In vehicle body manufacturing,there are small differences between the actual value and design value of,for example,plate thickness and material *** is caused by the processing technology,environment and other uncertain ***,the performance of the vehicle body processed according to the deterministic optimization solution *** fluctuations may make structural performance fail to meet the design ***,in this study,an optimization design is executed with 6σrobustness criteria and a Monte Carlo simulation single-loop optimization strategy based on the radial basis function neural network approximate model considering deviations in plate thickness,elastic modulus,and welding spot diameter,which is called the uncertainty optimization design *** an example,considering the bending stiffness,torsion stiffness,and first-order frequency as constraints,the method is applied to the lightweight design of a car body structure,and the reliability of deterministic optimization design and uncertainty optimization design is *** results demonstrate that the uncertainty optimization design solution is effective and feasible without lowering the static stiffness and modal performance,and the weight is reduced.

During the vehicle body manufacturing,because of the processing technology,the environmental and other uncertain factors,there has to be a little difference between theactual value and the design value of platethickness,the material characteristics,etc...Therefore,the performance of the vehicle body processedaccording to the *** fluctuations may make structural performance fail to meet the design ***,anoptimization design is executed with 6σ robustness criteria and MCS single-loop optimization strategy based on the radial basis function neural network approximate model,considering the deviationsin plates’ thickness,elastic modulus and welding spot’s diameter,so called the uncertainty optimization design *** example,taking the bending stiffness,torsion stiffnessand 1 st-order frequency as constraints,the method is applied in lightweight design of a car body structure,and the comparison between the reliability ofdeterministicoptimization design and uncertainty optimization design is *** shows that the uncertainty optimization design solution is effective and feasible,without lowering the static stiffness and modalperformance,while the weight is reduced.

Based on the low-speed rear collision condition of C-IASI,established the CAE analysis model of an electric vehicle and analyzed the crashworthiness and maintenance *** to the simulation analysis,the plastic strain occurred in the rear end panel,rear floor,rear longitudinal beam,rear longitudinal beam end plate and rear longitudinal beam end plate reinforcing *** order to reduce the maintenance cost,proposed a new connection structure *** final analysis results showed that the optimized scheme met the objective.

This paper discusses the latest development trend of vehicle side impact *** simulation models of a car in different side parameter patterns were established by Computer *** experimental design and the results of calculation showed that the barrier stiffness was the biggest influential parameter on vehicle structure,followed by the impact angle;impact point location is the minimal influential *** result of vehicle structure in four kinds of typical side impact barriers showed that:IIHS collision form led to the largest body intrusion displacement,NHTSA-NCAP led to maximum body intrusion speed,NHTSANCAP,IIHS and Euro-NCAP put forward higher requirements for the rear structure in small size occupant protection.

长期以来，许多人都无视身体的认知功能和价值，只把认知归功于大脑，对认知能力的探索、研究、测试、训练和保养也是聚焦于大脑的结构和机制；没有认识到“我”“自我”或“主体”等能指、主词或概念所指谓的“就是我的身体”。其实，正是人的整体性身体结构、以及由此形成的身体场、知觉场、实践场、身体的意向性、认知冲动、尝试性的探索行为、身体的感知能力、认知的超越功能、概念化和范畴化作用、发明创造活动、以及诸如此类的身体智能、身体思维等要素和属性，一起构成认知和才智的源泉。因此身体才是人类从事社会实践、获得知识、成就事业、创造历史、完善人性的根本。人们只有把人的本质性存在身体放在一切认知和社会实践的最高位置，才更加有利于推动人的智力和自身的全面发展。
