Microscopic and Fractal Characterization of Organic Matter within Lacustrine Shale Reservoirs in the First Member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation,Songliao Basin,Northeast China

Understanding the occurrences of different fractions of organic matter in shale reservoirs is very important for the evaluation of shale *** organic-rich shale samples from the first member of the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the Songliao Basin were analyzed with confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM)and fluorescence spectral *** results show that the occurrences of different organic components are related to the fabric of samples and vary with *** bulk content of light components is significantly higher than heavy components and exhibits a positive relationship with quartz and feldspar *** light and heavy components are distributed parallel with the lamination in microscopic view in laminated samples,and randomly in massive *** maximum radius of light components in most of the samples is larger than 20μm,while it is smaller for heavy components,indicating the micro fractionation from clay/organic lamina to quartz/feldspar *** depth of enrichment of light components corresponds to the oil maturity of organic *** the distribution of light and heavy components fits the same fractal model,with fractal dimensions ranging between 2.2 and *** CLSM results confirm that it can be a reliable tool for the"sweet spot"exploration.

Cxcl16 Interact With SARS-CoV N Protein In and Out Cell

Our study investigated the host cell protein which can interact with SARS-CoV N protein, and explored the functional connections. The eukaryotic expression vectors pEGFP-N1/SARS-CoVN and pdsRed2-N1/ CXCL16 were constructed and used to co-transfect HEK293FT cells by the calcium phosphate method. The HIS-tagged fusion protein SARS-CoVN-GFP was then built and purified for the binding assay in vitro. The co-localization of SARS-CoVN and CXCL16 in the cytoplasm of HEK293FT cells was also shown using confocal laser scanning microscopy. It is suggested that their interaction might be through direct combination. Under a fluorescence microscope, it was observed that the purified fusion protein SARS-CoVN-GFP was attached to the cell membrane of CXCL16-transfected cells, indicating that SARS-CoVN and CXCL16 can be mutually combined.

Influence diversity of extracellular DNA on bioleaching chalcopyrite and pyrite by Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans ST

In this paper,Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans ST was selected for use in bioleaching of pyrite and *** adsorption experiments revealed that more cells were adsorbed on the surface of pyrite than on the surface of *** role of extracellular DNA(eDNA)in the bioleaching process was investigated by depletion of eDNA using DNase *** number of cells attached on the chalcopyrite and pyrite surfaces decreased on a large scale,and the lag phase of cell growth increased,causing the leaching percentages of pyrite and chalcopyrite to decrease by approximately 11.6%and 20.5%,*** formation and distribution of eDNA secreted during bioleaching was assessed by a fluorescent dye-based method and visualized by confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM).The content of eDNA increased with bioleaching ***,ST showed a stronger capacity to produce eDNA on the surface of pyrite than on the surface of *** results showed that the removal of eDNA has a more significant effect on the bioleaching of chalcopyrite than on pyrite.

＜正＞beta-Adrenoceptors（ARs） in the basolateral nucleus of amygdala（BLA） play an essential role in regulating synaptic plasticity and fear ***,little is known about the cellular and subcellular distributions of beta-ARs in this brain ***,we reported that betal- and beta2-ARs are predominantly expressed in neurons but not in astrocytes in the ***,betal-AR is predominantly distributed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of neurons,whereas beta2-AR not only in the membrane and cytoplasm but also in the *** differential subcellular distribution of betal- and beta2-ARs may have different functional significance in learning and memory.
