Nowadays, the world is frequently referred to as the “information world”. Companies rely on knowledge to differentiate themselves and get a competitive advantage. As a result, businesses pay close attention to knowledge management and devote a significant amount of time and resources to ensuring that knowledge is appropriately owned and exploited. Individual knowledge transfer is also a factor. The paper examines knowledge transfer and sharing, with the goal of determining the most effective internal communication tool for information transfer. The research findings should aid company management in organizing internal communication in a way that allows them to carry out their knowledge management plan.

Language is a means of communication. Although it is not the only form of communication, it is certainly the most important. The ultimate goal of BE （Business English） is to cultivate the students＇ communicative competence in business environment. The characteristics of CA （communicative approach） correspond to the objectives of BET （Business English Teaching） and it is an effective choice to apply it in te aching. This thesis tries to analyze the reasons for the application of CA in BET and to explore how to practice this method in teaching in order to make the English class more communicative and improve the students＇ ability of listening and speaking.

Chinese people all know that English is very important for the future development of China. What is the goal for learning a foreign language? It is for communication, but not for taking examinations. However, most of the time in class are taken up by teaching grammar points instead of giving them opportunities to communicate.A lot of Chinese teachers notice that, so CLT is frequently used in class these years. This essay aims to argue that, to some extent, CLT is applicable to Chinese teaching context. In the following paragraphs, I will analyze the goal of using CLT for Chinese teachers in the first and second paragraphs. In the third and fourth paragraph, I will mainly refer to the characteristics of CLT process. The fifth and sixth paragraphs illustrate and emphasize the benefits students can get from communicative Language Teaching.

The purpose of this paper is to claim the effectiveness of applying CS (Communication Strategy) theories to the English oral communication classes. Communication strategies will help EFL (English as Foreign Language) students to communicate with insufficient grammatical competence. In this paper, we consider the underlying theories on communicative competence first. Then we discuss the communication strategies as components of communicative competence. And finally we talk about how we can apply CS theories to the actual EFL classes in China.
