cloud manufacturing is a new service-oriented, customer-centric and demand-driven manufacturing paradigm, which provides secure, reliable, and high quality on-demand services at low prices for those involved in the whole manufacturing lifecycle. cloud manufacturing can provide enterprises with competitive advantage, and the vulnerability of manufacturing network may also lead to new risks. In this paper we analyze the topological structure and vulnerability of cloud manufacturing network, study the impact of topological structure on vulnerability, and propose recommendations for governance of vulnerability.

The distributed and customized 3D printing can be realized by 3D printing services in a cloud manufacturing *** a growing number of 3D printers are becoming accessible on various 3D printing service platforms,there raises the concern over the validation of virtual product designs and their manufacturing procedures for novices as well as users with 3D printing experience before physical products are produced through the cloud *** paper presents a 3D model to help users validate their designs and requirements not only in the traditional digital 3D model properties like shape and size,but also in physical material properties and manufacturing properties when producing physical products like surface roughness,print accuracy and part *** properties are closely related to the process of 3D printing and *** order to establish the 3D model,the paper analyzes the model of the 3D printing process selection in the cloud *** intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are applied to generate a set of 3D printers with the same process and *** on the 3D printing process selection model,users can establish the 3D model and validate their designs and requirements on physical material properties and manufacturing properties before printing physical products.

In this model, state-of-the-art technologies such as informatized manufacturing, cloud computing, intemet of Things, semantic Web, aria high-performance computing are integrated in oroer to provide secure, reliabte. and high quality on-demand services at low prices for those involved in the whole manufacturing lifecycie. As an important part of cioud manufacturing, cloud simulation technology based on the COSIM-CSP platform has primarily been aoplied in thedesign of a multidisciplinary virtual prototype of a flight vehicle. This lays the foundation for further research into cloud manufacturina.

cloud manufacturing,as an advanced form of manufacturing,meets the requirement of highly effective *** the platform is desirable for the matching of manufacturing tasks and manufacturing services,it is crucial to keep the stability of ***,compared to the manufacturing of product,the requirement of design is more uncertainly,and ordinal preference is always adopted the describe the uncertain *** preferences of design is always determined by multiple decision makers,while,the multiple makers of decision is always different,the consideration of conflict decision should be *** our study,we take the diverse decision into account in the form of multi-choices ordinal ***,literature shows that current researches are more biased towards customer satisfaction,but the satisfaction of manufacturing task is ignored,leading to fewer customers on the platform side and affect the stability of the *** order to keep the stability of platform,satisfaction of two-sided customers is considered,and prospect theory is applied to measure it by perceived utility *** references from social and personal perspectives are adopted to calculate the perceived utility value.A model of maximizing the perceived utility value is constructed to find the matching result,and genetic algorithm is proposed to deal with the ***,the model is verified by a case.

For solving the problems of manufacturing resource allocation and industrial structure,an Intelligent cloud manufacturing Service Composition（ICMSC） method is proposed with *** development platform hierarchical construction and the development tools application are studied,and a CMSC system is *** traditional genetic operators are improved by using the normal cloud *** improved cloud-entropy-genetic-algorithm combined with business intelligence is applied to the service composition and optimization module of CMSC *** the CMSC of medical oxygen inhaler as an example,service selection,composition and optimization are carried out in CMSC *** results show that it is feasible to apply the ICMSC method based on cloud-entropy-genetic-algorithm to CMSC system.

A typical hierarchy architecture of cloud manufacturing was described briefly. The main character of the architecture is that all resource entities are mapped into cloud services from physical resource layer to virtual resource layer, which highlights the core idea of open cloud service architecture. A list of view models including resource, function and information view is adopted to depict the resource constitutes, function and information architecture of cloud manufacturing, then the three views is connected as a whole by a process view. By a typical cloud manufacturing system work process, the relationships between resource, function, information view and process view are educed, which presents the essential and whole relationship view of cloud manufacturing architecture.

In order to optimize resource integration and optimal scheduling problems in the cloud manufacturing environment,this paper proposes to use load balancing,service cost and service quality as optimization goals for resource scheduling,however,resource providers have resource utilization requirements for cloud manufacturing *** the process of resource optimization scheduling,the interests of all parties have conflicts of interest,which makes it impossible to obtain better optimization results for resource ***,amultithreaded auto-negotiation method based on the Stackelberg game is proposed to resolve conflicts of interest in the process of resource *** cloud manufacturing platform first calculates the expected value reduction plan for each round of global optimization,using the negotiation algorithm based on the Stackelberg game,the cloud manufacturing platformnegotiates andmediateswith the participants’agents,to maximize self-interest by constantly changing one’s own plan,iteratively find multiple sets of locally optimized negotiation plans and return to the cloud manufacturing *** multiple rounds of negotiation and calculation,we finally get a target expected value reduction plan that takes into account the benefits of the resource provider and the overall benefits of the completion of the manufacturing ***,through experimental simulation and comparative analysis,the validity and rationality of the model are verified.

In order to improve the quality of manufacturing cloud service composition, the influence of service statistic correlation on the QoS of cloud service composition was studied, then a cloud service composition ＆ optimization approach supporting for service statistic correlation was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the statistic correlation between cloud services and their influence on QoS was analyzed, and then a cloud service statistic correlation model was built. Secondly, by introducing the index of statistic correlation degree into the QoS model of cloud service composition, the cloud service composition ＆ optimization problem was solved by Particle Swarm Optimization（PSO） algorithm. Case study and analysis demonstrate that the proposed method is not only feasible and effectual, but also significant for promoting the development and application of cloud manufacturing.

Under the cloud manufacturing environment, with the increasing number of manufacturing cloud services, one of the issues needs to be resolved is to find a manufacturing cloud service that meets users’ demand. However, until now, there is not an outstanding manufacturing cloud discovery mechanism to help users to find the appropriate solution among numerous existing manufacturing cloud services. In order to realize manufacturing cloud services rapidly, efficiently and accurately match, a multi-level intelligent matching method was proposed in this paper. This method includes 3 parts:(1)a service describing model based on OWL(Ontology Web Language) aiming at the diversity dynamic characteristics of manufacturing cloud service, which includes base information, state function, QoS(Quality of Service);(2)the describing information is classified into 4 categories, word information, sentence information, number information and fuzzy information, and its corresponding similarity matching algorithms is given respectively;(3)based on the above similarity algorithms, a five-step manufacturing cloud service matching processes such as basic matching, state matching, functional matching, QoS matching and integrated matching, was proposed. Case study and analysis demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is more efficient and accurate than that of the existing ones.
