In the face of the fierce environment of employment,the employment of college students is a hot topic in all walks of *** concept of career planning plays an important role in promoting the employability of college *** career planning course for college students is a course generally offered by colleges and universities,which can help college students to better determine their employment goal and direction,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of the employment rate of Chinese college *** paper analyzes the reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates,puts forward the application value of career planning education in the improvement of college students’employability,points out the reasons for the difficulties of college students’employment,and makes targeted measures to improve the employability of college students under the concept of college students’career planning.

career plateau is a new phenomenon that occurs in an individual’s *** also refers to the period when an individual employee enters a“stagnant”period of career development,which can have huge negative impacts on individuals and *** on reviewing relevant domestic and international literature,this paper organizes,summarizes,and synthesizes information from three key aspects of the overview of nurses’career plateau,research population,and research countermeasures,so as to provide theoretical references for managers to take effective measures to improve the current career situation of nurses.

UAE is considered as collectivistic as per many major studies on culture. The present study aims to find the effect of cultural orientatiotr---like individualism or collectivism on a person＇s organizational citizenship behavior （OCB） There are many studies related to collectivism and organization citizenship behavior as well as organization commitment and OCB. But most of these studies were done in a western context and is done years back. The present generation of UAE having undergone studies in management which is highly dominated by western philosophies and due to their interaction with diverse nationalities have evolved in their behavior. At this point it is necessary to investigate whether there is any shift in their behavior pattems based on collectivism. career commitment has grown among UAE nationals in recent years due to high level of commitment from the government towards education and employment. Since OCB is more of an altruistic tendency within an individual, the study looks into the cultural difference within an individual like individualism or collectivism and its relationship with a person＇s OCB level among the employees in UAE. career commitment is taken as a another variable. The study has made some interesting findings which show a shift from the previous studies that show a direct relationship using correlation analysis, between collectivism and organization citizenship behavior. The study found that there is no relationship between individualism or collectivism and organization citizenship behavior, but there is some relationship between career commitment and organization citizenship behavior factor loyal boosterism.

Occupation career planning and design have important guidance significance for occupation development of software specialty undergraduates. At present software specialty undergraduates are inadequate in career planning and face grim employment situation. In this paper, we understand the demand of software enterprises for talents by using the method of investigating and interviewing. Then we analyze software students’ career planning and occupation preparation situation. Next, we give some advice on professionalism building strategies of software specialty undergraduates based on SCCT from three respects of colleges, teachers and students, aiming to show their life potentials to the greatest degree and achieve their value of life in the end.
