of ice cream on its viscosity, overrun%, rheological and melting properties during storage period up to 60 days at -18°C was studied. It was noticed that there are higher mean of viscosity values (cp) when using “Al-khalas” dates paste 5% and 10% followed by samples with “sokary” paste then samples with molasses in ice cream samples compared to those with added date’s pieces of either “Sokary” or “Al-khalas”. There are significant differences of overrun values between all treatments and samples with the added date paste of either “sokary” or “Al-khalas” which recorded the lowest values. Increased melting resistance and good qualities as heat shock and melting properties were significantly better for the samples with added dates pieces or paste unlike the molasses. The storage effect is obvious decline, especially when using dates molasses.
