Recently,Xu et al.1 have published in Nature,solved the high-resolution structure of a small molecule agonist PCO371 and Gs bound human parathyroid hormone receptor 1(PTH1R)by cryo-electron microscopy.This study reveals a novel conserved small molecule agonist binding pocket of class B G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs)and provides new insights into drug develop-ment for various therapeutic indications.GPCRs are a family of receptors with a seven transmembrane(7TM)domains that mediate various downstream signals by activating G proteins or recruitingβ-arrestins.As the largest family of cell membrane receptors encoded by the human genome,GPCRs are widely involved in human physiological and patholo-gical processes and have become the most important therapeutic targets.

教育本质上是一种“关系性实践”,是人与人灵魂的相遇。大量的研究表明,高质量师幼互动对儿童诸方面发展起着积极且重要的作用,对家庭贫困、适应困难等处境不利儿童的发展作用更加突出。随着我国学前教育的不断发展,以及国家推动学前教育普及普惠安全优质建设的进程不断往前,出现了大批新办园及集团园分园,极大程度满足了人民的入园需求,也产生了大批的新手幼儿园教师。W园是四川省J区加快优质资源布局实施集团化办学方针背景下F园新开办的第一所品质集团分园,其教师结构四分之三皆为新手教师。这些幼儿园新手教师的师幼互动质量如何,存在怎样的问题,影响新手教师师幼互动质量的因素有哪些,如何提升新手教师的师幼互动质量等问题亟待探索。研究者采取混合研究的方法,运用课堂互动评估系统对W园8个班级12名新手教师的师幼互动质量进行了上述问题的研究。首先,研究者采用class评估系统对12名新手教师的半日活动中师幼互动质量进行了观察和评估,发现:(1)W园新手教师师幼互动质量整体处于中等水平,领域间差距较小,教师间差距较大;情感支持领域在情感氛围营造维度存在优势,但是互动仍以教师发起为主;课堂组织领域行为管理质量优势较大,产出性中缺乏对过渡环节的合理安排,教学安排存在较大差异;教学支持领域质量整体偏低,各维度均存在较大挑战。(2)聚焦不同活动类型中师幼互动质量,发现不同活动类型的师幼互动质量问题各异,总结为“情感支持不足的集体教学活动”“教学支持不足的游戏活动”“不甚规范的户外活动”以及“被忽略的生活活动”。其次,研究者基于问卷和访谈材料,从幼儿园、家长以及教师自身角度对师幼互动现状及问题的影响因素进行深度分析,总结出:(1)幼儿园对于新手教师在氛围营造、制度支撑以及专业支持等方面提供的支持不足;(2)家长对新手教师师幼互动存在过度干预;(3)新手教师自身师幼互动观念浅层、新手教师师幼互动行为偏差以及新手教师师幼互动观念与行为脱节。再次,研究者基于存在的问题及影响因素,以提升新手教师师幼互动质量为行动目标,开展了两轮行动研究。行动研究旨在促进新手教师师幼互动观念的深化以及师幼互动行为的改善,进而实现观念与行为的统一,提升师幼互动质量。最后,研究者对行动研究所得结论进行全面总结,提炼出提升幼儿园新手教师师幼互动质量的建议,全面审视本研究存在的不足,提出未来完善的展望。

Since the publication of the DRiP(defective ribosomal product) hypothesis in 1996, numerous studies have addressed the contribution of DRiPs to generating viral antigenic peptides for CD8^+T cell immunosurveillance. Here, we review studies characterizing the generation of antigenic peptides from influenza A virus encoded DRiPs, discuss the many remaining mysteries regarding the nature of their co-translational generation, and speculate on where the future might lead.

Background Cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT)is a highly effective treatment in patients with a class I recommendation.However,a small proportion of the strictly selected patients still fail to respond.This study was designed to identify predictors of non-response in patients with class I indications for CRT and determine the non-response probability of the patients.Methods A total of 296 consecutive patients with a class I recommendation received CRT from January 2009 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify predictors for non-response(defined as cardiac death,heart transplantation,or HF hospitalization during 1-year follow-up).Results Among 296 patients,30(10.1%)met non-response.Multivariate analysis demonstrated that non-response to CRT was associated with a fragmented QRS(odd ratio(OR)=2.86,95%CI:1.14–7.12;P=0.025)and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)≥77 mm(OR=3.02,95%CI:1.17–7.82;P=0.022).Patients with both of the predictors had a non-response probability of 46.2%(95%CI:19.1%–73.3%).Conclusion In patients with left bundle branch block and wider QRS duration,the proportion of non-response to CRT is not low in real world.The presence of the dilated LVEDD or fragmented QRS is a strong predictor of non-response to CRT.The probability of non-response in the patients with the two predictors was 46.2%.

Body misperception plays an important role in the development of weight and dietary disorders among children and adolescents.A school-based health promotion program(2014-2015)was conducted to promote the school health education and improve the teenagers'physical health among Chinese children and adolescents.Based on this program,we intended to examine weight status and weight misperception among Chinese children and adolescents and to explore the relationship between weight misperception and lifestyle behaviors.A total of 10708 Chinese children and adolescents in 3rd and 7th grade from Shandong and Qinghai province participated in the program.The participants,dietary and activity patterns were clustered by latent class analysis(LCA).Logistic regression analysis was undertaken to explore the relationship between weight perception and demographic factors or dietary and activity patterns.Given the gender-specific difference of children and adolescents,analyses were separately conducted among boys and girls.The total prevalence of weight misperception was 44.50%.Boys,especially those in higher grade and living in wealthier district,were more likely to misperceive body weight.Girls were more likely to overestimate their weight(26.10%)while boys tended to underestimate the weight(28.32%).Three latent dietary and activity patterns including obesogenic pattern,malnourished pattern and healthy pattern were derived.The participants who had weight misperception were more likely to choose unhealthy dietary and exercise activities.The high prevalence of weight misperception was closely related to the unhealthy weight pattern and unhealthy dietary or exercise patterns.Our research found that most children and adolescents failed to perceive their weight correctly and boys tended to underestimate their weight while girls were subjected to overestimation.So,comprehensive intervention programs should focus on improving self-weight awareness,and appropriate guidance should be made to lead the adolescents to more healthy weight patt

classes are the basic modules in object-oriented (OO) software, which consist of attributes and methods. Thus, in OO environment, the cohesion is mainly about the tightness of the attributes and methods of classes. This paper discusses the relationships between attributes and attributes, attributes and methods, methods and methods of a class based on dependence analysis. Then the paper presents methods to compute these dependencies. Based on these, the paper proposes a method to measure the class cohesion, which satisfies the properties that a good measurement should have. The approach overcomes the limitations of previous class cohesion measures, which consider only one or two of the three relationships in a class. Phasor measurement units(PMUs)are fundamental tools in the applications of modern power systems,where synchronized phasor estimations are needed.The accuracy and dynamic performance requirements for phasor,frequency,and rate of change of frequency(ROCOF)estimations are established in the IEEE Std.C37.118.1-2011 along with the IEEE Std.C37.118.1 a-2014,where two PMU performances are suggested:P class filters for applications requiring fast response and M class filters for applications requiring high rejection to aliased signals.In this paper,a methodology to design new phasor estimators that satisfy the P class and M class requirements in PMUs is presented.The proposed methodology is based on finite impulse response filters,brick-wall filters,and complex filter design concepts,where frequency range,time performance,harmonic rejection and out-of-band interference requirements are considered in its design.A comparative analysis using the reference model given by the IEEE Std.C37.118.1 is presented.The results show the effectiveness of the phasor estimators under steady-state and dynamic conditions according to the PMU standard,making them suitable tools for applications in power systems.
