This paper analyzes the relationship between agricultural green development and agricultural subsidies,points out the incompatibility between agricultural subsidies and agricultural green development at this stage. The optimal condition and its geometrical characters of the least square adjustment were proposed. Then the relation between the transformed surface and least squares was discussed. Based on the above, a non iterative method, called the fitting method of pseudo polynomial, was derived in detail. The final least squares solution can be determined with sufficient accuracy in a single step and is not attained by moving the initial point in the view of iteration. The accuracy of the solution relys wholly on the frequency of Taylor’s series. The example verifies the correctness and validness of the method. [

Grain security is the foundation of national security,and guaranteeing the grain security by every possible means is a development priority for the whole country.Rapid development of the fruit industry satisfies increasing demands of people for fruits,but also presents certain competition for grain production.From the perspective of limited resources and comparative income,this paper analyzed potential threats of fruit production distribution to grain production in farmland and labor resources,and came up with pertinent adjustment strategies.

There are obvious periodic oscillations in the observations of storm surges in the East China Sea . The storm surges are not only controlled by the wind stresses and isolated long wave caused by typhoons but also affected by the interaction between astronomical tides and storm surges . In the present paper we simulate the interaction between tides and storm surges by using a two dimensional numerical model. In our numerical experiments we use the data of the storm surge induced by Typhoon 8114 . The calculations tally with the measured data well. The results indicate that the periodic osculations occurring in the elevations of the surge are mainly caused by the interaction between the tide and the storm surge . The numerical experiments also indicate that the forecasting precision may be notably improved if the nonlinear interaction between tides and storm surges is taken into account.

Software module clustering problem is an important and challenging problem in software reverse engineering whose main goal is to obtain a good modular structure of the software system. The large complex software system can be divided into some subsystems that are easy to understand and maintain through the software module clustering. Aiming at solving the problem of slow convergence speed, the poor clustering result, and the complex algorithm, a software module clustering algorithm using probability selection is proposed. Firstly, we convert the software system into complex network diagram, and then we use the operation of merger, adjustment and optimization to get the software module clustering scheme. To evaluate the effectiveness of the algorithm, a set of experiments was performed on 5 real-world module clustering problems. The comparison of the experimental results proves the simplicity of the algorithm as well as the low time complexity and fast convergence speed. This algorithm provides a simple and effective engineering method for software module clustering problem.

This paper mainly studies whether and how stock prices fluctuate around their intrinsic values.Based on data from 10 stock markets for the period between 2000 and 2018,we demonstrate that the relative price fluctuates around and approaches the intrinsic value in the long term.For the ten markets,the relative price crosses the intrinsic value on average once in 3~4 years.Profitability growth is a key factor in rising stock prices,but the level of valuations in the market has a regulatory effect to the growth of price in the future:For every 1%increase in valuation,the price tends to decline by 0.26%in the next year,0.74%in the next 3 years.
