Comparative evaluation of Antitumor Chinese Patent Medicine Injections Based on Evidence-Based Medicine and Markov Model

Objective: The objective of this study was to explore the safety, efficacy, economy, and other aspects of frequently-used antitumor Chinese patent medicine injections through a comprehensive evaluation of evidence-based medical research to provide scientific information and decision-making basis for drug selection, rational drug use, public awareness of safe drug use, and medical insurance. Materials and Methods: The names of five frequently used antitumor Chinese patent medicine injections were used as search terms, including the compound Sophora flavescens injection, Kangai injection, Aidi injection, Kanglaite injection, and Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection. Relevant evidence-based medical research was extracted from the databases. A descriptive evaluation was conducted, and the Markov model was used for the cost-benefit analysis. Finally, the above injections are ranked by comprehensive scores using the multi-criteria decision analysis and Delphi method. Results: The five injections had their own advantages in enhancing the effectiveness of anti-tumor treatments, improving the quality of life for cancer patients, and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions. From the perspective of economy and other attributes, compound S. flavescens was superior to B. javanica oil, Aidi, Kangai, and Kanglaite. After a comprehensive evaluation of the above five injections, the compound S. flavescens injection received the highest score. Conclusions: Compound S. flavescens, Kangai, Aidi, B. javanica oil, and Kanglaite have their own advantages in effectiveness and no significant difference in safety. Compound S. flavescens injection has the highest comprehensive score. Clinical attention should be paid to monitoring the initial stage of medication and special groups.

Application of Flower Borders in Hefei City

The application value of 70 kinds of flowers in Hefei City was evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).From the three aspects of adaptability,ornamental value and economic traits,12 indicators were summarized to establish a comprehensive evaluation *** results show that the application of grade-I plants(J≥3.6642)in flower borders is the most suitable,and they include 19 species of plants such as Osmanthus fragrans ***,accounting for 27.14%.The application of grade-II plants(3.2319≤J≤3.6641)in flower borders is suitable,and 36 species of plants such as Jacobaea maritima are included,with the proportion of 51.42%.The application of grade-III plants(2.7935≤J≤3.2318)in flower borders is relatively suitable,and they contain 8 species of plants such as Acer palmatum’Atropurpureum’(Van Houtte)Schwerim,accounting for 11.42%.Grade-IV plants(J≤2.7934)can be applied in flower borders under special circumstances,and include 6 species of plants such as Muehlenbeckia complexa Meisn.,accounting for 8.57%.The results can provide reference for the selection of flower border plants in *** locations and types of 40 flower borders were summarized to provide a basis for the development direction and future planning of flower borders in Hefei.

The application effect of 30 introduced flowering shrubs in landscape in Hefei City was comprehensively evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process(APH).A comprehensive evaluation model was established by using factors such as plant type,resistance and drought tolerance of introduced flowering *** results show that the application effect of grade-I introduced flowering shrubs(including 12 kinds,***)was the best(j≥2.6),and that of grade-II introduced flowering shrubs(including 14 kinds,***×grandiflora‘Francis Mason’)was better(2.2≤jevaluation results can provide reference for the application effect of introduced flowering shrubs in landscape in Hefei City.

Study on the Measurement of the Development Level of Common Prosperity

Constructing a comprehensive prosperity evaluation index system from the dimensions of“affluence”and“commonality,”consisting of 23 detailed indicators,this study utilizes the entropy method and provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020 to measure the level of common prosperity across Chinese *** research findings indicate an overall upward trend in the common prosperity development level among provinces during the sample ***,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Guangdong,and Jiangsu exhibit the highest common prosperity indices at the provincial *** a spatial perspective,significant disparities exist in the common prosperity levels among different ***,policy recommendations are proposed:Tailoring strategies for regional development based on realities,reinforcing regional coordinated development,and promoting the advancement of common prosperity.

Morphological and physiological plasticity response to low nitrogen stress in black cottonwood(Populus deltoides Marsh.)

It is important to evaluate nitrogen use efficiency and nitrogen tolerance of trees in order to improve their *** this study,both were evaluated for 338 Populus deltoides genotypes from six *** plants were cultured under normal nitrogen(750μM NH_4 NO_3)and low nitrogen(5μM NH_4 NO_3)conditions for 3 ***,chlorophyll content and glutamine synthetase activity of each genotype were *** low nitrogen,heights,ground diameter,leaf area,leaf and root biomass,and chlorophyll contents were significantly lower than those under normal nitrogen *** analysis showed that nutrient distribution changed under different nitrogen *** was a negative correlation between leaf traits and root biomass under normal nitrogen level,however,the correlation became positive in low nitrogen ***,with the decrease of nitrogen level,the negative correlation between leaf morphology and chlorophyll levels became *** growth of the genotypes under the two treatments was evaluated by combining principal component analysis with a fuzzy mathematical membership function;the results showed that leaf traits accounted for a large proportion of the variation in the evaluation *** to the results of comprehensive evaluation of plants under the two treatments,the 338 *** genotypes could be divided into nine categories,with wide genotypic diversity in nitrogen use efficiency and low nitrogen *** a result,26 N-efficient genotypes and 24 N-inefficient genotypes were *** comparative analysis of their morphological and physiological traits under the two treatments,leaf traits could be significant indicators for nitrogen use efficiency and nitrogen tolerance,which is of considerable significance for breeding poplar varieties with high nitrogen use efficiencies.

In order to quantify within-and between-population variation in seed and seedling traits of Juglans mandshurica and reveal the relationship among genetic and environmental variations and select elite families,samples of 50 *** families from five natural populations in Liaoning Province,northeast China,were taken to measure seed and seedling *** results show that all seed traits varied significantly among families within the population,but only kernel weight and kernel rate showed significant variations among *** values of single seed weight,length,width,lateral diameter,and average size,and kernel weight and rate were 10.1 g,43.0 mm,29.2 mm,28.1 mm,33.4 mm,and 2.2 g and 22.5%,*** variations were observed in seedling height and root collar diameter among families and interaction between families and blocks,but the block effects on height and root collar diameter were *** values of height and root collar diameter were 94.0 cm and 8.7 mm,*** heritability of traits ranged from 0.6 gm(kernel weight)to 0.9 mm(seedling height).Correlation analysis showed a strong relationship among seed traits but a weak correlation between seed and seedling *** analysis grouped the five natural populations of *** into three significant clusters with different *** general combining ability analysis showed that most traits in one family(WD11)were higher,suggesting parental traits were excellent for selecting elite parent *** the comprehensive evaluation method,five families with better seed traits and five families with better seedling traits were selected as elite materials with 10%selection *** genetic gains of these elite materials for seed weight,kernel weight,average seed size,kernel rate,seedling height,and root collar diameter were 13.1%,10.3%,4.1%,2.4%,29.7%,and 21.1%,respectively.

Self-determinate evaluation method based on condition of weights non-dictatorial rate

The condition of weightes non-dictatorship is extended and a comprehensive evaluae method emboding self-determinate which is combined with competitive view optimization principles is built. The basic process includes simulating the model of economic man＇s self-benefit bahaviors, taking the place of experts to evaluate, bringing in the model of minimizing the sum of included angles to integrate the information of multiple objects and put the objects in order finally. The method has the advangtages of less dependendence on the subjective information, plenty of information, fair process and simple caculating. Finally, an application example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
