Comprehensive comparison on the chemical metabolites and taste evaluation of tea after roasting using untargeted and pseudotargeted metabolomics

Roasting is a common manufacture technology for processing various *** is not only used in decreasing the water content of finished tea,but also improving the flavor of *** the present study,the roasted and non-roasted teas were compared by liquid-chromatography mass spectrometry and sensory *** roasted tea tasted less bitter and *** content of main galloylated and simple catechins,caffeine and theobromine in roasted were significantly lower than non-roasted *** taste-compounds metabolomics revealed that(-)-epigallocatechin gallate,kaempferol-glucose-rhamnose-glucose and(-)-epicatechin gallate were main contributors tightly correlated to astringent *** glycosides including kaempferol-glucose,quercetin-glucose,kaempferol-glucose-rhamnose-glucose,and quercetin-glucose-rhamnose-glucose in roasted teas were also significantly less than non-roasted *** study the chemical changes during roasting,tea with a strong astringency was roasted under 80,100,120,140,and 160°*** the increase of roasting temperature,the bitter and astringent intensity of tea was gradually decreased,but the main astringent compounds including(-)-epigallocatechin,(-)-epigallocatechin gallate and kaempferol/quercetin glycosides were irregularly varied with *** Pearson correlation coefficient analysis suggested procyanidin B2,coumaroylquinic acids and gallotannins were tightly correlated to the astringent and bitter perceptions,while N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidonesubstituted flavan-3-ols were negatively correlated.

Preliminary study on qualitative and quantitative detection of norfloxacin based on terahertz spectroscopy

Norfloxacin is a kind of quinolone bactericide which is widely used in food industry,livestock feed and medicine *** present,how to develop a rapid,convenient and accurate technique for qualitative and quantitative detection of norfloxacin is still a *** this study,Terahertz Time-domain Spectroscopy technology(THz-TDS)was used to explore qualitative and quantitative analysis of ***-five norfloxacin samples with different levels were *** pure norfloxacin powder was mixed with polyethylene(PE)powder together and made into tablets by tablet-making *** minimum detection concentration was 10%and the maximum detection concentration evaluated in the paper was 90%.Then,terahertz(THz)spectra of each sample were measured on K15 THz-TDS *** multiple linear regressions and the partial least squares regression algorithms were used to establish a model to make quantitative *** the results,two typical fingerprint peaks of norfloxacin in terahertz band were observed at 0.944 THz and 1.206 THz,and the correlation coefficient and the root mean square error of the established model reached 0.9908 and 0.0481,respectively,which showed that the model performed well for the *** preliminary study indicates that THz spectroscopy has great potential for future screening applications to detect the presence of norfloxacin residues in food,livestock feed and medicine industries.

Multi-attributed decision making for mining methods based on grey system and interval numbers

In the case of unknown weights, theories of multi-attributed decision making based on interval numbers and grey related analysis were used to optimize mining methods. As the representative of independence for the indicator, the smaller the correlation of indicators is, the greater the weight is. Hence, the weights of interval numbers of indicators were determined by using correlation coefficient. Relative closeness based on positive and negative ideal methods was calculated by introducing distance between interval numbers, which made decision making more rational and comprehensive. A new method of ranking interval numbers based on normal distribution was proposed for the optimization of mining methods, whose basic properties were discussed. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method were verified by theories and practice.

An approach to predicting dynamic power dissipation of coupled interconnect network in dynamic CMOS logic circuits

In deep submicron (DSM) integrated circuits (IC), coupling capacitors between interconnects become dominant over grounded capacitors. As a result, the dynamic power dissipation of one node is no longer only in relation to the signal on that node, and it also depends on signals on its neighbor nodes through coupling capacitors. Thus, for their limitation in dealing with ca-pacitively coupled nets, past jobs on power estimation are facing rigorous challenges and need to be ameliorated. This paper proposes and proves a simple and fast approach to predicting dynamic power dissipation of coupled interconnect networks: a coupling capacitor in dynamic CMOS logic circuits is decoupled and mapped into an equivalent cell containing an XOR gate and a grounded capacitor, and the whole circuit after mapping, consuming the same power as the original one, could be easily managed by generally-used gate-level power estimation tools. This paper also investigates the correlation coefficient method (CCM). Given the signal probabilities and the correlation coefficients between signals, the dynamic power of interconnect networks can be calculated by using CCM. It can be proved that the decoupling method and CCM draw identical results, that is to say, the decoupling method implicitly preserves correlation properties between signals and there is no accuracy loss in the decoupling process. Moreover, it is addressed that the coupling capacitors in static CMOS circuits could be decoupled and mapped into an equivalent cell containing a more complicated logic block, and the power can be obtained by the probability method for dynamic CMOS logic circuits.

A correlation OPTS algorithm for reducing peak to average power ratio of FBMC-OQAM systems

A correlation overlapping partial transmit sequence(C-OPTS) algorithm is proposed to solve the issue of high complexity of overlapping partial transmit sequence(OPTS) algorithm in suppressing the peak to average power ratio(PAPR) of filter bank multicarrier-offset quadrature amplitude modulation(FBMC-OQAM) *** V subblocks in partial transmit sequence(PTS) are regrouped into U combinations according to the correlation coefficient p,and overlapping subblocks are allowed between adjacent *** search starts from the first group and sets the phase factors of the subsequent groups to *** the phase factors of the non-overlapping subblocks in the first group are determined,the subsequent groups are searched in turn to determine their respective phase *** from the second data block,the data overlapped with it should be taken into account when determining its optimal phase factor *** analysis and simulation results indicate that compared with the OPTS algorithm,the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the computational complexity at the cost of slight deterioration of PAPR ***,compared with the even-odd iterative double-layers OPTS(ID-OPTS) algorithm,it can further reduce the complexity and obtain a better PAPR suppression effect.

Studying the direction of hydraulic fracture in carbonate reservoirs:Using machine learning to determine reservoir pressure

Hydraulic fracturing(HF)is an effective way to intensify oil production,which is currently widely used in various conditions,including complex carbonate *** the conditions of the field under consideration,the hydraulic fracturing leads to a significant differentiation of technological efficiency indicators,which makes it expedient to study the patterns of crack formation in *** were carried out for all wells,which were considered as the objects of impact,to assess the spatial orientation of the cracks *** developed indirect method was used for this purpose,the reliability of which was confirmed by geophysical *** the analysis,it was found that in all cases,the crack is oriented in the direction of the section of the development system element characterized by the maximum reservoir *** the same time,the reservoir pressure values for all wells were determined at one point in time(at the beginning of HF)using machine learning *** reliability of the machine learning methods used is confirmed by the high convergence with the actual(historical)reservoir pressures obtained during hydrodynamic studies of *** obtained conclusion about the influence of the reservoir pressure on the patterns of fracture formation should be taken into account when planning hydraulic fracturing under the conditions studied.

Rice stem borer(Chilo agamemnon Bles.)is a primary insect pest of rice and is a major limiting factor to rice *** for insect-resistant crop varieties has been an economic way of integrated pest management(IPM)as it offers a viable and ecologically acceptable *** study was aimed to evaluate rice genotypes for their resistance against rice stem *** parental genotypes with twenty one F1 crosses were evaluated for genotypic variation in field *** of variance revealed significant differences for the studied traits in almost all crosses and *** addition,the mean squares of parents versus their crosses were signifi-cant for stem borer resistance and other associated ***,both general combining ability(GCA)and specific combining ability(SCA)variances were highly significant for all characters studied in the F1 *** on GCA,4 genotypes(Sakha101,Gz6903-3-4-2-1,Gz9577-4-1-1 and Hassawi)exhibited highly significant negative values for stem borer resistance(–0.53,–1.06,–0.18 and–0.49,respectively)indicating they are the best combiners for stem borer *** on SCA analysis,nine cross combinations showed highly significant negative effects for stem borer ***,the cross Giza178Hassawi was the best combination with significantly highest value for early *** addition,seven crosses showed highly significant negative SCA for plant height *** the other hand,for panicle length,number of primary branches/panicle,panicle weight and 1000-grain weight,seven,four,eight and six crosses showed highly significant positive SCA,*** result further revealed that the non-additive dominance genetic variance was higher than the additive variance for all evaluated traits indicating that non-additive genetic variances have a role in their *** broad-sense heritability estimates were high for all the studied *** stem borer resistance was significantly correl

Seismic studies of coal bed methane content in the west coal mining area of Qinshui Basin

The coal bed methane content(CBMC)in the west mining area of Jincheng coalfield,southeastern Qjnshui Basin,is studied based on seismic data and well-logs together with laboratory *** results show that the Shuey approximation has better adaptability according to the Zoeppritz equation result;the designed fold number for an ordinary seismic data is sufficient for post-stack data but insufficient for pre-stack data regarding the signal to noise ratio(SNR).Therefore a larger grid analysis was created in order to improve the *** velocity field created by logging is better than that created by stack velocity in both accuracy and effectiveness.A reasonable distribution of the amplitude versus offset(AVO)attributes can be facilitated by taking the AVO response from logging as a standard for calibrating the amplitude *** AVO attributes have a close relationship with *** worst attribute is polarization magnitude,for which the correlation coefficient is 0.308;and the best attribute is the polarization product from intercept,of which the correlation coefficient *** predicted by AVO attributes is better overall than that predicted by direct interpolation of CBMC;the validation error of the former is 14.47%,which is lower than that of the latter 23.30%.CBMC of this area ranges from2.5 m^3/t to 22 m^3/*** CBMC in the syncline is over 10m^3/t,but it is below 10m^3/t in the anticline;on the whole,CBMC in the syncline is higher than that in anticline.

Spatio-Temporal correlation Analysis of Global Temperature Based on the correlation Matrix Theory

Based on the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis daily mean temperature data from 1948 to 2005 and random time series of the same size,temperature correlation matrixes（TCMs） and random correlation matrixes（RCMs） are constructed and *** results show that there are meaningful true correlations as well as correlation＂noises＂in the *** true correlations contain short range correlations（SRCs） among temperature series of neighboring grid points as well as long range correlations（LRCs） among temperature series of different regions,such as the El Nino area and the warm pool areas of the Pacific,the Indian Ocean,the Atlantic,*** different time scales,these two kinds of correlations show different features：at 1-10-day scale,SRCs are more important than LRCs;while at 15-day-or-more scale,the importance of SRCs and LRCs decreases and increases respectively,compared with the case of 1-10-day *** is found from the analyses of eigenvalues and eigenvectors of TCMs and corresponding RCMs that most correlation information is contained in several eigenvectors of TCMs with relatively larger eigenvalues,and the projections of global temperature series onto these eigenvectors are able to reflect the overall characteristics of global temperature changes to some ***,the correlation coefficients（CCs） of grid point temperature series show significant temporal and spatial *** average CCs over 1950-1956,1972-1977,and 1996-2000 are significantly higher than average while that over the periods 1978-1982 and 1991-1996 are opposite,suggesting a distinctive oscillation of quasi-10-20 ***,the CCs at 1-and 15-day scales both show band-like zonal distributions;the zonally averaged CCs at 1-day scale display a better latitudinal symmetry,while they are relatively worse at 15-day scale because of sea-land contrast of the Northern and Southern ***,the meridionally averaged CCs at 15-day scale display a longitudinal quasi-symmetry.
