In recent years,China’s society has developed rapidly,the high-speed railway network has become more and more perfect,and the competition between high-speed rail and civil aviation has become increasingly fierce.In the country’s newly introduced national transportation development plan,the development of the comprehensive transportation system is placed in an important position.The operation of the empty railway is an important part of comprehensive transportation,and it has attracted more and more attention.In the development of air-rail transportation,the decisive role is still in the formulation of fares.A cheaper fare can attract huge passenger traffic,so it is necessary to explore a reasonable method of fare development.This paper chooses to establish a bi-level programming model,and set the upper-level planning objective function to maximize the ticket benefit of the relevant departments of the empty-rail intermodal transportation.The objective function of the lower-level planning is to minimize the passenger’s general travel cost and solve the model,so as to obtain a relatively complete The method for formulating fares for air and rail transportation provides a reference for the formulation of air and rail freight fares in China.Finally,the paper validates the model based on the air-rail combined transport line from Beijing to Sanya.

Dispersed Computing Resource Discovery model and Algorithm for Polymorphic Migration Network Architecture

Dynamic resource discovery in a network of dispersed computing resources is an open problem. The establishment and maintenance of resource pool information are critical, which involves both the polymorphic migration of the network and the time and energy costs resulting from node selection and frequent interactions of information between nodes. The resource discovery problem for dispersed computing can be considered a dynamic multi-level decision problem. A bi-level programming model of dispersed computing resource discovery is developed, which is driven by time cost, energy consumption and accuracy of information acquisition. The upper-level model is to design a reasonable network structure of resource discovery, and the lower-level model is to explore an effective discovery mode. Complex network topology features are used for the first time to analyze the polymorphic migration characteristics of resource discovery networks. We propose an integrated calibration method for energy consumption parameters based on two discovery modes(i.e., agent mode and self-directed mode). A symmetric trust region based heuristic algorithm is proposed for solving the system model. The numerical simulation is performed in a dispersed computing network with multiple modes and topological states, which proves the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.

bi-level programming for the Optimal Nonlinear Distance-Based Transit Fare Structure Incorporating Principal-Agent Game

The urban transit fare structure and level can largely affect passengers’travel behavior and route choices.The commonly used transit fare policies in the present transit network would lead to the unbalanced transit assignment and improper transit resources distribution.In order to distribute transit passenger flow evenly and efficiently,this paper introduces a new distance-based fare pattern with Euclidean distance.A bi-level programming model is developed for determining the optimal distance-based fare pattern,with the path-based stochastic transit assignment(STA)problem with elastic demand being proposed at the lower level.The upper-level intends to address a principal-agent game between transport authorities and transit enterprises pursing maximization of social welfare and financial interest,respectively.A genetic algorithm(GA)is implemented to solve the bi-level model,which is verified by a numerical example to illustrate that the proposed nonlinear distance-based fare pattern presents a better financial performance and distribution effect than other fare structures.

A properly designed public transport system is expected to improve traffic efficiency.A high-frequency bus service would decrease the waiting time for passengers,but the interaction between buses and cars might result in more serious congestion.On the other hand,a low-frequency bus service would increase the waiting time for passengers and would not reduce the use of private cars.It is important to strike a balance between high and low frequencies in order to minimize the total delays for all road users.It is critical to formulate the impacts of bus frequency on congestion dynamics and mode choices.However,as far as the authors know,most proposed bus frequency optimization formulations are based on static demand and the Bureau of Public Roads function,and do not properly consider the congestion dynamics and their impacts on mode choices.To fill this gap,this paper proposes a bi-level optimization model.A three-dimensional Macroscopic Fundamental Diagram based modeling approach is developed to capture the bi-modal congestion dynamics.A variational inequality model for the user equilibrium in mode choices is presented and solved using a double projection algorithm.A surrogate model-based algorithm is used to solve the bi-level programming problem.

为减少幸存者的痛苦、提高灾害响应效率和降低各种损失，聚焦于跨区域救援物资反应性调度主从优化问题。综合考虑救援物资调度与分配网络中不确定供应-需求-行程时间、公平性分配原则、幸存者多层次异质性与风险可接受度限制、利益相关者的层级或纵向“府际”关系、需求可拆分、多灾点、多供应点和多运输模式等特征；构建了上层最小化加权行程时间总和，下层最大化加权感知满意度的双层整数规划模型。通过分析模型的特征，设计了以互补松弛条件为基础的原始-对偶算法对其进行求解。最后，以汶川地震为算例，验证了所提出模型与求解策略的可行性与有效性。

＜正＞ITIO（Inventory-Transportation Integrated Optimization）problem is vital in the modem distributing logistics system.However,up to now,in the course of modeling and calculating,most scholars pretend that only the demander has the change in inventory cost,while the supplier has no change,or on the contrary.And in these two cases,the in- ventory relationship between the supplier and the demander is separated,and the established optimization model for the two cases cannot be used in the practical operation.Based on the related researches,this thesis tries to study ITIO prob- lem in view of many-one distributing network and establish the mathematic model which suits to stochastic demand and many products with a hi-level programming model in VMI type.Because of the problem complexity and enormous calcu- lation,a heuristic algorithm should be designed to coordinate inventory effect between the supplier and the demander. So this thesis will realize the mathematic description and the heuristic algorithm to the massive practice of the modem distributing logistics system.
