The development of two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides has been in a rapid growth phase for the utilization in surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)***,we report a promising 2D transition metal tellurides(TMTs)material,hafnium ditelluride(HfTe2),as an ultrasensitive platform for Raman identification of trace molecules,which demonstrates extraordinary SERS activity in sensitivity,uniformity,and *** highest Raman enhancement factor of 2.32×10^(6)is attained for a rhodamine 6G molecule through the highly efficient charge transfer process at the interface between the HfTe2 layered structure and the adsorbed *** the same time,we provide an effective route for large-scale preparation of SERS substrates in practical applications via a facile stripping *** application of the nanosheets for reliable,rapid,and label-free SERS fingerprint analysis of uric acid molecules,one of the biomarkers associated with gout disease,is performed,which indicates arresting SERS signals with the limits of detection as low as 0.1 mmol/*** study based on this type of 2D SERS substrate not only reveals the feasibility of applying TMTs to SERS analysis,but also paves the way for nanodiagnostics,especially early marker detection.

Microfluidics has demonstrated high versatility in the analysis of in-flow particles and can even achieve mechanical properties measurements of biological cells by applying hydrodynamic ***,there is currently no available technique that enables the direct measurement and tracking of these hydrodynamic forces acting on a flowing *** this work,we introduce a novel method for the direct measurement of the hydrodynamic force actuating on an in-flow particle based on the analysis of the induced resonance changes of suspended microchannel resonators(SMRs).This hydrodynamic force sensitivity depends on the device used;therefore,we considered the geometry and materials to advance this dependency on the SMR resonance frequency.

Utilizing some conservation laws of the(1+1)-dimensional Camassa–Holm(CH) equation and/or its reciprocal forms, some(n+1)-dimensional CH equations for n ≥ 1 are constructed by a modified deformation *** Lax integrability can be proven by applying the same deformation algorithm to the Lax pair of the(1+1)-dimensional CH equation. A novel type of peakon solution is implicitly given and expressed by the Lambert W function.

A time-of-flight polarized neutron imaging setup was realized by integrating an in situ pumped polarized ^(3)He spin filter and energy dispersive neutron camera on the neutron technique development beamline(BL-20)of the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS).Test experiments were performed with a solenoid with aluminum wire as a *** demonstrated that polarized radiography with a field of view in diameter 2.0 cm at different wavelengths can be *** wavelength-dependent polarization was used to distinguish the neutron polarization behavior for different positions inside and outside the *** results of this work show the possibility of applying the technique at CSNS and marks a milestone for future polarized neutron imaging developments.

Anthracnose fruit rot(AFR),caused by the fungal pathogen Colletotrichum fioriniae,is among the most destructive and widespread fruit disease of blueberry,impacting both yield and overall fruit *** cultivars have highly variable resistance against *** date,this pathogen is largely controlled by applying various fungicides;thus,a more cost-effective and environmentally conscious solution for AFR is *** we report three quantitative trait loci associated with AFR resistance in northern highbush blueberry(Vaccinium corymbosum).Candidate genes within these genomic regions are associated with the biosynthesis of flavonoids(***)and resistance against ***,we examined gene expression changes in fruits following inoculation with Colletotrichum in a resistant cultivar,which revealed an enrichment of significantly differentially expressed genes associated with certain specialized metabolic pathways(*** biosynthesis)and pathogen *** non-targeted metabolite profiling,we identified a flavonol glycoside with properties consistent with a quercetin rhamnoside as a compound exhibiting significant abundance differences among the most resistant and susceptible individuals from the genetic mapping *** analysis revealed that this compound exhibits significant abundance differences among the most resistant and susceptible individuals when analyzed as two ***,individuals within each group displayed considerable overlapping variation in this compound,suggesting that its abundance may only be partially associated with resistance against *** findings should serve as a powerful resource that will enable breeding programs to more easily develop new cultivars with superior resistance to AFR and as the basis of future research studies.

A 104-MHz ladder interdigital-H radio frequency quadrupole accelerator(T-IH-RFQ)is developed for applying RFQs to heavy ion implantation and accelerator-based mass spectroscopy in recent years at the Institute of Heavy Ion Physics,Peking *** could accelerate ions with a mass-to-charge ratio of less than 14,from 2.9 keV/u to 35.7 keV/u within a length of 1.1 *** T-IH-RFQ cavity operating at H21(0)mode was constructed *** on a well designed rf power feeding system,the cavity was cold measured and tested with high rf *** the case of cold measurement,the rf properties were obtained using a vector network analyzer with the help of a perturbation *** a high power test,the inter−electrode voltage was derived from the energy spectrum of x-rays measured by a high purity Ge *** results show that the specific shunt impedance of the T-IH-RFQ cavity reaches 178 kΩm,which could meet the requirements of beam dynamics design.
