bibliometrics analysis based on the Web of Science:Current trends and perspective of gastric organoid during 2010-2023

BACKGROUND Three-dimensional organoid culture systems have been established as a robust tool for elucidating mechanisms and performing drug efficacy testing.The use of gastric organoid models holds significant promise for advancing personalized medicine research.However,a comprehensive bibliometric review of this burgeoning field has not yet been published.AIM To analyze and understand the development,impact,and direction of gastric organoid research using bibliometric methods using data from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)database.METHODS This analysis encompassed literature pertaining to gastric organoids published between 2010 and 2023,as indexed in the WoSCC.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to depict network maps illustrating collaborations among authors,institutions and keywords related to gastric organoid.Citation,co-citation,and burst analysis methodologies were applied to assess the impact and progress of research.RESULTS A total of 656 relevant studies were evaluated.The majority of research was published in gastroenterology-focused journals.Globally,Yana Zavros,Hans Clevers,James M Wells,Sina Bartfeld,and Chen Zheng were the 5 most productive authors,while Hans Clevers,Huch Meritxell,Johan H van Es,Marc Van de Wetering,and Sato Toshiro were the foremost influential scientists in this area.Institutions from the University Medical Center Utrecht,Netherlands Institute for Developmental Biology(Utrecht),and University of Cincinnati(Cincinnati,OH,United States)made the most significant contributions.Currently,gastric organoids are used mainly in studies investigating gastric cancer(GC),Helicobacter pylori-infective gastritis,with a focus on the mechanisms of GC,and drug screening tests.CONCLUSION Key focus areas of research using gastric organoids include unraveling disease mechanisms and enhancing drug screening techniques.Major contributions from renowned academic institutions highlight this field’s dynamic growth.

Bibliometric analysis of qualitative researches in nursing in China from 2013 to 2019

Aims:To analyze the research status and development trend of nursing qualitative research in China from 2013 to 2019.Method:China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data and VIP database were researched to include all related articles which were published from 2013 to 2019 about nursing qualitative research literature.NoteExpress literature management software and Excel were used to organize literature from annual distribution region,organization,core periodical,as well as the research object,research methods,data collection method and sampling method for metrology analysis.Results:2194 articles met the inclusion criteria,the number of articles is increasing year by year.Most of them come from Shanghai,Beijing,zhejiang and other developed areas.The top three institutions were the Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Tongji Medical College,Affiliated Union Hospital,Fudan university and Shanghai jiao tong university.And 835 of them were published in core journals.Research object are mainly divided into patient,nurses,nursing managers,etc.The included literature mainly adopts phenomenological research methods.Interview is the mainly data collection methods,and Colaizzi method is the mainly data analysis methods.Most articles use the method of purpose sampling.Conclusion:The qualitative research is becoming more and more attention by researchers in China.Qualitative research has covered clinical nursing,nursing education,nursing management,nursing psychology and other different nursing field.However,the selection of qualitative research methods,data analysis methods and related reports need to be further improved and standardized.

Thirty years(1984–2014) of groundwater science teaching and research in China: A dissertation-based bibliometric survey

In order to track the footprint of groundwater science teaching and research in China during the past years, a bibliometric analysis was conducted based on the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), which covered the time span from 1984 to present and included more than 2.6 million master and doctoral dissertations from hundreds of institutions of China's Mainland. The bibliometric analysis summarized output, geographical, and institutional patterns, as well as research directions and hotspots in groundwater studies in China in the period of 1984-2014. A total of 1 396 groundwater-related dissertations including 1 161 master dissertations and 235 doctoral dissertations, contributed by 128 institutions distributed in 53 cities nationwide, were searched out in the database. It can be seen obviously that, the groundwater science teaching and research in China has experienced a notable growth in the past three decades especially during 2000-2014. Groundwater modeling, resource, and exploitation were the top three major subject categories; China University of Geosciences(Beijing), Jilin University and Chang’an University were the top three productive institutions together accounting for more than one third of the total dissertations and 50% of the doctoral dissertations, which further prompted the cities(Beijing, Changchun, and Xi’an) to become the top three productive cities. The dissertations generally covered all the international research topics, which indicated that hydrogeologists in China have tracked the international frontier closely during the past decades. The keywords analysis revealed that,(1) numerical modeling was still the hottest topic and PHREEQC, MODFLOW, GMS, and FEFLOW were the four most used softwares;(2) the topics related with groundwater pollution and quality developed steadily and rapidly;(3) environmental isotopes and GIS were frequently used tools for hydrogeological condition analysis, and spatial data processing respectively; and(4) the unsaturated zone as an integral
