Gargantulides B and C,two new and highly complex 52-membered glycosylated macrolactones,were isolated from Amycolatopsis *** CA-230715 during an antibacterial screening *** structures of these giant macrolides were elucidated by 2D NMR spectroscopy and shown to be related to gargantulide A,although containing additional β-glucopyranose and/orα-arabinofuranose monosaccharides separately attached to their *** sequencing allowed the identification of a strikingly large 216 kbp biosynthetic gene cluster,among the largest type Ⅰ PKS clusters described so far,and the proposal of a previously unreported biosynthetic pathway for gargantulides *** absolute configurations of gargantulides B and C were assigned based on a combination of NMR and bioinformatics analysis of ketoreductase and enoylreductase domains within the multimodular type Ⅰ *** addition,the absolute stereochemistry of gargantulide A has now been revised and *** B and C display potent antibacterial activity against a set of drug-resistant Gram-positive bacteria and moderate activity against the clinically relevant Gram-negative pathogen Acinetobacter baumannii.

*** Gravity data provide significant insights on ice mass balance and geological structure studies in Antarctica,which is the largest ice sheet on the earth(Xu,2001;Alley et al.,2005).Since the 1950s,the gravity ties have been introduced to Antarctica from Australia and South America(Sledzinski,2001;Amalvict,2004),which adopted the approach of relative gravity measurements with pendulum or spring *** gravity measurements were later conducted in Antarctica by several countries to provide gravity bases and to derive its dynamic change with the technique advance in gravimeter *** 2009,25 absolute gravity surveys had been carried out at 14 stations in Antarctica(Mäkinen et al.,2007;E et al.,2007,2011;Kazama et al.,2013).

The possible absolute instability in superlattice miniband transport using the hydrodynamic balance equations for arbitrary energy dispersion is *** contrast to the prediction of the drift-diffusion model that in doped semiconductor superlattices absolute instability occurs closely following the onset of negative differential mobility(NDM),the present analysis shows that a wide-miniband planar superlattice may become absolutely unstable only when it is biased deep in the NDM *** result is in agreement with recent experimental findings.

Circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)detection has found widespread applications in tumor diagnostics and treatment,where the key is to obtain accurate quantification of ***,this remains challenging due to the issue of background noise associated with existing *** this work,we developed a synthetic gene circuit-based assay with multilevel switch(termed CATCH)for background-free and absolute quantification of *** multilevel switch combining a small transcription activating RNA and a toehold switch was designed to simultaneously regulate transcription and translation processes in gene circuit to eliminate background ***,such a multilevel switch-based gene circuit was integrated with a Cas9 nickase H840A(Cas9n)recognizer and a molecular beacon reporter to form CATCH for ctDNA *** CATCH can be implemented in one-pot reaction at 35°C with virtually no background noise,and achieve robust absolute quantification of ctDNA when integrated with a digital chip(i.e.,digital CATCH).Finally,we validated the clinical capability of CATCH by detecting drug-resistant ctDNA mutations from the plasma of 76 non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients,showing satisfying clinical sensitivity and *** envision that the simple and robust CATCH would be a powerful tool for next-generation ctDNA detection.

In addition to the hierarchical-structure (H-S) model, this paper further explores the most intensive intermittent structure of Rayleigh-Bénard convection at the high Ra numbers proportional to temperature. With respect to the discovery and by means of the scale, both of Bolgiano, there are two regions of the structure holding the absolute scaling law given by Ching’s paper. Through theoretic analysis of data, this paper indicates that the regions act as two local intensive intermittent structures, by which the statistical absolute scaling performance of region is induced, rather than the statistical result of the entire time series in belief since 1941. In terms of statistical theory, the local structure in fluid, therefore, is the essence governing the absolute scaling performance of region, especially in high intensity.

The first Asia-Pacific Comparison of absolute Gravimeters(APMP.M.G-K1) was organized by the National Institute of Metrology(NIM) of China from December 21, 2015 to March 25, 2016 in Changping, Beijing. Our compact cold atom gravimeter(CCAG) was transported from Hangzhou to Beijing with a long distance of about1200 km to participate in this comparison. The CCAG is the only one, to the best of our knowledge, that is based on the principle of atom interferometry among all the instruments. absolute gravity in the indicated three test sites has been measured as requested by the organizer. The sensitivity of our CCAG is estimated to be90 μGal∕Hz p, even when the measurements are carried out without any vibration isolation. Besides, the accuracy of this gravimeter has been evaluated to be about 19 μGal by considering the significant system *** results show a good agreement with the given reference value.
