Cancer cell genomes originate from single-cell mutation with sequential clonal and subclonal expansion of somatic mutation acquisition during pathogenesis,thus exhibiting a Darwinian evolutionary process(Gerstung et al.,2020;Nik-Zainal et al.,2012).Through next-generation sequencing of tumor tissue,this evolutionary process can be characterized by statistical modelling,which can identify the clonal state,somatic mutation order,and evolutionary process(Gerstung et al.,2020;Mcgranahan&Swanton,2017).Inference of clonal and subclonal structure from bulk or single-cell tumor genomic sequencing data has a huge impact on studying cancer *** state and mutation order can provide detailed insight into tumor origin and future *** the past decade,various methods for subclonal reconstruction using bulk tumor sequencing data have been ***,these methods had different programming languages and data input formats,which limited their use and ***,we established a web server for Clonal and Subclonal Structure Inference and Evolution(cosine)of cancer genomic data,which incorporated twelve popular subclonal reconstruction *** deconstructed each method to provide a detailed workflow of single processing steps with a user-friendly *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first web server providing online subclonal inference based on the integration of most popular subclonal reconstruction *** is freely accessible at ***.

A fast algorithm for n-D discrete cosine transform

A generalized fast computational algorithm for the n -dimensional discrete cosine transform ( n- D DCT) of length N=2 m(m≥2) is presented. The developed algorithm is theoretically proved and its efficiency is evaluated. The theoretical results show that compared with the conventional method to compute the 1-D DCTs in n directions, the number of multiplications needed by this algorithm is only 1/n of that required by the conventional method; for the total number of additions, it is a bit more when N≤8 and much less when N≥16 than the coventional one. To validate the proposed algorithm, the case when n=3 is taken as an example and applied to the motion picture compression. The results show that the proposed method is superior to MPEG-2.

Inner-product of strain rate vector through direction cosine in coordinates for disk forging

A new linear integration for plastic power was *** effective strain rate for disk forging with bulge was expressed in terms of two-dimensional strain rate vector,and then its direction cosines were determined by the ratio of coordinate ***,inner-product of the vector for plastic power was term integrated by term and ***,through a formula for determination of bulge an analytical solution of stress effective factor was ***,through compression tests,the calculated results of above formula were compared with those of Avitzur’s approximate solution and total indicator readings of the testing *** is indicated that the calculated compression forces are basically in agreement with the measured ones if the pass reduction is less than 13.35%.However,when the reduction gets up to 25.34% and 33.12%,the corresponding errors between the calculated and measured results also get up to 6% and 13.5%,respectively.

Image Fusion Scheme Based on Nonsubsampled Contourlet and Block-Based cosine Transform

A kind of nonsubsampled contourlet and block-based cosine transform(NSCBCT)is developed,and its application in image fusion is studied in this *** construction of filtering banks is based on the nonsubsampled contourlet transform(NSCT)and block-based discrete cosine transform(B-DCT).We combine NSCT and B-DCT to design filters that lead to NSCBCT with better singularity representation than either of them in isolation.A design framework based on the hybrid approach is proposed,which allows for the fast implementation based on NSCT and B-DCT *** addition,a new image fusion scheme based on NSCBCT for multispectral and panchromatic satellite images is ***,because it adopts NSCT,the fused satellite images have higher spatial resolution than those based on ***,based on the localized high frequency information provided by B-DCT,the proposed fusion scheme can reduce the spectral distortion of the fused image *** results show that the proposed fusion method is able to increase the spatial resolution and reduce the spectral distortion of the fused image at the same time.

NEW FAST ALGORITHM OF 2-D DISCRETE cosine TRANSFORM

In this paper, a new algorithm for the fast computation of a 2-D discrete cosine transform (DCT) is presented. It is shown that the N×N DCT, where N = 2m, can be computed using only N 1-D DCT’s and additions, instead of using 2N 1-D DCT’s as in the conventional row-column approach. Hence the total number of multiplications for the proposed algorithm is only half of that required for the row-column approach, and is also less than that of most of other fast algorithms, while the number of additions is almost comparable to that of others.

为进一步提升核电软件自主化能力,研发了核电厂设计与安全分析一体化软件包cosine。其中cosRMC为堆用三维中子-光子-电子输运蒙卡软件,已具备输运计算、燃耗计算、群常数产生、敏感性及不确定性分析、可视化建模等功能,可用于堆芯设计分析、确定论校核计算以及辐射屏蔽计算。本文从cosRMC的计算功能以及软件在先进非能动型压水堆(AP1000)与中国聚变工程实验堆(CFETR)中的典型应用对cosRMC软件的研发现状进行介绍。其中,AP1000堆芯的模拟结果显示,21种燃料组件及全堆芯模型的增殖因子绝对值最大偏差为89.9×10^(-5),功率分布计算结果绝对值最大偏差为2.1%;CFETR的模拟结果显示,氚增殖比的最大绝对值偏差为0.6%,cosRMC网格权窗功能可以有效解决模拟过程中的深穿透问题。cosRMC软件计算功能可满足压水堆、聚变堆等大型复杂模型的计算需求,软件具有较高的计算精度,同时可视化建模工具可有效提升建模效率及正确性。

再淹没是压水堆大破口失水事故后的重要阶段,为评估系统程序在该阶段的计算能力,需要选择多种传热模型对失水事故进行复现并分析参数的敏感性响应。本文对压水堆失水事故实验(LOFT)台架进行建模,将cosine程序中不同传热模型的计算结果与实验数据比较,验证了传热模型精确度;同时进行再淹没阶段的参数敏感性计算,识别出了对第二包壳峰值温度(PCT)影响最大的参数。计算表明:cosine程序的传热模型能较好地预测再淹没现象;对计算结果影响较大的敏感性参数包括:UO_(2)体积热容、液滴直径、液滴相间传热系数和膜态沸腾壁面对汽相的传热系数。

采用代码生成技术可大幅提高软件开发的质量和生产率,降低软件开发风险。目前已有代码生成器多是基于UML模型驱动技术,不能很好适应核电数值计算软件的开发需求。本文针对科学计算类程序的设计特点,开发了基于C#的代码生成器FCG。FCG可根据输入元数据自动生成Module变量定义Fortran代码,并根据元数据自动生成动态变量的内存分配接口和数据访问接口,方便程序直接调用。目前,FCG已应用于堆芯设计和系统分析一体化平台(cosine)软件的开发过程,实践证明,FCG可极大提高核电软件的开发效率,同时降低软件开发的缺陷率。

基于三代非能动压水堆AP1000堆型的低功率物理试验结果,对cosine软件包核设计软件的计算功能及计算精度进行确认与评估。从低功率物理试验的控制棒价值、所有棒组全提(ARO)工况末端硼浓度、ARO工况等温温度系数对比结果可以看出,cosine软件包核设计软件计算结果与AP1000堆型低功率物理试验中的各项实测数据符合较好,均满足工程设计要求,计算精度良好。

cosine软件包组件程序是二维、多群输运计算程序,主要用于压水堆组件和单棒的计算,生成少群均匀化常数和核素的核子密度供堆芯程序使用。组件程序的输运计算模块在完成第一阶段两步均匀化方法开发的基础上,为提高程序的先进性和更好满足未来设计需求,现进行开发第二阶段基于特征线(MOC)方法的一步均匀化技术。在输运计算中直接考虑组件的精细构造,消除了两步均匀化方法中由栅元均匀化引入的近似。本文基于MOC方法的输运模块采用循环特征线方法,在方向求积组中的每一个辐角方向内都有一组平行的特征线扫过整个组件区域,每一种栅元类型对应一种特征线几何处理方式。循环特征线方法可确保在二维几何中栅元间的特征线都是完全相接且栅元边界完全满足反射条件。MOC方法在计算精度上减少了近似,且理论上可处理任意几何,但由于大量的存取数据,导致计算时间相对较长。为此,程序使用粗网有限差分(CMFD)技术对MOC计算进行加速,有效地节省了计算时间。在程序开发过程中,测试与验证是开发过程中的重要部分且严格执行质保体系。通过对C5G7基准题比较,数值验证了输运模块的可行性。
