Combined with NMR,core experiment,slim-tube tests,nano-CT and oil composition analysis,the mechanism of CO(2) enhanced oil recovery had been ***_(2) flooding under supercritical state could achieve higher oil *** the process of crude oil displaced by supercritical CO2,the average oil recovery was 46.98% at low displacement pressures and 73.35% at high displacement *** permeability of cores after CO2 flooding was only 28%-64% of those before *** to the expelled oil,the contents of asphaltenes and non-hydrocarbons decreased,and saturated hydrocarbons of above C25 were absent in some samples,indicating that they had been retained in cores as demonstrated by CT and NMR *** slim-tube tests,the heavy components of oil were expelled when the pressure increased to 30 *** was a reasonable bottom hole pressure(BHP) below which the heavy components driven out from the far-well zone would deposit in the near-well zone,and when the pressure was too high,the nonhydrocarbon detention may cause *** smaller throat and worse physical properties the porous media had,the higher displacement pressure would be required to achieve a good oil displacement *** increase in displacement pressure or time of interaction between oil and CO2 could effectively enhance oil recovery.

In traditional Chinese medicine, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos is commonly used as anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antipyretic herbal medicine, and geo-authentic herbs are believed to present the highest quality among all samples from different regions. To discuss the current situation and trend of geo-authentic Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, we searched Chinese Biomedicine Literature Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Scientific Journal Full-text Database, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Wanfang, and PubMed. We investigated all studies up to November 2015 pertaining to quality assessment, discrimination, pharmacological effects, planting or processing, or ecological system of geo-authentic Lonicerae Japonicae Flos. Sixty-five studies mainly discussing about chemical fingerprint, component analysis, planting and processing, discrimination between varieties, ecological system, pharmacological effects, and safety were systematically reviewed. By analyzing these studies, we found that the key points of geo-authentic Lonicerae Japonicae Flos research were quality and application. Further studies should focus on improving the quality by selecting the more superior of all varieties and evaluating clinical effectiveness.

Sweet potato and potato residual flours as potential nutritional and healthy food material

In this study, the proximate composition, mineral content and amino acid composition of starch processing residues from 10 cultivars of sweet potato and 10 cultivars of potato were determined, and the nutritional and health-related values of these residues were investigated. The residual flours contained 20.63-31.48 g and 17.14-28.57 g rich dietary fiber per 100 g dry weight for sweet potato and potato, respectively, as well as mineral elements, including potassium, ferrum, zinc and copper. The highest limiting amino acid score （AAS） of the almost balanced amino acid composition were observed to be 71.07 and 57.96 for sweet potato and potato residues, respectively. A grey relational analysis showed that the nutritional values of Jishu 4 at 0.7519 and LT-5 at 0.7281 were the highest among the sweet potato and potato residues, respectively. The evaluation of the sweet potato/potato residues, the by-products of the starch industry, based on recommended daily intake （RDI） standards, indicated that the residues have potential nutritional and health-related food values.

Studies regarding the influence of emergent vegetation on sediment transport are scarce and have mainly focused on flume *** fill this gap and also meet the international need,we aimed to evaluate the influence of emergent vegetation(Echinodorus macrophyllus) on sediment transport of Capibaribe River,*** and suspended sediment measurements were carried out using the US BLH 84 and US DH 48 samplers,*** of stem diameter,stem spacing and plant density were performed in conjunction with flow and sediment field *** on our results,0.45 m swas the threshold of mean flow velocity supported by *** under field *** value can be helpful for other rivers with gravel-bed river to armoured layer ratio(AR=D)/D=12.50)-natural conditions observed in Capibaribe River-or where the vegetation can provide positive effects,such as increase the bed stability,assist water restoration/rehabilitation and decrease water *** results can hopefully be used in engineering practice and ecosystem *** general,both the drag coefficient and drag force varied inversely and directly with the mean flow velocity and vegetation density,*** vegetation resistance force was inversely proportional to the bedload transport owing to the resistance caused by emergent *** finding was supported by the clear decoupling between nonvegetated and emergent vegetated conditions indicated by cluster *** study results provided a reasonable understanding of the interaction between emergent vegetation,water flow and sediment transport in the Capibaribe River.

Applications of HPLC/MS in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicines

In China, traditional Chinese medicines （TCMs） have been used in clinical applications for thousands of years. The successful hyphenation of high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） and mass spectrometry （MS） has been applied widely in TCMs and biological samples analysis. Undoubtedly, HPLC/MS technique has facilitated the understanding of the treatment mechanism of TCMs. We reviewed more than 350 published papers within the last 5 years on HPLC/MS in the analysis of TCMs. The present review focused on the applications of HPLC/MS in the component analysis, metabolites analysis, and pharmacokinetics of TCMs etc. 50% of the literature is related to the component analysis of TCMs, which show that this field is the most popular type of research. In the metabolites analysis, HPLC coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry has been demonstrated to be the powerful tool for the characterization of structural features and fragmentation behavior patterns. This paper presented a brief overview of the applications of HPLC/MS in the analysis of TCMs. HPLC/MS in the fingerprint analysis is reviewed elsewhere.

The composition analysis of coal-derived light oil

The composition of coal-derived light oil (IBP-220℃) was separated into 5 fractions by atmospheric distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spec- trometry (GC/MS).The light oil was made at 0.1 t/d coal direct liquefaction bench scale unit (BSU) at China Coal Research Institute (CCRI).Six groups of organics,including acyclic hydrocarbon,alicyclic hydrocarbon,aromatics,phenols,polynuclear aromatics and heterocyclics,were found and 80 compounds were tentatively identified in *** hydrocarbon is the main component of the light oil compared to other groups whether in relative mass percentage or the number of compounds in *** predominant oxy- gen-contained compound is phenols,and the nitrogen-containing compound is pyridine. No sulfur-containing compound is detected.

Insecticidal activities and active components of the alcohol extract from green peel of Juglans mandshurica

The extract of green peel of Juglans mandshurica Maxim was extracted by common method for studying its insecticidal activities and analyzing the active components. Results showed that the alcohol extract and the chloroform part of extract （separated with chloroform from alcohol extract） form green peel of J. mandshurica have insecticidal activities in contact toxicity and stomach toxicity against larvae of Lymantria dispar L.. After application of the extracts for five days, the corrected mortality of larvae of Lymantria dispar for both extracts was more than 50% in contact toxicity and stomach toxicity at the concentration of ≥ 5 g·L^-1. The insecticidal activity for both alcohol extract and chloroform part of extract is more effect in contact toxicity than in stomach toxicity, but no significant difference in the insecticidal activities was found between alcohol extract and chloroform part of extract. The active components in the chloroform part of extract from green peel of.J. mandshurica were analyzed by GC-MS. The analyzed results showed that the active components in the chloroform part of extract are：（1） joglone （5-hydroxy-1,4- naphthaoquinone）, the relative content 27.11%, （2） 1,5-Naphthalenediol, the relative content 9.52%, （3） 7-Methoxy-1-tetralone, the relative content 6.81%, （4） Benzofuran, 2,3-dihydro-, the relative content 6.76%, （5） 4-Hydroxy-2-methoxycinnamaldehyde, the relative content 3.99%, （6） 2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol, the relative content 3.05%.

The present study aimed to account for the different degrees of IL refusal development in terms of the amount of exposure to TL in class. The refusing responses to various elicitations were collected by means of the written DCT, the oral DCT and the role-play and were processed by employing component analysis. The comparison of refusal components between Group A （with full exposure） and Group B （with partial exposure） presents that the exposure in class does facilitate the development of IL refusal competence. The findings in this study bring some pedagogical implications for L2 teachers and academic inspirations to the researchers in IL pragmatic acquisition.

[Objective] The induced disease resistance of Antarctic bacteria B-3 extracellular oligosaccharide on cucumber was studied.[Method] Taking the cucumber seedlings as experimental materials,the molecular weight,monosaccharide composition of Antarctic bacteria B-3 extracellular oligosaccharide were studied,its induced effect on the defense enzyme in cucumber leaves and the induced resistance against powdery mildew were also investigated.[Result] Through gel permeation chromatography,the molecular weight of B-3 oligosaccharides was determined to be 2 112 Da;B-3 oligosaccharides was composed by two monosaccharides including of mannose and *** activities of chinitase,β-1,3-glucanse,phenylanine,ammonialyse（PAL）,superoxide dismutase（SOD）,and peroxidase（POD）in cucumber seedlings all increased compared with control when 0.3%,0.5% and 0.8% B-3 extracellular oligosaccharide were sprayed on the seedlings of cucumber for different times,respectively,which had the similar induction effect with 0.5% chitosan;at the same time,0.5% oligosaccharides could significantly reduce the disease index of cucumber powdery mildew,the control effect reached 24.49%.[Conclusion] B-3 oligosaccharides is expected to be developed as a new type of resistance elicitor.
