To adapt,to Guide and to Interact——Three Models of Human-product relationship

本文以新世纪大学英语系列教材之综合教程一中动词adapt的用法为例,参照英国国家语料库（BNC）,考察此动词的用法。研究表明,综合教程不能全面体现此词的典型用法,包括句型及搭配,一方面可能是囿于体裁限制,另一方面可能对此词的典型用法没有予以注意,建议编者在编写教材尤其是课后练习时要以语料库为依据,使学习者充分掌握词汇的典型用法。

今年9月，美国公民健康研究机构the Public Citizen's Health Research Group(以下简称PCHRG)对由美国国家卫生研究所(NIH)和国家老龄研究所(NIA)发起并资助的大规模“阿尔茨海默病抗炎预防试验”(Alzheimer’s Disease Anti-Inflammatory Prevention Trial，以下简称adapt)提出强烈指责，指责该项试验受企业行为的影响，参与的患者被严重的误导，处于很大的健康风险当中，试验是“非人道”的，并且列举出最新的科研证据。

目的比较直接抽吸技术(a direct aspiration first-pass thrombectomy,adapt)和支架取栓(stent retriever thrombectomy,SR)对急性基底动脉闭塞(acute basilar artery occlusion,ABAO)患者的预后及认知的影响。方法前瞻性纳入神经内科2019年8月-2022年12月间诊断为ABAO患者共90例。根据机械取栓治疗的类型,将患者分为adapt组(44例)和SR组(46例)。比较两组患者一般临床资料、手术相关指标、临床预后、不良事件及认知功能。预后评估利用7 d NIHSS评分和90 d mRS评分;认知功能评估利用卒中后6个月MoCA评分;安全性评估利用不良事件发生率和死亡率。采用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响ABAO患者发生不良临床预后和卒中后认知障碍(poststroke cognitive impairment,PSCI)的独立危险因素。结果adapt组与SR组患者间的血管成功再通率、术后7 d NIHSS评分、90 d良好结局率(mRS评分≤2分)、6个月后PSCI发生率、不良事件发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。但较SR组,adapt组患者的血管再通尝试次数更少,穿刺至血管开通时间和发病至血管再通时间更短(均Padapt治疗具有相同的临床疗效和安全性,但是行adapt可减少再通尝试次数,获得更短的血管开通时间。糖尿病、基线高NIHSS评分和低pc-ASPECTS评分与ABAO患者不良的临床预后独立相关。高龄、较长的发病至血管再通时间、基线高NIHSS评分和低pc-ASPECTS评分与ABAO患者PSCI的发生独立相关。

The Communicative approach is a main stream in current ELT classroom. This approach mainly aims at developing learners’ communicative competences to equip them to be proficient in real life communication in English. The communicative approach influences the belief of language learning, teaching, methodology and inevitably the syllabus and also ELT materials. However, communicative materials are not quite suitable for Chinese learners all the time, cause it can not meet the some specific expectations and competences of Chinese learners and teachers. Thus, adaptation is needed to make materials more workable and help learners to develop their language proficiency. This essay will first introduce the communicative approach and materials briefly and then analyses the reasons of adaptation according to the specific context of Chinese college learners.
