A QoS-aware input-queued scheduling algorithm, called Smallest Timestamp First (STF), is proposed, which is improved upon iSLIP and can allocate bandwidth among inputs sharing a common output based on their reservation by assigning suitable finishing tiniest-amps to contending cells. STF can also provide isolation between flows that share a common output, link. Misbehaving flows will be restricted to guarantee the behaving flows' bandwidth. Simulations prove the feasibility of our algorithm.

In this paper,we propose the EPD+ scheme to control the number of packets from the same VC that are discarded *** scheme allows for the effect of successive packet loss on TCP’s congestion ***,the scheme can utilize the buffer that may remain unused in the EPD scheme. Simulation results about the EPD+ scheme show the obvious improvement on effective *** segment size and buffer utilization ratio are important factors to determine the efficiency of the scheme. Because the scheme retains the packet-based discarding policy,the scheme can still support other transport layer protocols well.

＜正＞In this paper,we describe a novel duplicated fault tolerance control module using concurrent-write for ATM switching *** implement a fault tolerance control module,we expand to a bus between main memory and memory controller that we called memory bus. We devise a special kind of switch to implement it. In our approach,the memory is consists of CWM （Concurrent-Write Memory） and NCM（Non Concurrent-write memory）.The memory controller is always accessible to NCM but is impossible to access a self-CWM in standby *** duplicated operating mode,a memory controller of active module has a responsibility for refresh cycle of standby memory as well as self-side *** it happens a write transaction to memory,it naturally reflects an other-side memory with simultaneous by concurrent-write channel as well as a selfmemory. This control module can widely apply to commercial system,which require a cost-effective fault tolerance control module.
