Data mining, i.e., mining knowledge from large amounts of data, is a demanding field since huge amounts of data have been collected in various applications. The collected data far exceed people's ability to analyze it. Thus, some new and efficient methods are needed to discover knowledge from large database. association rule discovery is an important problem in knowledge discovery and data mining. The association mining task consists of identifying the frequent item sets and then forming conditional implication rules among them. In this paper, we describe and summarize recent work on association rule discovery, offer a new method to association rule mining and point out that association rule discovery can be applied in spatial data mining. It is useful to discover knowledge from remote sensing and geographical information system.

Although Parallel Sets,a popular categorical data visualization technique,intuitively reveals the frequency based relationships in details,a high-dimensional categorical dataset brings a cluttered visual display that seriously obscures the relationship *** rule mining is a popular approach to discovering relationships among categorical *** could complement Parallel Sets to group ribbons in a meaningful ***,it is difficult to understand a larger number of rules discovered from a high-dimensional categorical *** this paper,we integrate the two approaches into a visual analytics system for exploring high-dimensional categorical data with dichotomous *** system not only helps users interpret association rules intuitively,but also provides an effective dimension and category reduction approach towards a less clustered and more organized *** effectiveness and efficiency of our approach are illustrated by a set of user studies and experiments with benchmark datasets.

Mining the data from the huge collection that are present in the database and uncovering the relationships between the item set are one of the key aspects of data mining technologies. Itinerary planning system with personalization in selecting the places to the users is one of the demanding features in most of the travel plan. In this work, the system is designed in such a way to provide the customized journey plan to the users and also the effective one to the back pack travelers. Here the Points of Interests are the places to visit in each destination for the number of days chosen by the travelers. In this system, the users are allowed to specify the desired POIs to visit for the selected destination and can make their customized travel plan effectively. This proposed system is designed to choose the customized places to visit and to plan travel for K-day itineraries. The most visited itineraries are saved and updated in the database. association rules are used to find out the frequent places visited in each destination and to provide the reputed places to the users to plan the journey. Here the Weka tool is used to evaluate the performance of the algorithm and the rules that are generated for the given travel dataset. Data set is designed by considering several attributes that can take part during travel such as source, destination, travel cost, budget, etc. Statistical analysis is done to evaluate the performance of the proposed system and the list of features that are present in the system. During the analysis part, registered users, number of logins, frequent visits, and attributes are analyzed. Thus the system can be redefined further with the help of this statistical analysis. It is mostly used at the organization end to evaluate their performance and improve the features. A central part of many algorithms for mining association rules in large data sets is a procedure that is to find so called frequent itemsets. The frequent itemsets are very large due to transactions data increasing. This paper proposes a new approach to find frequent itemsets employing rough set theory that can extract association rules for each homogenous cluster of transaction data records and relationships between different clusters. This paper conducts an algorithm to reduce a large number of itemsets to find valid association rules.

association rule is one of the fundamental methods of data mining, the hash-tree is an important data structure that used to mining frequent itemset by homo-Apriori algorithms. Because the hash-tree can’t be built successfully one-time, this paper proposes static and dynamic two hash-tree construction methods. Both methods can not only determine the hash table size, hash functions and the number of itemset in the leaf nodes, but also guarantee to build a hash-tree successfully one-time in any case and prove the correctness of the proposed method.

Based on the development and application of on-board subsystem test bench for current CTCS-3 system,this paper focuses on the approach of automatically generation of test sequence,takes the existing test sequences of ETCS-2(European Train Control system level 2) as the train set existing relatively mature test sequence as the training set,to execute association rule *** whole data mining process involves data preparation(including data cleaning and data selection) firstly,providing basement for association rule,then establishes FP tree and seeks test cases with frequent pattern through implementing FProwth algorithm for the target *** the analysis results and experience,it shows that the association rule based on FPree could play an important role on the efficiency and verification of automatically generation of test sequence.

Constipation is a common complication of stroke,and it is increasing year by year,which is worthy of *** fact,as an effective treatment for Post-ischemic Stroke Constipation,massage has been recognized by doctors at home and ***,In the known research reports,massage prescriptions are complicated,therefore,a simple and effective massage prescription is urgently needed to effectively guide the clinic and promote *** this study,we used association rule and entropy clustering analysis methods to mine clinical literature on Post-ischemic Stroke Constipation in 7 databases,and combined with data analysis,traditional chinese massage theory and clinical practice,a core new prescription is *** core new prescription of massage in treating Post-ischemic Stroke Constipation take tonifying spleen,nourishing Qi and generating Body Fluid,promoting Qi,invigorating the circulation of blood and eliminating phlegm as the principle of treatment,which is accord with the pathogenesis of this disease,can better guide the clinical practice and facilitate the popularization and application of massage therapy.
