Rural revitalization strategy is an important topic in *** an important platform for the implementation of the strategy,the preparation of village planning for traditional villages is conducive to coordinating the contradiction between protection and development,and promoting the sustainable development of traditional *** traditional villages of the Jingmai Mountain in Pu’er,Yunnan Province are taken as the research *** first-hand data are obtained through interviews and field research,and actor-network model is used to analyze the actors’ goal and obstacle in preparation of village planning,which better reflects the interests of different actors in village planning *** the same time,the action path of planning is interpreted through the process of problematisation,interessement,enrolmen,mobislisation and *** the preparation of village planning for traditional villages,key elements should be paid attention to,such as bridging the cognitive gap,building consensus,setting up participation platform and formulating relevant policy guarantee mechanism,etc.

New walking studies have been concerned with the multiplicity of pedestrian *** consider walking as an activity that unfolds as part of social life,allowing people to create relationships with others,where multiple walking types can be identified depending on these *** contributions,inspired by actor-network theory(ANT),suggest understanding this activity through a networked perspective that associates human and non-human actors,with a focus on their various and dynamic relations between *** focus on stabilized networks,which emphasizes the recurrence of these relations,helps in identifying and extending themultiplicity of walking activity experience and emerging *** this potential,ANT contributions are still *** paper aims to present the ANT potential in unpacking the multiplicity of the walking *** utilizes the case of Dahiyat Al Hussain park in Jordan and applies an ANT-inspired ethnographic approach to *** uses desk research,in-depth interviews,go-along interviews,and observations to engage with participants’views and *** tracing the recurring relational patterns,the paper identifies three instances when walking practice can be considered as stabilized during network shaping,transformation,and *** stabilizations provide a nuanced perspective into the multiplicity of walking practices.

Urban researchers have maintained a constant interest in the complexity and continuity of urban space *** have applied actor-network theory(ANT)to investigate the heterogeneity of spaces and present them through the networks of their users'***,these accounts are predominantly limited in examining the extent to which these spaces may be heterogeneous when exploring such *** paper draws on recent ANT scholarship,which employs an ethnographic research conducted in a main park in a housing project at Dahiyat Al Hussein in Amman,*** findings describe the complex and unpredictable negotiations that occur with in spaces by documenting the varieties and in terrelations among user activity networks within this common and shared urban *** research reveals the extent to which spaces,parks in this case,may be heterogeneous by unpacking their *** conclusions and in sights assert then ecessity of paying attention to design detail and creating designs that are responsive to evolving user activities.

Gaia Metaphor in Latour’s Ecological Thought

This paper presents the results of a research in modeling a concept of a black box and a mechanism of translation in sociotechnical actor-networks with emergent properties based on the extended and powerful formalisms of hypergraphs,directed hypergraphs,hypernetworks,metagraphs,and nested *** introduce graph-theoretical models that allow for systemic studies and holistic analysis of actor-networks using rich mathematical apparatus of a set *** main object of the research are actor-networks in Science and Technology *** hope that our contribution to the arsenal of graphical presentation tools and rigorous mathematical models for actor-network analysis will encourage the transition from qualitative to quantitative studies and the wider practical application of actor-network theory.

Bruno Latour’s actor-network theory(ANT)gained recognition for its distinctive features,namely its emphasis on acknowledging the agency of non-human actors and its strong focus on understanding the intricacies of networks and *** foundational aspects not only laid the groundwork for Latour’s subsequent exploration of ecological issues but also paved the way for the development of his influential notion of Gaia *** Gaia metaphor serves as a vital carrier for Latour’s ecological thinking,encompassing the core ideas of ANT while providing a significant framework for comprehending the complex dynamics of ecology we live *** contemplating the predicament of human existence and the pressing challenges of ecological crises,through the Gaia metaphor,Latour proposes that we should reject a purely global perspective,trace loops,and cultivate sensitivity within aesthetics as a means to perceive and engage with Gaia,promoting a more nuanced understanding of our interdependencies with the ***,the Gaia metaphor holds an indispensable position within Latour’s ecological thought,offering profound insights into the theoretical foundation and deeper implications of his ecological framework.

大都市近郊美丽乡村的建设为城市居民假日消费提供了新的场所，成为一种新型都市居民消费空间。运用行动者网络理论，对南京市江宁区“世凹桃源”大世凹美丽乡村的重构过程与机制进行分析。指出美丽乡村建设的背后是一个以地方政府为关键行动者的异质行动者网络，主要实现了乡村物质生活空间的改变。随着政府目标意图的转变，鼓励政策退出及市场机制进入，行动者网络重新调整，消费者和外来经营者成为关键行动者，相应地呈现从美丽乡村到都市居民消费空间的转变，即进一步实现社会空间的重构。由于行动者网络是一个充满利益争夺和协商的动态连接，社会空间的重构也是一个持续的过程。研究表明，美丽乡村不仅是提供村民生活和游客抒情怀旧的场所，而且是一个存在权力关系且动态变化的行动者网络空间。政府、组织、村民、消费者、资本、景观、文化等异质性行动者自身的定义与再定义，以及相互之间的作用构成美丽乡村形成与转变机制。揭示了在乡村建设与转型发展过程中，政府及政策的作用机制及其有效时域，市场机制的灵活性及其所带来的利益争端与社会不公问题。

[目的/意义]将行动者网络理论引入嵌入式信息素养教育研究中，全面分析嵌入式信息素养教育运行机制。[方法/过程]采用访谈方法，通过行动者网络转译的4个步骤进行嵌入式信息素养教学过程分析。[结果/结论]研究发现嵌入式信息素养教育现存障碍在于各行动者的认知差异、高层管理机制和相关规章制度的缺乏、各行动者参与的激励不足、馆藏资源亟须整合等方面，提出通过强调高校的核心行动者地位，赋予各行动者利益，完善嵌入式信息素养教育理论。

近年来，中国将石漠化等生态退化区作为休耕的主要试点类型区之一，该区域人地矛盾突出，休耕试点中多以村委会为休耕管护主体。立足于探索在生态退化区以新型经营主体为休耕管护主体的不同休耕管护模式中遇到的主要问题及其适用的运行条件，运用行动者网络理论，以国家第一批休耕试点的松桃县为案例区，选择5个片区（7个村）为样本，围绕不同休耕试点阶段遇到的主要问题，解析不同休耕管护模式下行动者网络的稳定性以及不同休耕管护模式的特点及其适用性。结果表明：（1）松桃县休耕试点形成了四种休耕管护模式，即模式Ⅰ（种植大户管护）、模式Ⅱ（农民专业合作社管护）、模式Ⅲ（公司/企业管护）和模式Ⅳ（村集体经济合作社管护）；不同休耕管护模式下的行动者网络转译过程经历了两个阶段，并且遇到了9个方面的休耕问题，导致试行阶段的行动者网络不太稳定和调整阶段的行动者网络出现了分化，其中“休耕补助大幅减少和现行统一的休耕补助标准”是造成行动者网络分化的主要原因；应当制定有梯度、有弹性的休耕补助标准，加强休耕资金管理，创新投融资方式，加大机械化投入。（2）休耕行动者网络中，人类行动者的理性行为是休耕试点顺利推进的关键因素，应当因地制宜地选择休耕管护模式及其策略。模式Ⅰ适合农业基础条件较好的坝区，但需要酌情提高现有补助标准；模式Ⅱ适合任何区域，但需要合理分配休耕补助和酌情提高现有补助标准，在做好风险防范措施的前提下，可以种植花生等利润相对较高的作物；模式Ⅲ适合石漠化程度较严重的区域，但需要资金雄厚和与休耕有产业上下游关联的公司/企业参与管护；模式Ⅳ适合土地流转费较低、村干部管理能力较强的偏远落后山区，但休耕区域必须符合休耕要求。（3）无论何种休耕管护模式，在生态严重退化区选取休耕区域，关键在于找准提升地力与农民增收的结合点，同时，严格筛选休耕片区和管控休耕时长，保障复耕后可持续利用休耕地以及做好休耕户转移劳动力就业工作。此外，应当完善乡镇政府、乡镇农业服务中心、村支两委和风险防范体系等休耕相关行动者，进一步提高休耕行动者网络的稳定性。

源于德国公法传统的比例原则，近年来受到中国法学界的高度推崇。然而，中国法官并不像中国学者那样，关心对德国教义知识的适用。法官在行政审判中使用比例原则时，主要用其进行说理论证和修辞，或将其作为利益衡量的分析工具。虽然中国学者进一步提出本土改良方案，试图使比例原则成为法官的知识来源，但是作为知识接受者的法官有其自身期待和行动策略，他们会对比例原则作出新的阐释。若要改变知识话语竞争的现状，就得寻求形成关于比例原则的中国法学通说这一共同目标。法官与学者并不拘泥于“局内人”与“局外人”的思维定式。相较于经济分析等外来学科的知识，法官更倾向于建立关于比例原则的法学知识共同体。因此，法官与学者存在着共同建构知识的行动理由。知识互动可以通过转译策略得到实现。

行动者网络理论为社会学提供了一个更新和扩展的契机。如果能善用此契机，儒家的天人合德思想将转变为具有中国特色的社会学方法论。拉图尔的行动者网络理论与儒家的天人合德思想都认为：生活秩序是由人之创造力与物之创造力交织而成的。天人合德思想的秩序形构观还能够为行动者网络理论添加三项要素：对持久存在之宏观秩序(态势)的强调、对人际间凝练与传播之方法的凸显、对先驱者修为境界的重视。因此，天人合德思想为行动者网络理论已有的研究方法准则再增设三条建议。当社会学者追踪某些代言人建造网络的过程时：(1)学者应该探究这些代言人在追求理想新生活秩序时所感知和援引的宏观秩序(态势)；(2)学者应该挖掘这些代言人与其他合作者一同开发的通向理想新生活秩序的方法；(3)学者应该展示这些方法导致的先驱者(代言人及其合作者)修为境界提升及群体生活秩序转变。
