Culture as a determiner of behavior,activities and sensibilities has produced innumerable landmark handiworks,most significant representative performances and profound artistic and sporting moments that signify our existence on the *** reflective moments of human civilization and culture are fixated in history and space time *** must have been so enlightening and refreshing to every passing generation to see with wonderstruck eyes the evolution and the incredible journey of the human beings on *** at the same time it must have saddened so many hearts to see the incomprehensibility of the forces of destruction working implicitly in minds and activities and making the greater life tenuous and less *** now when Covid 19 pandemic has started frustrating life and beliefs of so many,a cultural crisis seems to have dawned and set the approaches of the community towards world view and perspectives of *** the basic divisions of culture by Raymond Williams we have consciously traversed years of culture and living experiences,but the notion of culture as documentary and social has deflated to the extent of changing the essentials of behavior and *** from diverse and innumerable responses towards this catastrophic topical situation of fear,anxiety and uncertainty;the social,cultural,economic and political scenes have depleted like never before.

The European migrant crisis has been accentuated as the most momentous challenge that the European Union has faced since its establishment in 1993. The magnitude of this migration crisis is been amplified by political instability in the Middle East, wars, limited economic opportunities, and climate change. Migration analysts have viewed this "polycrisis" from an optimistic and pessimist perspective. The paper however pursues that of optimism and explores how the integration of skilled political migrants can be integrated into shrinking Latvian communities with an agendum to transforming the economically stagnated rural communities into viable rural spaces. The researcher interviewed 91 immigrants from nine countries to gain an insight into perception of political migrants amongst other variables. Furthermore, inductive and deductive approaches were used in synthesizing pertinent information from official records and reports on the above subject matter. A core emphasis of the paper was that the shrinking population of Latvia will adversely impede its future economic development. Hence, the paper advocates a systematic integration of skilled political migrants into the Latvian rural economy as an agendum to accelerating rural development.

AIM: To evaluate whether the addition of scheduled oral tramadol to intravenous morphine and intravenous ketorolac reduces morphine ***: This single-centered, Institutional Review Board-approved, retrospective study at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital included pediatric patients who were ≥ 2 years old with vaso-occlusive crisis(VOC) caused by sickle cell disease(SCD), were on morphine patientcontrolled analgesia(PCA), and had scheduled oral tramadol added to their standard pain regimen. The study population was admitted between March 2008 and March 2011. The data was collected from electronic records and included age, weight, morphine use, tramadol use, hemoglobin, pain scores, number of days on PCA, length of hospital stay, respiratory rate, and polyethylene glycol use. Thirty patients were analyzed as independent admissions and seven patients as paired admissions. RESULTS: Eighteen pediatric SCD patients with VOC received morphine PCA and intravenous ketorolac and twelve patients received morphine PCA and intravenous ketorolac and scheduled oral tramadol. Baseline characteristics were similar between both groups with the exception of the average weight, which was greater in the tramadol group than in the morphine group. The average morphine requirements in patients with and without the use of tramadol were similar, both for the independent admissions [0.58 mg/kg per day vs 0.65 mg/kg per day(P = 0.31)] and the paired admissions [0.71 mg/kg per day vs 0.77 mg/kg per day(P = 0.5)]. The daily polyethylene glycol requirement was less in the tramadol group for both the independent [0.5 g/kg per day vs 0.6 g/kg per day(P = 0.64)] and paired admissions analyses [and 0.41 g/kg per day vs 0.55 g/kg per day(P = 0.67)].CONCLUSION: The addition of scheduled tramadol in patients receiving concomitant morphine and ketorolac demonstrates a trend toward decreased morphine and polyethylene glycol use.

It has a practical guiding meaning to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore,it has a theoretical perspective on the ecological crisis which is a global problem. Therefore,we should stand on the commanding heights of humanity's horizons,and restore systematically the harmonious relationship between man and nature from the perspective of ecological aesthetics.

Mediation is an important peaceful means of resolving international *** such cases,the mediator invites member states in dispute to roundtable negotiations to bring about a *** the late GCC crisis between Qatar on one hand and Saudi Arabia,UAE,Bahrain,and Egypt on the other,Kuwaiti mediation tries to bridge the gap and prevent escalation that might lead to military confrontation against Doha to force a change of ***,this mediation is always in danger of an elongated crisis that might worsen the situation and hinder the parties reaching a reconciliatory settlement of their *** is a challenge that confronts the Kuwaiti mediator and jeopardizes the very existence of the GCC in case the Kuwaiti mediator fails to reach a *** dispute went beyond a limited geographic one with Egypt joining the boycott and the symbolic presence of Turkish troops in *** such,the dispute has created an unprecedented political rift among Gulf States and their rulers and somehow worries the existing *** worrying situation threatens the core principles of some of these States,including those who are still neutral towards the dispute.

In order to study the entrepreneurship situation of Jiangxi return migrant workers after the financial crisis,we have conducted a survey on 107 entrepreneurial return migrant workers in 6 counties of Jiangxi *** results show that the return of migrant workers is mainly attributed to personal factors,while social factors are also very *** major difficulties facing return migrant workers are the funding difficulties,complicated formalities to start a business,difficulty in safeguarding their rights and interests,their own low quality and so *** support needed by the return migrant workers from the government is manifested in five aspects,say,to improve the service and management for the entrepreneurship of migrant workers,to provide financing policy support,to increase the preferential fiscal and taxation policies,to enhance the entrepreneurship training and to provide preference for the return migrant workers to use land.

The quality and safety crisis of agricultural products on the one hand is the crisis of harm of agricultural products,and on the other hand is the crisis of information dissemination. This paper analyzed the characteristics of content of the quality and safety crisis information of tropical agricultural products. On the basis of these characteristics,it came up with strategies and recommendations for solving the problems of quality and safety of tropical agricultural products,including establishing the emergency response system for quality and safety crisis of tropical agricultural products,bringing into play the social responsibilities of scientific research institutions,and bringing into play authoritative effect of scientific experts.

Human factors in anaesthetic crisis

This paper discusses some of the key aspects of human factors in anaesthesia for the improvement of patient safety. Medical errors have emerged as a serious issue in healthcare delivery. There has been new interest in human factors as a means of reducing these errors. Human factors are important contributors to critical incidents and crises in anaesthesia. It has been shown that the prevalence of human factors in anaesthesia can be as high as 83%. Cognitive thinking process and biases involved are important in understanding human factors. Errors of cognition linked with human factors lead to anaesthetic errors and crisis. Multiple errors in the cognitive thinking process, known as "Cognitive dispositions to respond" have been identified leading to errors. These errors classified into latent or active can be easily identified in the clinical vignettes of serious medical errors. Application of the knowledge on human factors and use of cognitive de-biasing strategies can avoid human errors. These strategies could involve use of checklists, strategies to cope with stress and fatigue and the use of standard operating procedures. A safety culture and health care model designed to promote patient safety can compliment this further. Incorporation of these strategies strengthens the defence layers against the "Swiss Cheese" models, which exist in the health care industry.
