Background:Xenotransplantation is a potential way to reduce the shortage of the needed organ grafts for the end-stage *** rejection,physiological incompatibility and bio-safety are the most critical ***:To ensure the safety and efficacy of gene editing,second-and thirdgeneration sequencing technologies have allowed us to obtain a clearer genetic background of donor pigs for *** on the Changsha Communiqué,the local DPF-excluded lists and DPF donor facility were established in Changsha,China.A pig-to-human islet clinical trial was conducted and overseen by the respective Chinese governmental ***:The DPF standards for pig husbandry eliminated specific pathogens in donor *** have established a PERV-C free,genetic information clean,DPF donor for xenotransplantation.A clinical trial of ten adult patients(9M:1F)with type 1 diabetes who received DPF porcine islet xenotransplantation via the portal vein were *** accepted immunosuppressant drugs and autologous Treg were used for controlling immune *** cross-species infection events occurred in this trial,and importantly,no cross-species transmission of PERV was ***:Xenotransplantation is a pioneer study and safety is the most important *** fundamental principles for establishing xenotransplantation donor pigs should follow the Changsha Communiqué(2008),the second WHO consultation,and the 2018 Changsha Communiquéwhich would finally help reducing the risks of xenotransplantation.

Objective To summarize lessons learned from an outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome （SARS） in China during the spring of 2004. Methods Data of SARS cases were officially reported by Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention （BCDC） and Anhui Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention （APCDC） and results of epidemiological investigations were collected and analyzed. Results Three generations of 11 cases of SARS were identified during the outbreak, Initial two cases were most likely to be infected in Diarrhea Virus Laboratory of National Institute of Virology, China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and main mode of transmission was direct contact with SARS patients, Delay in detecting initial case resulted in spread of the illness at hospitals and communities with two generations of secondary cases, Conclusions SARS outbreak in 2004 has yielded following lessons for public health globally. （1） Lab bio-safety programs should be made and should be strictly abided by, Studies in highly pathogenic viruses such as SARS coronavirus should be utmost cautious, （2） Management systems of occupational exposure to virus and disease surveillance need to be strengthened to take all risk factors into account so as to detect potential patients with infectious disease as early as possible.

As a crucial link in fostering talented students, laboratories in universities have been attached great significance since they help developing practical op- erational ability of students. The unknown factors in laboratories are likely to pose threat to operators. Therefore, it is especially important to guarantee the safety of laboratories. The paper expounded the measures supposed to be taken in university lab-teaching based on bias-safety management problems and hoping to serve the research work and teaching by adopting proper and reasonable methods which are in accordance with scientific purposes.
