Most existing algorithms employ a uniform minimum support for mining association ***,each item in a publication database,even each set of items,is exhibited in an individual period.A reasonable minimum support threshold has to be adjusted according to the exhibition period of each ***,this paper proposes a new algorithm,called WMS,for mining association rules with weighted minimum supports in publication *** discovers all frequent itemsets which satisfy their individual requirement of minimum support *** applies the group closure property to prune futile itemsets,to reduce the number of candidates generated,and thus to generate the candidate sets efficiently.

This article is mainly discussing the application of genetic algorithms to data mining of association rules, and proposing method of extract association rules using genetic algorithm, at the same time discussing genetic algorithm coding methods and construction of fitness function and improvement of genetic operator and so on. Given extraction algorithm of association rules based on genetic algorithm, and would be applied in hospital medical database in data mining.

The professional education courses in Civil Engineering include mathematics curriculum group, mechanics curriculum group and design curriculum group, the mechanics curriculum group serves as a link between the preceding and the following courses. In order to study the features of Structural Mechanics, this paper selects a total of 7 representative courses in the three curriculum groups. The final academic records of 249 students in three grades are used as research objects. By using the association rule algorithm—Apriori, this paper discusses the implementation process of data mining technology and clarifies the degree of relationship between the selected courses and Structural Mechanics. The analysis results can provide important references for the setting and structure adjustment of Structural Mechanics, targeting the key and difficult part of Structural Mechanics, teaching reform and academic learning monitoring and forecasting.

Intrusion detection system（IDS） is based on data mining technology in this paper. association rule mining which is a method of data mining will make the boundaries of intervals hard. It will increase the information loss. In this paper, a novel framework based on data mining techniques is proposed for designing IDS. In this framework, the classification engine, which is actually the core of the IDS, uses fuzzy association rules for building classifiers. Particularly, the fuzzy association rulesets are exploited as descriptive models of different classes. Generally, the proposed approach outperforms other methods, especially in terms of false positive rate.

Discover frequent itemsets is the key problem of mining association rules, and the expenditure of this process is high. So, the research of incremental updating algorithms is particular important. This paper presents a comprehensive study on the performance of incremental updating algorithms that currently available, such as IUA [1] which makes full use of frequent itemsets already got. Based on the shortcomings of IUA, presents a new algorithm AIUA as an improved algorithm of IUA.

Mining Negative association rules in multi-database has attracted more and more *** existing research focuses on unifying all negative rules discovered from different single databases into a single *** paper presents a novel method for mining global negative association rules in *** method produces some infrequent itemsets of potential interest by scanning constructed Multi-Database Frequent Pattern tree,and extracts negative association rules of interest according to the proposed correlation model from *** results show the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

The advent of the big data era has provided many types of transportation datasets,such as metro smart card data,for studying residents’mobility and understanding how their mobility has been shaped and is shaping the urban *** this paper,we use metro smart card data from two Chinese metropolises,Shanghai and *** metro mobility indicators are introduced,and association rules are established to explore the mobility *** proportion of people entering and exiting the station is used to measure the jobs-housing *** is found that the average travel distance and duration of Shanghai passengers are higher than those of Shenzhen,and the proportion of metro commuters in Shanghai is higher than that of *** jobs-housing spatial relationship in Shenzhen based on metro travel is more balanced than that in *** fundamental reason for the differences between the two cities is the difference in urban *** with the monocentric structure of Shanghai,the polycentric structure of Shenzhen results in more scattered travel hotspots and more diverse travel routes,which helps Shenzhen to have a better jobs-housing *** paper fills a gap in comparative research among Chinese cities based on transportation big data *** results provide support for planning metro routes,adjusting urban structure and land use to form a more reasonable metro network,and balancing the jobs-housing spatial relationship.
