In this paper, we conduct research on the challenges and the countermeasures of Chinese language and literature education underteaching reform background. Chinese literature professional training objectives, it is for the country to create high literary accomplishment of thestudents. Make students in carrying forward the Chinese culture at the same time, to fi nd beauty, appreciate beauty and create beauty, and improvetheir personality and taste. Society for Chinese language and literature talent is looking forward to more and more high, therefore, the Chineselanguage and the literature professional teachers need to focus on the employment situation, based on fundamental professional knowledge,strengthen students on the basis of this, the application of Chinese language and literature teaching, let the students application ability graduallyimprove, to adapt to the demand in today’s society. Under this basis, this paper proposes the new idea that is innovative.

English ability is very important for Chinese students whose major is software engineering, because for most of them, their future working language is English. However, the traditional English teaching and learning model put much emphasis on explaining linguistic facts and organize few interactive activities. But with the prevailing of MOOC all over the world, English teachers in China can make teaching reform because English classes based on MOOC have many advantages. At the same time, MOOC also brings many challenges to English teachers. Make good use of MOOC platform can increase students’ opportunity to communicate with English and help them to improve their English ability.

Third-Party Market Cooperation(TPMC)is good to promote the multilateral and intraregional cooperation,which means a lot for ASEAN Plus Three(APT)countries and has great potentials within the *** its benefits,in practice TPMC still faces challenges including the lack of comprehensive and professional TPMC mechanism covering all APT countries,financing gap insufficient to satisfy diversified local demands,and differentiated business environments in need of coordination and *** order to maximize benefits of TPMC for all APT countries in both economic and social aspects,concrete actions should be carried out to cope with the mentioned challenges.
