Taking Daxing District,Beijing,China as a example,benefit evaluation index system of small-town land comprehensive consolidation isestablished from four aspects of resource benefit,economic benefit,social benefit and ecological *** of evaluation index is determinedby analytic hierarchy *** the standardized treatment on the original value index,comprehensive index method is adopted to evaluate theland comprehensive consolidation benefits in 14 towns of Daxing District in the year 2005,combining with the index weight determined by analytic hi-erarchy *** result shows that areas having significant effects are Yizhuang Town,Xihongmen Town,Yinghai Town,and JiugongTown,which are concentrated in rural-urban continuum with significant location advantages and good economic and infrastructure *** good effects are Changziying Town,Huangcun Town,Panggezhuang Town,Beizangcun Town,and Yufa Town,which are located alongYongding River,with abundant farmland resources and good ecological *** having general effects are Weishan Town,QingyundianTown,and Anding Town,with insignificant location *** with no significant effects are Lixian Town and Caiyu Town,with relativelypoor location,resource,and economic development status.

A projection pursuit model is presented in this paper for comprehensive evaluation of benefits of small watershed *** using the model,small watershed control samples with many benefit evaluation indexes can be synthesized projective values with one *** samples can be naturally evaluated according to the projective *** parameters of the model is optimized by using real coding beased accelerating genetic aglrothm,which overcomes the shortcomings of large computation amount and difficulty of computer programming in traditional projection prusuit methods,and provides a new way for wide applications of projection pursuit technique to different evaluation problems in agricultural systems engineering.

According to the situation of real estate industry in different provinces and cities,the benefit is different,and the benefit of real estate industry in some regions is *** on the statistical data of real estate industry in various regions,this paper selects nine indicators,such as the number of enterprises,the average number of employees,the land purchase area(10000 square meters)in this year,to evaluate and analyze the benefit of real estate industry in 31 regions of China by using two-stage super efficiency *** results show that the input-output of the real estate industry in 17 regions is effective,and the remaining 14 regions are DEA *** reasons for the inefficiency of the input-output are analyzed,and some suggestions to improve the efficiency are given.

[Objective] The aim was to establish theevaluation index system of ecological agriculture benefit in Henan Province to assess its ecological agriculture benefit and coordinated development level. [Method] Based on the existing evaluation index system of ecological agriculture, the evaluation index system of ecological agriculture benefit in Henan Province was established by means of factor analysis from the aspects of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit, so as to assess the ecological agriculture benefit and coordinated development level of cities at prefecture level in Henan Province. [Result] Zhengzhou City had the highest development level in ecological agriculture in Henan Province, and coordination level was the highest in Anyang City, while coordinated development level was the highest in Zhengzhou and lowest in Sanmenxia City. [Conclusion] The study could provide reference for the evaluation on ecological agriculture benefit in China.

China's natural disaster situation presents a complex and severe scenario, resulting in substantial human and material losses as a result of large-scale emergencies. Recognizing the significance of aviation emergency rescue, the state provides strong support for its development. However, China's current aviation emergency rescue system is still under construction and encounters various challenges;one such challenge is to match the dynamically changing multi-point rescue demands with the limited availability of aircraft dispatch. We propose a dynamic task assignment model and a trainable model framework for aviation emergency rescue based on multi-agent reinforcement learning. Combined with a targeted design, the scheduling matching problem is transformed into a stochastic game process from the rescue location perspective. Subsequently, an optimized strategy model with high robustness can be obtained by solving the training framework. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed model is able to achieve higher assignment benefits by considering the dynamic nature of rescue demands and the limited availability of rescue helicopter crews. Additionally, the model is able to achieve higher task assignment rates and average time satisfaction by assigning tasks in a more efficient and timely manner. The results suggest that the proposed dynamic task assignment model is a promising approach for improving the efficiency of aviation emergency rescue.

By coordination and cooperation between multi-agents, this paper proposes the network of intelligent agents which can reduce the search time needed to finding a parking place. Based on multi-agent model, the fined solution is designed to help drivers in finding a parking space at anytime and anywhere. Three services are offered: the search for a vacant place, directions to a parking space and booking a place for parking. The results of this study generated by the platform MATSim transport simulation, show that our approach optimizes the operation of vehicles in a parking need with the aim of reducing congestion, and improve traffic flow in urban area. A comparison between the first method where the vehicles are random and the second method where vehicles are steered to vacant parking spaces shows that the minimization of time looking for a parking space could improve circulation by reducing the number of cars in the morning of 2% and 0.7% of the evening. In addition, the traffic per hour per day was reduced by approximately 4.17%.

By using the effect statistics test evaluation method and combining with the actual rainfall,the increased rainfall,the precipitation enhancement efficiency and the economic benefit of two times artificial precipitation operations which were respectively carried out on April 25 and May 11 in 2010 were calculated,analyzed and *** results showed that the two times artificial precipitation operations were successful,and the benefit was significant.
