In the autumn of 2016,typical anthracnose symptoms were observed on kiwifruit leaves of cultivar ’ Hongyang’ in kiwifruit orchards of Taishun County,Wenzhou City,*** foliar symptoms were characterized by brown irregular-shaped ***,the middle lesion of each leaf spot became gray,while the edge turned dark brown.A small portion(< 1 cm) of symptomatic leaf tissue was surface-sterilized and plated aseptically onto 1.5%potato dextrose agar(PDA).Hyphal-tip from the growing edge of colonies cultured for three days at 25℃ was transferred to PDA to obtain pure *** 5 days at 25℃,Two single-spore isolate(CB-1、CB-2) was recovered on *** colony of the isolate that grew on PDA had white margins with circular,dull orange *** conidia were hyaline,ellipsoid and cylindrical,obtuse at both ends,(10.3～ 13.5) μm×(4.4～5.8) μ*** upon these characteristics,the causal agent was identified as *** confirm the identity of the isolates,the ITS region of two isolate was obtained and sequenced by PCR amplification using the ITS1/ITS4 universal primers and Col1/ITS4 species-specific *** ITS sequences were identical(Accession ***314166 and MF314167) sharing 100%homology with the sequence of *** extype strain S38 in GenBank(Accession ***076585).Pathogenicity of the isolate was confirmed by inoculating 12 wounded/non-wounded leaves of kiwifruit cultivar ’ Hongyang’ with a droplet(10μL) of conidial suspension(10 conidia/mL) and colonized PDA pieces(5 mm diameter) from 7-day-old cultures of the fungus in Petri *** numbers of control leaves were dropped with 10μL sterile distilled water and agar *** test was performed *** incubation in a controlled environment at25℃ with 80%～85%humidity for 5 days,typical anthracnose symptoms appeared on the wounded inoculated leaves while control and unwounded leaves remained *** was consistently reisolated from symptomatic tissue and confirmed by mo

There have been considerable advances in the understanding of species concepts in the genus *** has lead to the need to carry out fresh surveys of colletotrichum species associated with important *** species are associated with Citrus plants as saprobes,important pre-harvest and post-harvest pathogens,as well as *** this study,a total of 312 colletotrichum strains were isolated from leaves,shoots and fruits of cultivated Citrus and Fortunella species with or without disease symptoms across the main citrus production areas in *** morphology of all strains were studied and multilocus(ACT,TUB2,CAL,GAPDH,GS,ITS)phylogeny *** were from four important species complexes of colletotrichum,namely *** species complex,*** species complex,*** species complex and a final group including ***,which was rare on Citrus *** species belonging to the *** species complex comprised *** porioides and ***,the *** complex comprised *** and a new species *** and the *** complex included a new species,*** ability of strains to cause anthracnose on citrus fruits was tested by inoculation and strains of colletotrichum gloeosporioides,*** and *** were pathogenic.

黄连(Coptis chinensis)又名味连,为毛茛科黄连属多年生草本植物,以干燥的根茎入药,具有清热燥湿,泻火解毒之功效,是我国常见的中药材。黄连在我国的栽培历史悠久,重庆市石柱县是其主产区之一,年产量约为我国总产量的60%。近年来随着该地黄连种植年限的增加,黄连病害发生渐趋加重,影响黄连的质量和产量。前期调查发现重庆市石柱县黄连炭疽病病害发病严重,但目前没有报道该病的病原菌种类,因此为了明确该病的病原菌种类,进而筛选合适的化学农药进行病害防治,本研究采集相关病样分离鉴定病原菌,通过室内药剂筛选效果明显的药剂,为黄连炭疽病的防治提供理论依据。为明确黄连炭疽病致病病原,本研究通过田间采样、病原菌分离,得到5株纯培养物,通过致病性测定,只有HL8菌株具有致病性,将HL8回接至病叶发病,从发病部位再分离,仍得到原分离菌。该菌在PDA培养基上的菌落呈灰白色,气生菌丝为毛毡状,菌丝平伏、边缘整齐,呈圆形。之后结合ITS、GADPH、CHS-1和ACT多基因序列分析,结果表明该菌株与colletotrichum boninense单独聚集成一支,且支持率达100%,并且能与其他种明显区分开。以上的结果表明引起该病害的病原菌为博宁炭疽菌(colletotrichum boninense)。该病原菌的寄主范围较为广泛,在春兰、辣椒、橡胶、大叶桉、油茶上均能引起炭疽病,但危害黄连还是首次报道。杀菌剂敏感性测定结果表明:75%百菌清可湿性粉剂、68%精甲霜·锰锌水分散粒剂、60%吡唑嘧菌酯·代森联水分散粒剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂和40%异菌·氟啶胺悬浮剂等5种杀菌剂对病原菌均有抑制作用,其中40%异菌·氟啶胺悬浮剂和50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂抑制效果最好,EC50值分别为0.30μg/mL和0.46μg/mL;75%百菌清可湿性粉剂与70%精甲霜·锰锌水分散粒剂次之,其FC值分别为13.27μg/mL和37.89μg/mL;60%嘧菌·代森联水分散粒剂抑制效果较差,其EC值为84.66μg/mL。因此田间施用药剂推荐为20%异菌·氟啶胺悬浮剂,为黄连炭疽病防治提供了理论依据。
