Purpose:The purpose of this literature review was to investigate how cooperative learning(CL)has been conceptualized and implemented in Chinese physical education(PE).CL is one of the most influential and widespread areas of theory,research,and practice in western *** the promotion of Chinese government policies,CL has become a popular field of research and was widely used as a pedagogical practice in ***/Approach/Methods:Shulruf’s five methodological steps were utilized as the process of screening and selecting relevant *** analysis and constant comparison were conducted for analyzing the chosen ***:The analytic induction revealed four key themes:(a)historical development,(b)policy influence,(c)conceptualization of CL,and(d)implementation of *** found that the conceptualization of CL in Chinese PE was ambiguous,and the implementation of CL was predominantly documented by quantitative research *** addition,few studies were conducted at the elementary school ***/Value:This is a comprehensive literature review on CL in Chinese *** and recommendations in this article will be beneficial for policymakers,scholars,and PE teachers to better understand and promote CL in China.

Learner Autonomy （LA） is the desirable goal of the education. To date, many Learner Autonomy training programs have been carried out in foreign language teaching. cooperative learning （CL） is a language teaching and learning strategy which gets learners actively and cooperatively involved in learning a foreign language in groups. Both of them have been respectively advocated from pedagogical point of view and from the perspective of philosophy. However, being autonomous does not necessarily mean learning alone. Language learners should learn cooperatively and autonomously. It is the author＇s contention that CL is a good method to promote LA. CL has positive effects on both students＇ readiness and their ability to be more autonomous. CL enhances self-esteem and self-confidence, increases high motivation, encourages learners＇ responsibility for learning, enhances self-management skills, increases support for language learners to move from interdependence to independence. The paper stresses in the end that promoting LA is the teacher＇s long-term pedagogic goal.

The most important goal in civics education is to ensure that each citizen has a good understanding of ethics and moral behavior, and thus stresses the constant link between knowledge and practice. In this context, to increase understanding of civics education for being able to create the best generation and condition in the future life, study on this issue is becoming a very crucial manner. In general, methods like discussion and dialogue are used to allow students to express themselves. However, cooperative learning in particular addresses many of the needs and concerns facing by educational systems and Team Game Tournament （TGT） method is one of the preferable methods of cooperative learning. This study was aiming to increase civics learning achievements by using cooperative learning based on TGT method on secondary school students of Jatisari of Indonesia. The action research procedure was also used so as to be able to evaluate the influent, impact, and result of TGT. Accordingly, cooperative learning with TGT method has successfully given positive contribution to increasing student learning civics achievement.

Effects of cooperative learning on Interactional Strategy Use in EFL Context:An Analysis of Chinese Students' Classroom Talks

This paper presents a study that explored the effects of cooperative learning on Chinese students＇ interactional strategy use in the EFL classroom. A quasi-experimental research design was adopted. The experimental class （EC） participated in cooperative learning for 30 minutes in each 90-minute session in an integrated skills course while the control class （CC） had the same course following a teacher-fronted format. Interactional data of EC and CC were collected for comparison from the pre- and post-tasks conducted at the beginning and the end of the experiment respectively. The results show that EC appeared to have made more gains in interactional strategy use than CC after the experiment. Although CC made more progress in elaboration than EC, EC produced more uptakes, used much less Chinese and made fewer message abandonments, suggesting better oral fluency in their interaction as a result of cooperative learning.
