Under the principle of fairness and justice,it has always been a difficult problem for the procurement department and the school of pharmacy to realize integrity and efficiency in colleges and universities,and blockchain technology provides a new idea and feasible path to solve the above-mentioned *** the present study,we analyzed the current situation and characteristics of procurement in the school of pharmacy with blockchain technology and pointed out that blockchain technology faced challenges in equipment,system,talent,technology,and so *** all means,such as the information security trust mechanism to improve the market trust and to solve the procurement problems,the trace-ability and openness mechanism to ensure the college’s procurement compliance,the intelligent contract mechanism to help the college’s bidding and procurement standardization construction,and the jointly blocks to maintain the information transparent process and effectively to prevent the agency anomie and integrity risk,we could explore a new path to the application of blockchain technology to solve the bidding and procurement of school of pharmacy in colleges and universities.

Research on the current situations and countermeasures of the swimming elective course in colleges and universities in Chengdu

In college physical education, swimming elective course is one of the important contents of college physical education. By analyzing the current situation of the college swimming elective course in Chengdu city, the author of this article found that the characteristics of the elective courses of the college students are that the elective courses are diversified, showing the non competitive characteristics. And the author analyzes the characteristics of the swimming elective course, how to better combine with the implementation, and further discusses how to further carry on the reform of the PE teaching, and construct the elective course of the type of the sports club teaching mode. Using the questionnaire survey, the mathematical statistics and other methods, the author analyzes and researches on the status of the teaching of the swimming elective course in 7 universities in Chengdu. The results show that in the current teaching of the swimming elective course, there are some problems existing in the setting of the teaching goals and the curriculum contents, the present situation of the teams of teachers, the guarantee of the teaching materials and the teaching evaluation and other aspects. Aiming at these problems, the author puts forward the reasonable suggestions and the countermeasures, to make the teaching of the swimming elective course more perfect, and also to provide referential significance for the teaching reform of the swimming elective course in the colleges and universities in Chengdu.

There is an urgent need for high-quality talents with ideological and moral character for the development of higher education and the cultivation of English majors who meet the requirements of the *** course reform in English majors from the ideological and political perspective is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality and moral values of students,which helps to cultivate English talents with social responsibility and innovative *** paper analyzes the problems in the current courses through literature review and field research,such as the lack of ideological and political perspective and low interest of students in ideological and political *** on these issues,taking the course“Comprehensive English”as an example,various teaching stages were practiced from the aspects of learning objectives,learning content,learning situation,implementation ideas,implementation effects,and teaching ***,some suggestions are proposed,such as integrating ideological and political content into the entire process of *** teaching staff needs to possess high-level English teaching ability and ideological and political perspective,standardize the evaluation system,and integrate epistemology into the evaluation process of ideological and political education,in order to promote in-depth research and exploration of ideological and political education of English majors.

Database security protection, database backup and disaster recovery are important tasks for all colleges and universities to ensure the safe and stable operation of information systems. Based on the operating environment of the Oracle production database in China University of Geosciences (Beijing), combined with the practical operation and maintenance experience, this paper provides a design and implementation case of Oracle database security protection system and disaster recovery architecture. The network security protection architecture of the three-layer firewall and fortress machine, the detection and repair of security vulnerabilities, the management of system accounts and permissions, data encryption and database audit constitute the security protection system of the database. Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters), Oracle DataGuard, redundant backup management and backup recovery constitute the disaster recovery architecture of the database. The case has practical significance for database operation and maintenance management in other colleges and universities.

The authors analyzed the current equipment management situation in colleges and universities, and pointed out how to evaluate it by using scientific and sophisticated standard. There exists four main problems which are as follows: 1. Management thought is not advanced, and there is short of systematic plan. 2. Technical measures are backward, and work starting point is not high. 3. The level of personnel is low, and the development is restricted. 4. The contents of equipment are not good enough, and the funds of construction are insufficient. This paper gives the proposals on how to construct and develop equipment in colleges and universities in the future and describes the objective of the struggle, the channels to realize this objective, and the three problems to be noticed which are: 1. Adhere to integration of theory with practice. 2. Work in coordination with each other in all aspects. 3. Ensure the scientific decision. The paper also discusses some other specific problems such as management decision making, purchase of equipment, use of equipment, maintenance, modification, renewal of equipment, computerized management, etc..
