Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative medical therapy in treating post-craniocerebral traumatic mental disorder （PCT-MD）. Methods： Sixty patients with confirmed diagnosis of PCT-MD were randomly assigned to the treated group and the control group equally. All were treated by conventional comprehensive Western medicine, but to patients in the treated group, modified Xufu Zhuyu Decoction （血府逐瘀汤, XFZY） was additionally given and the therapeutic course for both groups was 20 days. Changes in mental symptoms were observed and recorded on the 10th and 20th day and clinical efficacy as well as cranial CT image was estimated after termination of the treatment. Results： The clinical effective rate in the treated group and the control group was 96.67% and 83.30% respectively. Comparison between them showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Significant differences were also shown in the comparisons between the two groups in improving mental symptoms, either on the 10th or on the 20th day （P〈0.05 and P〈0.01 respectively）, and in post-treatment cranial CT image （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Better efficacy could be obtained by integrative medical therapy in treating PCT-MD.

Objective:Our goal was to examine the impact of Zhuangshen Gujing decoction on proteinuria associated with chronic ***:72 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria were divided randomly into two groups;one group was treated with Zhuangshen Gujing(n=36;treatment group)and the other group was treated with irbesartan(n=36;control group).After 6 months’treatment,urine protein and renal function were ***:Proteinuria resolved completely in four patients in the treatment group;complete disease resolution was observed only among three individuals in the control *** the 32 cases remaining in the treatment group,15 had substantial responses to Zhuangshen Gujing decoction,9 had partial responses,and 8 had no response to treatment;the overall the response rate was 73.33%.Among the 33 cases remaining in the control group,12 had a substantial response to irbesartan,5 had a partial response,and 16 had no response to treatment;the overall response rate among the controls was 57.67%(P=0.031).We also observed statistically significant differences with respect to quantitative comparisons of urinary protein at 24 days after a single course of treatment(P=0.001).Conclusion:Zhuangshen Gujing decoction is effective in treating chronic nephritis proteinuria.

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the combined therapy using argon-helium cryosurgery （Ar-He knife） and Chinese herbal medicine in treating non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： Fifty-seven patients of NSCLC were treated with the combined therapy and observed. Results： The treatment was successfully completed in all patients with mild adverse reactions. The effective rate was 83.8% 3 months after the operation, 79.6% 6 months after the operation, and 77.3% 12 months after the operation, with median survival of 9 months. The survival rate after 12 months was 46.67% （21/45）, 34.62% （9/26） after 18 months, and 36.36% （4/11） after 24 months. Conclusion： Argon-helium cryosurgery therapy is superior in its assured orientation, quick tumor load deprivation and less post- operational reaction. Combined with Chinese herbal medication, Argon-helium cryosurgery therapy can prolong survival time, relieve clinical symptoms, and elevate the quality of life in NSCLC patients, and is thus worthy of promotion.

Objective： To observe the differences in therapeutic effects of acupuncture and lactulose oral solution on constipation after stroke. Method： Sixty patients with constipation after stroke were divided into an acupuncture group and a western medicine group by a random number method, with 30 cases in each group. Based on the the conventional treatment and rehabilitation for function recovery, the acupuncture group was treated at the selected the bilateral acupoints： Daheng （SP15）, Fujie （SP14）, Zhigou （TE6）, Zhaohai （KI6）, Yingxiang （LI20）, and Shaoshang （LU11） while the western medicine group was treated with 30 ml of lactulose oral solution. The clinical symptoms score and clinical efficacy of the treatment provided for constipation in both groups were recorded pre-treatment, at one week of treatment, after treatment for two weeks, and one month after discharge respectively. Results： The clinical symptom scores of constipation in the two groups after one week of treatment, two weeks of treatment, and one month of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.001）. The treatment efficacy in the acupuncture group showed significant improvement when compared with the western medicine group, at one week, two weeks and one month （1.03 ± 1.19 vs 1.43 ± 1.19, P 〉 0.05 ; 0.73 ± 1.01 vs 1.33 ± 1.18, P 〈 0.05; 0.53 ± 0.82 vs 1.27 ± 1.14, P 〈 0.05, respectively）. The efficacy rate was statistically significant at two weeks after treatment and one month after follow-up （86.67% vs 70%,P 〈 0.05; 93.33% vs 73.33%, P 〈 0.05, respectively）. Conclusion： The short-term and long-term efficacy of acupuncture on constipation after stroke is better thanthat of treatment with lactulose oral solution. This method is safe, free of side effects, durable, has high feasibility, and is suitable for clinical application.

[Objectives]To observe the clinical analgesic effect of Qianghuo Chushi Decoction(QHCSD)on patients with fasciitis,and explore its possible molecular mechanism based on network pharmacology.[Methods]120 enrolled patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and were separately treated with QHCSD formula granules and Diclofenac Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets for 4 *** patient’s pain visual analogue scale(VAS)was used as the curative effect *** molecular action mechanism of QHCSD was predicted based on network pharmacology,the active components of QHCSD were screened using TCMSP database,potential targets were predicted by PharmMapper server,compound-target network and protein interaction network were constructed,and GO-based enrichment analysis and KEGG-based biological pathway enrichment analysis were performed.[Results]After treatment,the pain scores in each group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),the score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.33%,P<0.05).Based on 108 active components in QHCSD,a compound-target network was *** PPI network contained 155 nodes and 527 interaction relationships,and key nodes included FOS,ESR1,NCOA1,RELA,EGFR,MAPK8,IL-6,*** GO pathway mainly involved steroid hormone and its receptor activity,RNA polymerase II transcriptional regulator binding,nuclear receptor activity,protein heterodimerization activity and other *** metabolic pathways included PI3 K-Akt signaling pathway,Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV)infection and other pathways.[Conclusions]QHCSD has a significant analgesic effect on fasciitis,and the PI3 K-Akt signaling pathway may be the key pathway for its analgesic effect.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical effect of brachial plexus block with "One Injection Two Points" guided under ultrasound and the conventional method guiding by ultrasound. METHODS: 70 patients were randomized evenly into 2 groups, with 35 patients in each group, while the Experiment Group(Group B) received One Injection Two Points" method, the Control Group(Group A) received the conventional *** nerve block every 5 s, the success rate of anesthesia, the dosage of local anesthetics, second remedial anesthesia, adverse reactions, *** recorded. RESULTS: Group B was superior to group A in the success rate of anesthesia; There were 6 patients in group A who required constant pump injection of Remifentanil to remedy, while no patients in Group B needed remedy treatment. There were no serious adverse reactions in both ***: The clinical effect of brachial plexus block with "One Injection Two Points" method guided under ultrasoundguiding by ultrasound was superior to that of the conventional method.

Objective:To compare the clinical therapeutic effect on epiphora as sequela of peripheral facial paralysis treated with pricking technqiue of fire needling therapy at Chengqi(承泣ST1)and acupuncture treatment at conventional ***:From September 2018 through to October 2018,64 cases of epiphora as sequela of peripheral facial paralysis were collected from the Department of Acupuncture-Moxibustion in Suzhou TCM *** to random number table,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,32 cases in each *** the observation group,pricking technique of fire needling therapy was used at ST1,once every two *** the control group,acupuncture with filiform needle was applied to Jingming(睛明BL1),Taiyang(太阳EX-HN5),Tongziliao(瞳子髎GB1),Sibai(四白ST2)and Quanliao(颧髎SI18)on the affected side as well as Hegu(合谷LI4)on the contralateral side,once per *** 10-day treatment was as one 1 course and the consecutive 3 courses of treatment were required in either of the *** and after treatment,Munk grade,clinical effective rate and the number of treatments were observed in the evaluation of therapeutic ***:After treatment,Munk grade was improved in the patients of the two groups(both Pobservation group was larger than that of the control group(Pobservation group was 90.32%,higher than 61.29%in the control group(Pobservation group and were 13.73 in the control group,indicating the statistical significance in difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pricking technique of fire needling therapy at ST1 achieves the better effect on epiphora as sequela of peripheral facial paralysis as compared with acupuncture at conventional acupoints.
