Brassica napus（oilseed rape） is one of the four major oil crops in the world and is the first source of China domestic edible *** stem rot（SSR）,caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,is reported to the most serious diseases in oilseed *** current agricultural production,the measures for controlling SSR mainly include chemical and biological control and field management,etc.,which have certain effect,but the effect is not only relatively limited but also increases the production cost,and leads to environmental ***,selection and breeding disease-resistant varieties is the most economic and effective way to control *** this study,a significant QTL,located on A04 chromosome,was identified by analyzing recombinant population and associated population combined with the phenotype data under natural field conditions and indoors inoculation which were related to SSR resistance,such as SSR incidence and disease *** homologous gene in Arabidopsis thaliana is AtLTP1（At2 g38540）.Therefore,we over-expressed bnltp1 of *** and AtLTP1 in *** wild type,at the same time,RNAI interferences of AtLTPl was *** got stable integration and expression of transgenes in TO and T2 generation plants through PCR and qRT-PCR *** resistance to *** of transgenic materials,which show inheritance in Mendelian fashion（3:1）,were evaluated under greenhouse *** results revealed that the lines of over-expression of bnltp1 and AtLTPl were more resistant to ***,but the interference lines of AtLTPl were more sensitive to *** at 36 h after inoculation and ***,the crude proteins of bnltp1 and AtLTP1 expressed in prokaryotes could significantly inhibit the hyphal growth of *** through in vitro bacteriostasis *** bnltp1 can improve resistance to SSR in oilseed rape.
