Combining different areas of regenerative medicine is considered the new standard for comprehensive tissue and organ regeneration. This approach can be further applied to cosmetic issues such as deep neck lines. This case report utilized techniques of autologous stem cell therapy and epigenetic tissue environment modulation with externally applied polyphenols and tissue penetration agents. The results showed a remarkable cosmetic improvement with a significant reduction of neck lines in a patient where employment and psychological issues were developing from the original problem. The regenerative medicine protocol was safe, efficient in disposable materials, portable benchtop equipment and surgical operating time. The patient had an excellent outcome for this difficult to treat cosmetic problem.

Over the past two decades,the cosmetic surgery industry has experienced significant global *** expansion has piqued the interest of healthcare professionals and product manufacturers,both aiming to enhance accessibility to surgery for a broader *** manuscript presents the case example of“macrolane”hyaluronic *** product was introduced into the cosmetic surgery industry in 2007 and then removed from the market in 2012 by the *** manuscript also presents and discusses the regulatory measures that were enacted following the introduction of macrolane into the European ***,these regulatory measures involved:insurance,professional qualifications and training,clinician representatives,sanitation,safety,cooling-off periods,informed consent,and *** the manuscript,it is also highlighted that interests from different stakeholders can create tension in the cosmetic industry,specifically:*** might ask for a product,and they need to be protected;*** providers are seeking a profit,and are subject to liability;***’s manufacturers,who are seeking to expand their market,need to pass through regulatory *** conclusion,we wish to raise awareness of the ethical issues related to the regulatory measures implemented by European regulatory agencies responsible for public health,especially during the launch of a new *** ethical considerations encompass several aspects:establishing accountability for validating research authenticity,delineating the functions of compensatory systems,overseeing educational processes,and supervising advertising and marketing *** should be noted that the comprehensive exploration of these ethical matters falls outside the scope of this manuscript,as they pertain more to public affairs rather than the realm of cosmetic surgery ***,the discourse on these matters is better suited for engagement by experts in political and social ethics

The conditions in which we live nowadays contribute to exposure of our bodies to harmful factors such as UV radiation, pollution, smoking, poor eating habits, low physical activity, stress, which thereafter lead to the acceleration of skin aging process. In women, the process is additionally dependent on the menopause, as a result of the disappearance of hormones, the process is faster. Physiological changes that occur in women’s body during perimenopausal and menopausal period affect their sexual function: pain during an intercourse, decreased libido, lack of agitation. Deficiency of hormones, besides skin changes, leads to vaginal dryness, accompanied by inflammation, often correlated with discharge and burning. As a result of the loss of hyaluronic acid labia become slack and less moisturized. In addition, there has been observed: a gradual loss of pigment and hair, involution of the clitoris, and involution and sticking of labia minora, lipoatrophy of labia majora with subsequent reduction in their volume and thinning the lining around the vaginal opening. This article presents processes of skin aging. It describes mechanisms of intrinsic and extrinsic aging. It also presents the mechanisms of accelerated aging in women in perimenopausal period—accelerated skin aging dependent on hormonal factors associated with the loss of ovarian function. The research presents how the hormonal loss influences woman’s body, her genitals—its functionality and aesthetic look. It also shows how using filler treatments in gynecology can restore the aesthetic appearance of female genital and improve their functionality.

Aesthetic medicine is not a new area of medicine. It has been on the world’s market for several dozen years. Aesthetic and anti-aging medicine is a separate field of medicine combined with other areas such as: neurology, plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, general surgery, orthopaedics, psychology, psychiatry, dermatology, gynaecology, andrology, endocrinology and so on. Aesthetic medicine is an area of medicine, dealing with human’s health in terms of: external appearance, image, aesthetics, well-being, visible skin changes and discomfort in the quality of life felt by a patient. The purpose of aesthetic medicine is to achieve patients’ satisfaction, as to their requirements related to the appearance, elimination of the complexes and the restoration of self-esteem. The following work shows, based on the overall impact of aesthetic medicine on the lives of patients and on the basis of the characteristics of some basic treatments in aesthetic medicine (fillers, botulinum toxin type A, intralipotherapy, needle mesotherapy, chemical peels), how this area of medicine is linked with other specialties and why it should be treated as a separate field of medicine.
