beckmannia syzigachne is a noxious weed for rice-wheat rotations in *** ***(AH-02)population evolved metabolic resistance to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and *** investigate the function of GT73C1 in this population,the GT73C1 gene was amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,and the sequence was 100%consistent with the transcriptome *** phylogenetic tree was displayed and annotated using FigTree *** plant overexpression vector of GT73C1 gene was constructed and used to transform Brachypodium distachyon ***,the expression of GT73C1 was significantly induced by fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and mesosulfuron-methyl,which was consistent with the findings from the whole plant *** results indicate that GT73C1 is closely related to the metabolic resistance of ***.

American sloughgrass is a troublesome annual grass weed in winter wheat field rotated with rice in *** overreliance on acetyl-coenzyme A carboxylase(ACCase)inhibiting herbicides has selected for resistance in this *** objective of this research was to obtain dereived wild-type and homozygous mutant segregating plants sharing homogenized genetic backgrounds and establish more accurate cross-resistant patterns associated with specific ACCase mutations at plant level using homozygous *** American sloughgrass populations collected in 2011 and2012 and previously analysed by ACCase molecular analysis were used to produce nine subpopulations,each one segregating for a given ACCase mutant allele or wild-type allele,so as to homogenize the genetic background of homozygous wild-type(W/W)and homozygous mutant plants(M/M).Nine groups of derived segregating plants,along with control plants were used in a whole-plant experiment in a glasshouse to determine cross-resistance to *** this study,the cross-resistance patterns to fenoxaprop-p-ethyl,clodinafop-propargyl,fluazifop-p-butyl,haloxyfop-p-methyl,sethoxydim,clethodim and pinoxaden were established using purified plans individually homozygous for specific mutant ACCase *** 1781 Leu allele endows high-level resistance to APPs,CHDs and pinoxaden while confers moderate resistance to *** 2027Cys and 2041Asn alleles are all contributed to high-level resistance to APPs and pinoxaden and lower level resistance to *** 2078Gly allele confers high-level resistance to all herbicides tested in this study but moderate resistance to *** 2096Ala very likely endows high-level resistance to fluazifop-p-butyl,haloxyfop-p-methyl and moderate resistance to *** CHDs and pinoxaden are sometimes able to control APPs-resistant weeds,they should not be considered as sustainable ACCase resistance management tool in ACCase-based resist
