Industrial clusters have been an important phenomenon of the global economy. The most important reason for its becoming the focus of people＇s attention and the popular mode of industry programming is continuous and powerful competitiveness ,The article analyzes this competitiveness, and points out some problems of China＇s industrial clusters, which directly affects its current competitiveness and further development. Finally, we propose stone specific measures of those problems.

Under the principle of sustainable development, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the competitive power of scenic spots, and sets up a set of evaluation index system, which considers environmental, ecological, social and economic benefits. According to the characteristic of the inder system, the principal component analysis is adopted to do comprehensive appraisal. In the case study this paper analyzes the competitiveness of scenic spots in Jiangsu province.

The research of international trade and investment concludes that competitive power and comparative advantages of a industry come from the productivity of resource arrangements, which results from division of social labor and it’s productivity. The analysis in relationts to the case of China’s mobile telepone industry shows that foreign direct investments, not only produce a series of technology innovation, and improve the use of production sectors, but also promote the system innovation in China. The effects of system innovation in China by FDI will be more important.

In a new world era, where financial systems are being restructured, manufacturing insight reconsidered and ways of doing business is changing, the foundry industry has to adapt herself to the winds of change by placing all her inputs onto the table and reevaluate them to fit into this new era. The inherent strengths of the foundry industry alone would not be enough to fit in this change process, where careful and intelligent operation of the back offcie and the front office of the foundry should come into the picture. The recent global crisis and previous ones have had positive effects on the improvement of foundry competitiveness by opening opportunities to change and "clean the house". The survival strategies, as well as what actions to be taken for growth and maintaining a strong foot print in this complicated atmosphere, is discussed in several headlines. In the long run, survival of individual foundries depends on well managed orchestration by the "decision makers" of each individual component of the foundry. Sustainability of the whole is the sum of survival capabilities of its components and the management of their harmonization.

The Porter Hypothesis,proposed by Michael ***,suggests that stringent environmental regulations can enhance corporate innovation and competitiveness,challenging the traditional view that regulations increase business *** argues that regulations motivate firms to innovate,leading to improved productivity,cost reductions,and new market ***,there are proponents and critics in academia regarding the *** claim regulations change corporate behavior,reducing agency costs and boosting research and *** argue that if win-win situations exist,businesses would naturally pursue them without regulatory *** challenges in proving or refuting the hypothesis include its various versions,the difficulty in quantifying innovation and competitiveness,the complex interplay between regulation,innovation,and competitiveness,and the varying impacts across industries and ***,the effects may require a long time to manifest,and the hypothesis’s applicability is influenced by evolving environmental policies and market *** mixed empirical findings,the Porter Hypothesis provides a valuable framework for understanding the relationships among environmental regulation,innovation,and competitiveness,but its validation requires a more comprehensive assessment.
