Significant progress has been made in the exploration and development of unconventional gas resources in China since the beginning of the 21st *** a rapid increase in yield,the exploration and development of shale gas have been upgraded to a level of national *** is one of the core technologies in gas exploration and ***,logging technologies face the challenges of complex geological conditions and well casing environment,high temperature,high pressure,and strong *** the rich experience accumulated,unified understanding and implementation specifications are yet to be established for shale gas well *** the analysis and comparison of the effectiveness and adaptability of logging technologies at different stages of shale gas exploration and development for the Sichuan Basin,this study optimizes the log suite to meet the demand for highefficiency exploration and development of shale *** to the adaptability analysis of shale gas log suite,the mandatory logging items of exploratory wells should include caliper log(CAL),natural gamma ray spectrometry(NGS)log,spontaneous potential(SP)log,directional survey,borehole compensated sonic log,litho-density log(LDL),compensated neutron log(CNL),dual laterologmicrospherically focused log/dual induction-laterolog log/array induction log,temperature log,elemental capture spectroscopy(ECS)log,formation microimager(FMI)log,and array sonic *** log suite of appraisal wells is almost the same as that for exploratory wells,excluding the ECS log and microresistivity scanning ***,for the logging of horizontal/highly-deviated holes,the log suite of vertical wells should be referred to according to specific well conditions.

Pullets often raised in cage system from week 1 to week 13 in China,when transferred to aviary system after,there will be a problem with adapt.A large cage aviary unit(LCAU)system was developed,which allocated with facilities such as ramps to help cage reared hens to adapt to the multi-tier *** investigate hens’adaptability to the new system,space use over time in the LCAU system during the first 10 days after hens transferred were recorded,instantaneous scan sampling and continuous focal sampling were used to assess the behavior difference of hens between the LCAU and conventional cage(CC)*** the first day of arrival,10.03% of hens reached the second tier(S2)and the third tier(S3)of the *** the observation period,an average of 2.42% of hens climbed and stayed at the upper tiers every *** allowance on floor of the first tier(S1)increased from 444.62 cm^(2)/hen(91 d)to 586.32 cm^(2)/hen(100 d),which was more than 540 cm^(2)/hen in the CC *** behaviors in the LCAU system were significantly more than in the CC system(p0.05)on the last 5 days of the whole observing *** results indicated that hens gradually learned to use the 3-dimensional space in the initial settling-in period and,gained a good welfare condition in LCAU *** studies are needed to investigate the three-dimensional preferences and behavior expression in difference period to bridge the gap in knowledge of space use capacity among adult laying hens.

A novel Bayesian-based INS/GNSS integrated positioning method with both adaptability and robustness in urban environments

Achieving higher accuracy positioning results in urban environments at a lower cost has been an important pursuit in areas such as autonomous driving and intelligent *** Inertial Navigation System and Global Navigation Satellite System(INS/GNSS)integrated navigation systems have been an important means of fulfilling the above quest due to the complementary error characteristics between INS and *** complex urban driving environment requires the system sufficiently adaptive to keep up with the time-varying measurement noise and sufficiently robust to cope with measurement outliers and prior ***,many efforts lack a balance between adaptability and *** this paper,a novel positioning method with both adaptability and robustness is proposed by coupling the Mahalanobis distance method,the Variational Bayesian method and the student’s t-distribution in one process(M-VBt method).This method is robust against non-Gaussian noise and priori uncertainties,plus adaptive against measurement noise uncertainty and time-varying *** field test results show that the M-VBt method(especially the Mahalanobis distance part)has significantly improved the system performance in the complex urban driving environment.

Technology and test results of space adaptability of passive hydrogen maser

Based on the operating principle and the electric property design of the passive hydrogen maser, the technology and test results of its space adaptability are carried out under the special launch conditions and space environment. The various perturbations affecting the output frequency of such a standard used for the navigation satellite system are specified, such as magnetic field change, vibration, thermal vacuum and radiation. Through the adaptability technology in the aspects above, the security and reliability of the space passive hydrogen maser sufficiently fulfill the requirements of space operation. At present, the space passive hydrogen maser is working normally on board, indicating that the space adaptability satisfies the design requirement.

Over the last few decades,waterlogging stress has increasingly threatened global cotton *** results in reduced soil oxygen,impairing the growth and development of this valuable crop and often resulting in severe yield loss or crop ***,as cotton has an indeterminate growth habit,it is able to adapt to waterlogging stress by activating three mechanisms:the escape,quiescence,and self-regulating compensation *** escape mechanism includes accelerated growth,formation of adventitious roots,and production of *** quiescence mechanism involves reduced biomass accumulation and energy dissipation via physiological,biochemical,and molecular *** self-regulation compensation mechanism allows plants to exploit their indeterminate growth habit and compensatory growth ability by accelerating growth and development following relief from waterlogging *** review how the growth and development of cotton is impaired by waterlogging,focusing on the three strategies associated with tolerance and adaptation to the *** discuss agronomic measures and prospects for mitigating the adverse effects of waterlogging stress.

Spatio-temporal Difference and Influencing Factors of Environmental adaptability Measurement of Human-sea Economic System in Liaoning Coastal Area

adaptability theory is an important tool to analyze the degree, mechanism and process of interaction between human and environment, which provides a new perspective for the research of sustainability assessment. Based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS method and the panel Tobit model from the perspective of adaptability, spatio-temporal difference and influencing factors of environmental adaptability assessment of human-sea economic system in Liaoning coastal area was measured by using the city panel data from 2000 to 2014. The results indicate that: 1) The environmental adaptability of human-sea economic system in Liaoning coastal area rose slowly from 2000 to 2014, the developing trend of each city was linearly related, and Dalian was in a leading position. 2) The different adaptability elements and adaptability subsystem show polarization phenomenon and completely different regional evolution characteristics. The adaptability of human-sea environment system and human-sea economic system rose slowly and had the characteristics of linear relationship, and the adaptability of human-sea environment system is the main reason for the difference of environmental adaptability of human-sea economic system. 3) Science and technology, environmental management, marine economic development level, port construction are the driving factors of the healthy development of environmental adaptability of urban human-sea economic system.

adaptability of anticipatory postural adjustments associated with voluntary movement

The control of balance is crucial for efficiently performing most of our daily motor tasks, such as those involving goal-directed arm movements or whole body displacement. The purpose of this article is twofold. Firstly, it is to recall how balance can be maintained despite the different sources of postural perturbation arising during voluntary movement. The importance of the so-called "anticipatory postural adjustments"(APA), taken as a "line of defence" against the destabilizing effect induced by a predicted perturbation, is emphasized. Secondly, it is to report the results of recent studies that questioned the adaptability of APA to various constraints imposed on the postural system. The postural constraints envisaged here are classified into biomechanical(postural stability, superimposition of motor tasks),(neuro) physiological(fatigue), temporal(time pressure) and psychological(fear of falling, emotion). Overall, the results of these studies point out the capacity of the central nervous system(CNS) to adapt the spatio-temporal features of APA to each of theseconstraints. However, it seems that, depending on the constraint, the "priority" of the CNS was focused on postural stability maintenance, on body protection and/or on maintenance of focal movement performance.

Contraction of Heat Shock Protein 70 Genes Uncovers Heat adaptability of Ostrea denselamellosa

The milin oyster Ostrea denselamellosa is a live-bearing species with a sharp decline in the natural *** other oysters,*** lives in the subtidal zone and its adaptability to heat,salinity,*** different from most other *** shock proteins 70(HSP70)are a family of conserved ubiquitously expressed heat shock proteins which are produced in re-sponse to stressful conditions,especially *** this study,we identified Hsp70 genes through bioinformatic analysis in five species of *** them,*** holds the fewest number of Hsp70 genes,which may be one of the reasons why ***-selamellosa cannot tolerate high *** conserved motifs and gene structures of Hsp70B2 sub-family and other types of Hsp70 in *** were different from that of Hspa12 sub-family,which may be due to performing necessary multiple phy-siological *** profile analysis for Hsp70 genes of *** indicated that gills play an important role in responding to multiple external *** addition,synteny analysis of Hsp70 genes among ***,*** and Cras-sostrea ariakensis showed that Hsp70 genes in genus of Ostrea genome might have evolved from a common ancestor with genus of *** short,our results lay the foundation for further investigation of the evolution of *** Hsp70 genes and heat adaptability.

In this manuscript,as a starting point,the ancient and current distribution of the genus Tapirus are summarized,from its origins,apparently in Europe,to current ***,original and current tapir habitats are de-scribed,as well as changes in ancient *** the manuscript goes on,we examine the ways in which tapir species interact with their habitats and the main aspects of habitat use,spatial ecology and *** reviewed the historic and current distribution of tapirs,as well as their use and selection of habitats,we intro-duce the concept of adaptability,considering that some of the tapir physiological characteristics and behavior-al strategies can reduce the negative impact of habitat alteration and climate ***,we provide rec-ommendations for future research *** conservation community is still missing important pieces of information for the effective conservation of tapirs and their remaining habitats in Central and South America and Southeast *** how tapir species reached their current distribution ranges,interpreting how they interact with their habitats and gathering information regarding the strategies they use to cope with habitat changes will increase our understanding about these animals and contribute to the development of conservation strategies.
