Ethnobotanics of Certain Medicinal Plants of bukhara Region (Uzbekistan)

The article presents data on the ethnobotanical characteristics of 12 species of medicinal and food plants in the bukhara region, where the climatic conditions are specific, hot and dry. These plants were used by the local population in ancient times and now as food and natural remedies. As a result of the study, data on the use of medicinal plants in food were collected on the basis of surveys of rural residents, housewives and elderly people of the city of bukhara and the region. It is worth noting that due to the demand of the modern era, the study of the nutritional and therapeutic aspects of medicinal plants that grow naturally, their scientific and practical significance, determines the possibility of their use in folk medicine.

High Plant Species Distributed in and around Dengizkul, bukhara Region

The article presents the results of research conducted in Dengizkul and around this area. It identifies plant species in and around the lake and analyzes species composition. As a result of the analysis, 70 species of tall plants belonging to 24 families were identified in the lake. The identified species are divided into aquatic and riparian plants. Of these, 18 species are found in lake water and 52 species in its vicinity. The low number of high plant species in the lake water is due to the salinity of the water. The protection of this area is based on the natural conservation of the surrounding plant population.

The article provides information on the distribution and importance of the Cistanche family in the bukhara region. Four species of the genus Cistanche mongolica Beck., Cistanche flava (C. A. Mey.) Korsh., Cistanche ambigua (Bunge) Beck., Cistanche salsa (C. A. Mey.) Beck. have been identified in this region. The species has been identified as host plants in different ecological environments and parasitic. Among the Cistanche species, C. salsa and C. flava are common in the study area. It has been noted in laboratory experiments that their medicinal properties are higher than those of other species.

Influence of the Zerox Immunostimulant on Cotton Production

In this article, information about universal and triple contact actional ZEROX immunostimulant at 3 various norms and different periods when it affected to bukhara 10 cotton on 3 numbers of seedlings is presented. Research has shown, when in pre-sowing of seed 2 l/t and 2 l/ha in vegetation periods of ZEROX immunostimulant in the number of left seedlings 80 - 90,000 plant/ha of bukhara 10 cotton it was treated, it was determined that the highest yield was obtained.
