The subversive nature of information war lies not only in the information itself, but also in the circulation and application of information. It has always been a challenge to quantitatively analyze the function and effect of information flow through command, control, communications, computer, kill, intelligence,surveillance, reconnaissance (C4KISR) system. In this work, we propose a framework of force of information influence and the methods for calculating the force of information influence between C4KISR nodes of sensing, intelligence processing,decision making and fire attack. Specifically, the basic concept of force of information influence between nodes in C4KISR system is formally proposed and its mathematical definition is provided. Then, based on the information entropy theory, the model of force of information influence between C4KISR system nodes is constructed. Finally, the simulation experiments have been performed under an air defense and attack scenario. The experimental results show that, with the proposed force of information influence framework, we can effectively evaluate the contribution of information circulation through different C4KISR system nodes to the corresponding tasks. Our framework of force of information influence can also serve as an effective tool for the design and dynamic reconfiguration of C4KISR system architecture.

The groundwater geochemistry of Dimbhe command area of Ghod River basin was evaluated based on major ions characteristic to decide its suitability for drinking, domestic use, and irrigation. Groundwater samples from different depth (shallow and deep) aquifer were collected and investigated for pH, electrical conductivity (EC), total dissolved solid (TDS), Ca, Mg, Na, K, Cl, SO4, CO3, HCO3, NO3, Fe, and Mn. The results show that the shallow groundwater is dominated by Ca-HCO3 and Na-HCO3 and deep aquifer by Na-HCO3 water facies. The sodium adsorption ratio (SAR) and salinity hazard indicate that the groundwater from the shallow and deep aquifer is suitable for irrigation purposes, and part of the intermediate aquifer is not suitable for crop irrigation. Groundwater from the shallow and deep aquifer is regarded as fresh water and suitable for drinking, domestic and agricultural irrigation use.

GIS assist in specific planning and decision-making processes in irrigation through the input, spatial analysis and output of relevant information. The real strength of GIS is its ability to integrate information. This integration power makes the scope of GIS almost infinite. The unique integration capability of GIS allows disparate data sets to be brought together to create a complete picture of a situation. GIS technology illustrates relationships, patterns and connections that are not necessarily obvious in any one data set but are amazingly apparent once the data sets are integrated. GIS also helps us to assess the performance of the irrigation command areas. GIS based system helps a canal to analyze the spatial information about its engineers and farmers to improve planning, management and supply of water resources to its corresponding blocks. In order to manage the water efficiently in the command area, it is needless to say that calculation and evaluation of water demands in detail at block and minor level to be given overriding priority. Blocks and Chak boundaries can be delineated from the Digital Elevation Model using GIS techniques. These boundaries will help to plan and allocate the water resources to improve the water allocation strategies and in turn water use efficiency and can make inter-canal comparisons. The delineated block boundaries can be refined exactly using the drainage, topography and existing canal network in GIS platform.

The presence of "comet-like" radial transport of acetylcholine receptors by actin microfilaments without the participation of myosin motors in the depression of acetylcholine-induced inward chloric current (ACh-current) in command neurons of defensive behavior of the land snail, Helix lucorum, in a cellular analog of habituation was investigated. For that purpose the effects of CK548, CK-636 (inhibitors of actin-related protein complex Arp2/3, whose activation triggers rapid actin polymerization and the formation of the "comet-like" tail on the actinic filament) and wiskostatin (an N-WASP protein inhibitor, activating Arp2/3) on the depression of ACh-current were studied. The attenuation of ACh-current depression was observed upon the addition of CK548. At the same time, CK-636 and wiskostatin irreversibly strengthened the depression of this current and suppressed its spontaneous recovery. The results of CK-548 action and its mathematical modeling allow suggesting the presence of "comet-like" transport of acetylcholine receptors, initiated by Arp2/3 protein complex in receptor endo and exocytosis in command neurons of Helix lucorum in a cellular analog of habituation. Irreversible inhibition of vital metabolic processes of the neuron by wiskostatin and CK-636, which lead to the decrease in the level of ATP, could have caused irreversible effects of these blockers on current depression.

This paper is the first in a two-part series that introduces an easy-to-implement central command architecture for high-order autonomous unmanned aerial systems. This paper discusses the development and the second paper presents the flight test results. As shown in this paper, the central command architecture consists of a central command block, an autonomous planning block, and an autonomous flight controls block. The central command block includes a staging process that converts an objective into tasks independent of the vehicle (agent). The autonomous planning block contains a non-iterative sequence of algorithms that govern routing, vehicle assignment, and deconfliction. The autonomous flight controls block employs modern controls principles, dividing the control input into a guidance part and a regulation part. A novel feature of high-order central command, as this paper shows, is the elimination of operator-directed vehicle tasking and the manner in which deconfliction is treated. A detailed example illustrates different features of the architecture.

The spectral analysis of simulated N-team of interacting decision makers with bounded rationality constraints of Oladejo, which assumes triangular probability density function of command inputs is hereby restructured and analysed, to have hierarchical command inputs that are predicated on order statistics distributions. The results give optimal distributions.
