For the first time,we have prepared functional corrole molecules modified iron oxide(feo) magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs) by a facile two-step *** corrole-feo nanocomposites exhibited a higher peroxidase-like activity than that of pure feo nanoparticles,and accelerate the oxidation of peroxidase substrate 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) in the presence of hydrogen peroxide(Ho) only in 5 min,which could be attributed to the generation of hydroxyl radicals(?oH).Kinetic analysis showed that the catalytic behavior was in accord with typical Michaelis-Menten ***,corrole-feo exhibits several advantages including low cost,facile fabrication,easy separation,and high catalytic *** on these findings,corrole-feo nanocomposites were employed to fabricate a simple,sensitive,and selective colorimetric biosensor for Ho and glucose *** linear relationships between absorbance of oxidized TMB at 652 nm and Ho concentration or glucose concentration were obtained from 10 μM to 100 μM with a detection limit of 3.6 μM and 4 μM to 40 μM with the detection limit as low as 2.46 μM,*** results demonstrate that the corrole-feo nanocomposites have potential applications in bioanalysis and biodetection.
