Research on unmanned or smart ship is receiving more and more attention from scholars and research institutions. At present, different research institutions classify smart ship into different levels of intelligence, and the existing classification methods have been clarified in the form of norms. Related marine equipment in ship is the basis and support for intelligent ship control. However, intelligent rating evaluation systems and methods for marine equipment still need to be improved. Also, there needs to be more sub-components related to marine equipment, intelligent level matching, and the reliability evaluation method of the supporting system. To this end, it is proposed to use the idea of cloud service to build a platform for the integrated design of marine equipment suitable for smart ship. On this platform, the intelligent grade evaluation of marine equipment and the reliability evaluation system and methods related to intelligent integration are designed and gradually realized. The platform provides the equipment selection and customization of supporting manufacturers, the comprehensive evaluation of marine equipment combined with actual operation data, and the identification analysis services of marine equipment manufacturers and products. The architecture and functions of the cloud platform are designed, the solutions to critical problems are put forward,and the case implementation verification of crucial functions is carried out. Building the cloud service platform system can gather industry forces conveniently to conduct evaluation and verification related to the intelligent integration of marine equipment to provide support for promoting the application of intelligent ship.
