This study examined and analysed the impact of self-efficacy on the career decisions of 52 viola students enrolled in Chinese *** to the findings,the level of self-efficacy influences the learning and career decisions of students *** self-efficacy can positively affect how individuals perceive their past experiences and those of ***,a high degree of self-efficacy can be ***-efficacy is primarily influenced by a person’s prior experiences,alternative experiences,verbal persuasion,and physical and emotional state during work-based *** may offer courses that foster and improve the development of self-efficacy in order to help viola majors in improving their self-efficacy effectively.

We study overlapping-generations firm heterogeneity in economic development in an general equilibrium model in which manufacturing firms engage in oligopolistic competition. Individuals differ in their productivities in the manufacturing sector and choose to become entrepreneurs or workers. The model is surprisingly tractable. In the steady state, an increase in the entry barrier in the manufacturing sector or an increase in the percentage of income spent on the agricultural good decreases the wage rate, but the level of output in the manufacturing sector does not necessarily decrease. An increase in the degree of patience of an individual increases the steady state wage rate and the capital stock. Even with increasing returns in manufacturing and constant returns in agriculture, neither the wage rate nor the output level in the manufacturing sector may increase with population size.

The scarcity of doctors is common in underdeveloped countries as well as in some developing and developed countries including Japan, Germany, Australia, Korea, and even the United States of America, indicating that this scarcity has become a global issue. Causes vary from country to country. In China, the causes of this shortage are complicated. Due to increasing violence in recent years against medical staff that endangers the personal safety of medical practitioners, the number of Chinese medical school applicants has decreased greatly. Furthermore, the proportion of students who abandon the health sector is very high.

Objective: To determine factors influencing anesthesiology choice among resident doctors at the medical school of Marrakech. Materials and Methods: We have conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study based on an anonymous questionnaire. Results: A total of 406/672 questionnaires were returned, with a female/male sex ratio of 1.07. The duration of the training (OR: 3.3;CI 95%: 1.74 - 6.23;p choice of anesthesiology. Conclusion: we recommend the succeeding: 1) Support students in their choice;2) Correct misconceptions about certain specialties;3) Promote clinical clerkship;4) Encourage mentorship;5) Increase the salary of at-risk specialties.
