Nowadays,data are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of data quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the data are usable or ***,the comprehensive evaluation method of data quality mostly contains the subjective factors of the evaluator,so how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the data has become a bottleneck that needs to be solved in the research of comprehensive evaluation *** order to evaluate the data more comprehensively,objectively and differentially,a novel comprehensive evaluation method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey correlation analysis(GCA)is presented in this *** first,an improved GCA evaluation model based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is ***,an objective function model of maximum difference of the comprehensive evaluation values is built,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the weights of the improved GCA evaluation model based on the objective function ***,the performance of the proposed method is investigated through parameter analysis.A performance comparison of traffic flow data is carried out,and the simulation results show that the maximum average difference between the evaluation results and its mean value(MDR)of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method is 33.24%higher than that of TOPSIS-GCA,and 6.86%higher than that of *** proposed method has better differentiation than other methods,which means that it objectively and comprehensively evaluates the data from both the relevance and differentiation of the data,and the results more effectively reflect the differences in data quality,which will provide more effective data support for intelligent modeling,prediction and other applications.

The multi-energy complementary ecosystem is an important form of the modern energy ***,standardized evaluation criteria and the corresponding method framework have not yet been formed,resulting in unclear standards and irregular processes of its *** cope with this issue,a novel comprehensive evaluation framework for multi-energy complementary ecosystems is proposed in this ***,a 5D comprehensive evaluation criteria system,including environment,economy,technology,safety and systematicness,is ***,a novel multicriteria decision-making model integrating an analytic network process,entropy and preference-ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation under an intuitional fuzzy environment is ***,four practical cases are used for model testing and empirical *** results of the research show that the unit cost of the energy supply and the internal rate of return indexes have the highest weights of 0.142 and 0.010,*** means that they are the focus in the construction of a multi-energy complementary *** net flows of four cases are 0.015,0.123,-0.132 and-0.005,indicating that cases with a variety of energy supply forms and using intelligent management and control platforms to achieve cold,heat and electrical coupling have more advantages.

To effectively quantify the impact of distributed photovoltaic(PV)access on the distribution network,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of distributed PV grid connection combining subjective and objective combination of assignment and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)—rank sum ratio(RSR)(TOPSIS-RSR)*** on the traditional distribution network evaluation system,a comprehensive evaluation system has been *** fully considers the new development requirements of distributed PV access on the environmental friendliness and absorptive capacity of the distribution grid and comprehensively reflects the impact of distributed PV grid *** analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the subjective weights of the primary indicators,and the Spearman consistency test was combined to determine the weights of the secondary indicators based on three objective assignment *** subjective and objective combination weights of each assessment indicator were calculated through the principle of minimum *** the distance between the indicators to be evaluated and the positive and negative ideal solutions,the relative closeness ranking,and qualitative binning by TOPSIS-RSR method to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of different *** setting up different PV grid-connected scenarios and utilizing the IEEE33 node simulation algorithm,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed subject-object combination assignment and integrated assessment method are verified.

An analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was employed to assess the applicability of 18 new and superior varieties of flowers in Hefei City flower border applications.A total of 12 indicators were selected from three distinct aspects of adaptability,ornamental characteristics and use traits,in order to establish a comprehensive evaluation *** results demonstrate that grade I(J≥2.685)exhibits excellent application value,encompassing six species of plants,such asHydrangeamacrophylla‘Endless Summer’;grade II(2.684≤J≤2.420)is also of notable application value,encompassing five species of plants,such asCallistemonrigidus;grade III(2.419≤J≤2.615)is of average application value,including five species of plants,such asCrocosmiacrocosmiflora;grade IV(J≤2.16)is of relatively poor application *** evaluation results may be utilized as a theoretical reference for the promotion of new and superior varieties in the flower border of Hefei.

In order to further understand and better develop and utilize wild flower resources in Hefei City,a comprehensive evaluation model of landscape value of wild flowers in the application of flower border was constructed by field investigation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The application value of wild flowers in Hefei was evaluated by selecting evaluation indicators from three aspects of ornamental value,adaptability and resource potential.

A comprehensive evaluation method of electric power prediction models using multiple accuracy indicators is *** obtain the preferred models,this paper selects a number of accuracy indicators that can reflect the accuracy of single-point prediction and the correlation of predicted data,and carries out a comprehensive ***,according to Dempster-Shafer(D-S)evidence theory,a new accuracy indicator based on the relative error(RE)is proposed to solve the problem that RE is inconsistent with other indicators in the quantity of evaluation values and cannot be adopted at the same ***,a new dimensionless method is proposed,which combines the efficiency coefficient method with the extreme value method to unify the accuracy indicator into a dimensionless positive indicator,to avoid the conflict between pieces of evidence caused by the minimum value of *** this basis,the evidence fusion is used to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of each ***,the principle and the process of consistency checking of the proposed method using the entropy method and the linear combination formula are ***,the effectiveness and the superiority of the proposed method are validated by an illustrative instance.

comprehensive evaluation and Prediction of Enhancement of Boiling Heat Transfer with Additives

A model of evaluation and prediction of enhancement of boiling heat transfer with additives has been proposed according to fuzzy fundamentals. Correlative appraisement of boiling heat transfer augmentation was done with the model based on 39 additives which were tested by the authors and other researchers. The results show that the evaluation of 35 additives is consistent with experiments, which means that the accuracy of the model is 89.7 percent. In addition, the prediction of the ability of boiling heat transfer enhancement with sodium oleate, polyethylene glycol and Tween-40 is also in good agreement with correspondent experiments.

There are many types of tidal current power generation devices,and it is necessary to make comprehensive evaluation of tidal current power generation devices in order to provide valuable reference for the improvement of their performance *** the basis of the analysis of the tidal current power generation device performance indexes,the hierarchical model for comprehensive evaluation of device performance is given in this *** normalizing the membership matrix elements based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,all the values of the matrix elements are restrained in the range of0.0 to 1.0,hence the complexity of the calculations is *** similarity is used to determine the expert weights which reflect the knowledge and experience of the *** paper presents an improved method for rank correlation analysis,and calculates the comprehensive weight value and the final evaluation results of tidal current power generation *** presented method improves the credibility of the *** the end,measured data of two units of tidal current power generation devices are evaluated in the paper,and the effectiveness of the presented method is verified.

comprehensive evaluation on Urban Sustainable Development of Harbin City in Northeast China

It is an effective way in realizing urban coordinated and sustainable development to establish a series of in- dicators and to evaluate urban environmental and socioeconomic development. According to the characteristics of Harbin City in Northeast China, an indicator system including five subsystems and 37 indicators was established for comprehensive evaluation on urban sustainable development. The development indexes of all urban subsystems and complex system were calculated quantitatively using the comprehensively integrated methods composed of Principle Component Analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process and weighed index method, and then the comprehensive level of ur- ban sustainable development and the degree of urban interior coordination were analyzed. The results indicated that 1) the overall urban development presented an uptrend, however, the interior development was not well balanced from 1996 to 2006; 2) the development in each subsystem presented a strong fluctuation; and 3) the development in re- sources subsystem showed a downtrend. Based on those results, the suggestions of urban sustainable development were put forward at the end.

This article explores and establishes comprehensive evaluation index system of wind power accommodation ability considering microscopic index and macroscopic index, and the index system includes conventional evaluation indexes such as forecast deviation, simultaneity factor and anti-peak rate, also newly introduced evaluation indexes such as installed capacity, power adequacy and accommodation space. Bayesian weight modified method is used for solving index weights of 8 wind power accommodation indexes. The paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation model of wind power accommodation ability based on improved radar chart method, and this model changes traditional radar chart fan-shaped sector to quadrilateral evaluation region, and increasing angle bisector can solve the problem that evaluation results are not unique. It constructs new area and perimeter vectors of radar chart, which make the evaluation results give consideration to level of aggregation and balance degree of evaluation objectives, and case study results show that this model has a certain practical value.
