cell mapping for Nanohybrid Circuit Architecture Using Genetic Algorithm

Nanoelectronics constructed by nanoscale devices seems promising for the advanced development of integrated circuits （ICs）. However, the lack of computer aided design （CAD） tools seriously hinders its development and applications. To investigate the cell mapping task in CAD flow, we present a genetic algorithm （GA） based method for Cmos/nanowire/MOLecular hybrid （CMOL）, which is a nanohybrid circuit architecture. By designing several crossover operators and analyzing their performance, an efficient crossover operator is proposed. Combining a mutation operator, a GA based algorithm is presented and tested on the International Symposium on Circuits and Systems （ISCAS） benchmarks. The results show that the proposed method not only can obtain better area utilization and smaller delay, but also can handle larger benchmarks with CPU time improvement compared with the published methods.

Friction systems are a kind of typical non-linear dynamical systems in the actual engineering and often generate abundant dynamics *** of non-smooth characteristics,it is difficult to handle these systems by conventional analysis methods *** the same time,random perturbation often affects friction systems and makes these systems more *** this context,we investigate the steady-state stochastic responses and stochastic P-bifurcation of friction systems under random excitations in this *** in order to retain the non-smooth of friction system,the generalized cell mapping(GCM)method is first used to the original stochastic friction systems without any approximate *** verify the accuracy and validate the applicability of the suggested approach,we present two classical nonlinear friction systems,i.e.,Coulomb force model and Dahl force model as ***,this method is in good agreement with the Monte Carlo simulation method and the computation time is greatly *** addition,further discussion finds that the adjustable parameters can induce the stochastic P-bifurcation in the two examples,*** stochastic P-bifurcation phenomena indicate that the stability of the friction system changes very sensitively with the *** of responses analysis and stochastic P-bifurcation has certain significances for the reliability and stability analysis of practical engineering.

This paper proposes a new type of modeling framework for complex *** kind of systems has the characteristics:it is difficult to establish the mechanism model and its dynamics obey the statistical ***,in order to extract the statistical attributes,an iterative self-organizing data analysis techniques algorithm（ISODATA）of data mining is used to separate process data into a number of *** on these classes,a pattern class space in which each class is taken as an element is ***,to describe the system dynamic with statistical law,a pattern class variable is defined in the pattern class *** further solve the incalculable problem of the pattern class variable,a cell space is introduced where each pattern class variable is measured by cell *** on this measure,an improved controlled autoregressive moving average（CARMA） model described by the pattern class variable is obtained,and model parameters are identified by an improved quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization（IQPSO） *** attractive of the algorithm lies in enhancing the ability of the global development and local *** on the model,the corresponding cell mapping model is derived by the state space representation,which avoid the expansion of ***,the global performance of the pattern class space is analyzed via cell ***,a simulation in the dynamic trajectory of a sintering process is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.

AThis paper presents a study of multi-objective path planning. The goal is to find paths and meanwhile minimize multiple conflicting performance indices. Terrain information is well known priori. The algorithm about cell mapping method is presented as follows: Constructing cell space converts continuous domain into discrete domain and all cells are stratified. Then transfer indices data from inner layer to outer layer. Next evolution all over the space is proposed for finding all cells’ complete Pareto front. Subsequently covering region of optimal paths can be obtained. The indices information are stored in database. Finally a global information database about Pareto front is constructed by the cell mapping method. All cells have complete Pareto front and the number of corresponding optimal paths can be read from the Database. Covering region of optimal paths is presented. Case studies are presented to demonstrate the method.

A two scaled numerical method for global analysis of high dimensional nonlinear systems

This paper first analyzes the features of two classes of numerical methods for global analysis of nonlinear dynamical systems, which regard state space respectively as continuous and discrete ones. On basis of this understanding it then points out that the previously proposed method of point mapping under cell reference (PMUCR), has laid a frame work for the development of a two scaled numerical method suitable for the global analysis of high dimensional nonlinear systems, which may take the advantages of both classes of single scaled methods but will release the difficulties induced by the disadvantages of them. The basic ideas and main steps of implementation of the two scaled method, namely extended PMUCR, are elaborated. Finally, two examples are presented to demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed method.

Shannon sampling theorem gives the upper bounds of sampling *** some practice shows too short sampling period could also deteriorate the performance of control *** there is still no research giving the explicit answer about what the minimums value of sampling period *** this paper,a lower bound of sampling period is found by connecting it with word length of A/*** could also give a new theory reference for the selecting of A/D word length.A standard Linear-quadratic regulator system is also applied to show these theory results.
