Plant growth-promoting bacteria(PGPBs)can promote plant growth and improve crop *** can induce plant systemic resistance to resist biotic and abiotic *** recent years,with the development of green ecological agriculture,new biological fertilizers such as microbial inocula and microbial fertilizers based on PGPBs have been gradually applied in crop *** on plant growth promotion and disease control,the application progress of PGPBs in crops from the aspects of growth promotion mechanism,growth promotion effect,resistance to biological and abiotic stresses were discussed,aiming to provide reference for the relevant research and application of PGPBs in crops.

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion is a process in which the blood supply to the brain is temporarily interrupted and subsequently ***,it is highly likely to lead to further aggravation of pathological damage to ischemic tissues or the nervous system.,and has accordingly been a focus of extensive clinical *** a traditional Chinese medicinal formulation,Sanhua Decoction has gradually gained importance in the treatment of cerebrovascular *** main constituents include Citrus aurantium,Magnolia officinalis,rhubarb,and Qiangwu,which are primarily used to regulate *** the treatment of neurological diseases,the therapeutic effects of the Sanhua Decoction are mediated via different pathways,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and neurotransmitter regu-latory pathways,as well as through the protection of nerve cells and a reduction in cerebral *** the studies conducted to date,many have found that the application of Sanhua Decoction in the treatment of neurological diseases has clear therapeutic *** addition,as a natural treatment,the Sanhua Decoction has received widespread attention,given that it is safer and more effective than traditional Western ***,research on the mechanisms of action and efficacy of the Sanhua Decoctions in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is of considerable *** this paper,we describe the pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and review the current status of its treatment to examine the therapeutic mechanisms of action of the Sanhua *** hope that the findings of the research presented herein will contribute to a better understanding of the efficacy of this formulation in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,and provide a scientific basis for its application in clinical practice.

Thoracic spine fracture is a common orthopedic injury that is usually caused by external forces acting directly on or transmitted to the thoracic spine through other parts of the *** spine fractures can be divided into two types:stable and *** unstable fracture means that the relationship between the vertebral bodies is no longer stable,which may cause serious consequences such as spinal compression,nerve root compression,or spinal cord *** treatment is often needed for patients with unstable fractures,nerve root compression,or spinal cord injury to restore stability and function to the thoracic *** probability of complications after thoracolumbar fracture surgery is high,which affects the outcome of surgical *** improve postoperative rehabilitation outcomes,this article analyzed the value of nursing care based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept for patients undergoing thoracolumbar fracture surgery.
