OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Clinical pharmacist’s anticoagulation education on the Cardiac valve replacement’s patients anticoagulant therapy knowledge and therapy ***:65 cases of patients who were performed heart valve replacement procedure were trained by individual education and self-education by handbook by clinical *** analyze the effect of patient’s education,age, gender on patient’s anticoagulant therapy knowledge and therapy ***:The average test scores was (9.05±0.84) after education and higher than before education(Peducation is one of the important factors to affect the patient’s obedience and anticoagulant ***:Clinical pharmacists’ anticoagulant education is an important way for the heart valve replacement patients to learn anticoagulative knowledge and improve the therapy *** is a good result for those patients who received anticoagulation education.
